Kihei Surfside has an impressive brand-new oceanfront pool, deck, and BBQ area. This vacation home is a fun little one bedroom, one bath fully furnished, remodeled, Kihei Surfside oceanfront condo on ground floor. Fully equipped kitchen with built-in microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Bathroom has walk-in shower. They bedroom has a queen bed. Living and dining area feature a sofa with a queen-sized pullout sofa bed, a new adult recliner, and a dining table for four overlooking the Pacific Ocean and West Maui Mountains. Cable TV with DVD players in living area and bedroom. Wi-Fi, utilities, and parking included. Guests enjoy access to beautiful, large oceanfront lawn with chaise lounge chairs (and gorgeous Maui sunsets), barbecue grills, on-site laundry facility, and wonderful Keawakapu Beach located just across parking lot.

Kihei Surfside 106 is in a wonderful location, directly behind the newly renovated Oceanfront pool and pavilion area (September 2021) with quiet ocean views and easy walking access to surrounding Wailea beaches, restaurants, and stores. Kihei Surfside Resort is a six-story oceanfront property in South Kihei with stunning 180-degree ocean views only a stone’s throw from Wailea with a vast perfectly-manicured lawn (that is the envy of the area), ocean-front heated pool, and adjacent to one of the most beautiful palm-lined golden sand beaches on Maui—Keawakapu Beach.

"Beautiful location
We stayed in unit 106 of the Kihei Surfside. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is outstanding. This unit isn’t newly upgraded but is a good value and we loved it. One minor item is that the toaster needs replacing- only toasts one side of the bread and one of the burners on the stove didn’t work. Wailea Vacation Rental staff were very helpful!"

"30th anniversary trip
Loved our trip to Maui. We have been many times so we thoroughly enjoyed just relaxing this time and having some excellent dinners. Loved being beside the beach, pool, BBQ and green space. However, Management staff were quite loud and located right beside our bedroom. VRBO and Wailea rentals were lovely (property management could improve)."

"Great location and beautiful view
Our convenient, first floor, great view condo was clean and had everything we needed to feel at home; including a delicious welcome basket. Everything worked and the bed was comfortable. The furniture/design was tired but fine. We arrived on Maui during a heat and humidity wave so we used the portable air conditioner 24/7. It was adequate to keep living room about 75- bedroom warmer.
We enjoyed using the beach chairs, noodles and beach bag that were all provided. Parking was easy with lots of shade too.
It was a very good experience. "

"Highly Recommended
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kihei Surfside in unit 106. The unit was very clean and well-equipped for our stay. We have stayed in other units in the past and had not chosen this one because the layout is quite different than others. We were worried the kitchen would be very small since it didn’t have an island or peninsula. Instead, we found the unit to be very big, open, and easy to move around with 4 people. The best part about this unit was definitely it’s management. You can tell that they value the customer experience. We had everything we could possibly need in this unit already stocked, including a fun little welcome basket full of yummy Hawaiian treats. Such a nice touch. We did end up having to contact the management company when we arrived and they responded right away. We were highly satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay here again. "

"Excellent beach and pool access!
This unit was perfect. An easy walk right out the back to the pool and only a short distance further to the beach. Surprisingly the fans and cool outside air kept the unit comfortable all night even without AC. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything you could need to make it feel like home away from home. They even had everything you'd need for a beach trip stored in the closet!"

"Perfect location and view!
We loved the vibe of Kihei Surfside. Very peaceful home base to say hello to our chickens, turtles, whales in the morning. The best view (oceanfront) we've had in all the years renting in Kihei. The condo had everything we needed for staying in and cooking, also for beach walks (chairs, umbrella, etc). The ground floor access to the pool was so easy, basically you walk a few steps from 106 to the pool. Easy to go back and forth and grab drinks, towels, etc. People and neighbors were really nice. Looking to stay again next year!"

"Best location!
We deliberately chose the ground floor, as a way to avoid elevators and stairs. It turned out having the lawn accessible right out the door made THIS the strategic place for our friends to stop by on their way out, or to meet for dinners. Although this unit is not as recently renovated as some of the others, its layout is actually better: their islands take up a LOT of space in the kitchen. We arrived a little early and ran into the cleaning inspector, who was great. Would rent again and recommend to anyone!"

"View from lanai was awesome
We were pleasantly surprised as we enter our condo to find a lovely basket of goodies waiting for us from the rental agent. Thank you. Our condo was very comfortable and the kitchen well supplied. We spent a lot of time on our lanai enjoying the view of the park, pool, ocean and sunset. Condo 106 is one we will return to. Conveniently located."

"Great oceanfront condo with views and easy access to great beach!
Kihei Surfside unit 106 is an oceanfront, ground floor, one-bedroom unit, with a recently-remodeled, well-equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, and comfortable living & dining area--all very clean and well kept. Excellent wifi, and cable TV in both living area and bedroom. You can step off the lanai onto a vast, gorgeous lawn like a golf-course green, with chaise lounges for relaxing, gas grills, and a nice heated pool. We had gorgeous sunset views from the lawn and saw several whales frolicking off-shore. Keawakapu Beach, one of the very best on Maui, is a very short walk away. Front desk staff provided free access to lawn games, DVDs, etc., and provided very helpful information on island activities. We look forward to returning as soon as possible!"
