This 3-bedroom beauty is perfectly located on a corner lot with two car garage and one extra car parking spot on the apron. The home is custom throughout with all the amenities you'll need to enjoy your stay. Front patio features a built-in gas grill, fireplace and comfortable lounge seating. Patio doors open to allow the outside in for fabulous views and cooling breezes. A retractable awning helps keep you cool in the warm afternoons. Artistic lighting, furnishings and fixtures lend elegance and style throughout.


There's room for the whole family to snuggle in front of the fireplace to watch movies or share the day's beachy adventures. The dining table is perfect for gathering around and playing games, and offers seating for six. You'll never miss a memory or passing pod of dolphins from the bright and open gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is additional seating for 4 at the island counters. There is a full bathroom with shower just off the kitchen, and a laundry room leading out to the two-car garage.


The oceanfront master suite has a king bed and a patio with seating to enjoy the fabulous views up and down the coast! A private desk is set up to keep you connected. The extra-large master bath has double sinks, tub and shower.

Down the hall you will find a guest room with two full beds, and a third bedroom with a queen bed. Each of the bedrooms has a TV. There is one bathroom with a large shower just off the bedrooms.

The lively boardwalk is full of people walking, jogging and biking.

From this location you'll enjoy easy access to many Southern California attractions. Disneyland is 20 minutes away. Premier shopping centers, Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza are 10 minutes away. A refund will be issued if the property is re-rented minus a 15% cancellation fee of the total rental rate.
