Turtle Bay is situated in a prime location in a quiet residential area close to the beach and easy walking distance to town. The house was recently built and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two living areas. There is air conditioning in the living spaces, a large deck facing a park and a huge backyard on the fully fenced block. There is also a relaxing daybed and BBQ area in the tropical garden, an outside shower and a lockable garage and a carport.

You can relax on the verandah and listen to the sound of the surf whilst watching the life in the park or locals walking past going to the beach through the bush track. Turtle Bay is stylishly furnished, well equipped and conveniently located – close to everything but in a nice, quiet spot. It has many inclusions and everything you’ll need for a memorable stay in Byron Bay.

The bedding configuration is flexible as the four singles beds can convert to two king beds and there’s a trundle for an extra child - so you can have any combination that suits your needs. The house is ideal for two families, four couples, a large group or just four friends wanting a bedroom each!

The two living areas have large smart TVs with Netflix and internet access to a range of movies, shows, documentaries and entertainment such as , ABC iview, SBS on demand etc. There are lots of added extras to help make your stay a pleasant one, such as air conditioning at both ends of the house, large fans in every bedroom and a music system that hooks into your phone or ipod and plays in various rooms throughout the house.

The renowned Top Shop is just around the corner for meals and coffee or you can wander across the park into town so you really don’t need to use your car much – if at all.

Things To Do:

The town has several beaches which are popular for surfing. It is a resort popular with both domestic and international tourists, including backpackers, who travel along the Australian coast; the scenery also attracts skydivers. The area is also noted for its wildlife, with the whale watching industry a significant contributor to the local economy.

An oceanway runs from the centre of town to the Cape Byron lighthouse. This allows visitors to walk and cycle to the lighthouse.

Temperate and tropical waters merge at Byron Bay, making it a popular area for scuba diving and snorkelling. Most diving is done at Julian Rocks which is part of the recently established Cape Byron Marine Park and only a few minutes boat ride from Main Beach.

Byron Bay also lies close to subtropical rainforests, and areas such as the Nightcap National Park with the Minyon Falls are all within easy reach of the town.

Byron Bay is now also a popular destination for Schoolies week during late November and early December.
