Carillon beach gulf front house with private walkover -- 2 miles to Rosemary beach and close to Alys & Seaside. Home interior 90% new in 2016! Completely new relocated kitchen with white quartz countertops, new cabinets and Kitchenaid appliances. Completely new pots pans plates glasses etc and we left the old as well for plenty of extras! All new 8" french oak wirebrushed floors on main level and upper level. Complete new paint on interior and 90% new furnishings. Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn etc. Finished like we wanted our own home to be! ***2 miles to Pier Park -- Coconut Telegraph provides the perfect setting in Carillon with nearly a mile of sugar white uncrowded beach and your own private beach lounges and umbrellas included for in season rentals. Monthly reservations Must cancel at least 90 days prior to arrival. Consideration will be given to cancellations due To death of a close family member, i.e.: (brother,sister,mother,father) ONLY upon receipt of a Copy of a death certificate. Cancellation Fee of $150.00, CC Fee of 3%, and reservation Fee of $35.00 will be deducted from the remainder of the balance of sum cancelled. All cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee, of $150.00, 3% credit card fee (if applicable), and a $45.00 reservation fee. The aforementioned applies to ALL reservation cancellations
Reservations made after 05/23/2020, if we are classified as being under a "Rental Ban", prior to arrival date all monies paid will be refunded. If a "Rental Ban", were to occur during a stay, the balance of nights not used would be refunded...
