Walk out your front door down the steps to one of the most beautiful and peaceful beaches in all of Southern California. Relax on your front porch as some of Newport’s finest luxury yacht’s cruise by. Good chance you will see whales, dolphins, sea lions, and pelicans diving for fish at some point during your stay.

Not only is this bluff-top ocean-view vacation home in a fantastic location with beautiful views and a short stroll to the beach, but you are also walking distance to the charming shops and cafe’s of quaint Corona del Mar Village.

The main house has 4 bedrooms including a master bedroom en-suite with fireplace, flat-screen TV, breath-taking views from the second floor. There are two additional guest bedrooms on the 2nd floor, one with a queen-sized bed and the other sleeps 4 children in 4 twin bunk beds. On the first floor there is a den with trundle bed with 2 twins that opens up to a queen-sized bed.

Exit through the kitchen to the spacious private courtyard large enough for entertaining or just relaxing around the outdoor propane fueled firepit. The courtyard has plenty of patio furniture including a dining table and chairs, and a gas bbq for outdoor cooking. At the back of the property, across the courtyard is one of the most attractive benefits of this vacation property, the spacious private casita. This perhaps could be used by your parents, in-laws, or another couple traveling with you. This casita has a queen bed, its own full bathroom, and kitchenette including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, granite tile counter-tops and sink. It also has its own stackable laundry.

Just beyond the casita, you have access to a 2 car garage, and a long driveway off of the side street Heliotrope for approximately 4 cars depending on the length of your vehicles. The property also features free wifi, and a laundry room in the main house with a washer and dryer and laundry sink. All bed linens and bath towels are included. There is a TESLA charger in the garage for guest to use. You are just minutes from world-class shopping at Fashion Island, Balboa Island, Crystal Cove State Park, Pelican Hill Resort and Golf Course, Laguna Beach, and the famous ocean beaches on Newport Beach’s Balboa Peninsula. Cancellations. Cancellations must be made in writing, either via fax or email, no cancellations by phone are allowed. Upon cancellation, refund of any deposits held by NBVP shall be granted only if the home is re-rented. We will make every effort to re-rent the home once notification of cancellation has been made; therefore it is in the guest’s best interest to notify us of a cancellation as soon as possible. If the Occupant cancels the rental, the Occupant shall forfeit all rental deposits held by NBVP as liquidated damages for the Owner, unless the rental premises are re-let for the same rental period. Then a portion of the deposits may be refunded to the Occupants as follows: (1) a 15% (of the total rent due from the 1st page of this contract) reservation cancellation fee shall be deducted; (2) loss of rental income, if any, for the rental period shall be deducted from the deposits. [Example: house rental rate of $1,000 with a $500.00 deposit being held, which is re-let for $900.00 for the rental period, results in a $250.00 refund of the deposit. From the $500.00 deposit, deductions of $100.00 (loss of rental income) and $150.00 (cancellation fee) are taken resulting in a total refund of $250.00]. If you have purchased travel insurance, please refer to their guidelines regarding coverage on cancellations. There will be no refunds for early departure.
