In the living room you will find a ultra comfortable sleeper sofa, leather chairs, smart 60" flat screen television, complete with web browser and apps such as Netflix, Pandora, etc. The San Remo has solid maple flooring throughout, washer and dryer, and super comfortable bedding. "1st time staying at a condo
As we walked in first impression was very nice but as I started to do a walk-through I started noticing things like The refrigerator wasn’t working properly the water and icemaker weren’t working the most important thing is having a good night sleep the beds where not comfortable at all "

"Great rental property near the beach. Nice kitchen for cooking.
Very nice condo. Short walk to the beach. Clean sheets and towels. Kitchen appliances worked well. Kitchen nicely stocked with pots and pans. Fold out couch bed worked. AC had no problems. YPB staff very nice and helpful (needed to ask for extra TP). Only minor negatives: First, kitchen windows did not close properly and stood open an inch. Wouldn't have been a big problem except that for 3 days a tree company was cutting down trees across the street. With the open window we could hear everything. (Plus the sound of the jets - although we rather enjoyed that sound). Second, the shower faucet handle was nearly falling off. Had a hard time getting hot water in the shower. The shower head is 7 feet high and couldn't be redirected when trying to adjust the temperature. "

"Very Disappointed
Pros: Walkable to boardwalk and great parking (even for a full size Expedition SUV!) Appliances were good. Cons: Not enough pillow cases for all guests the first night (had to use rolled up clothes), the extra pillows were dirty and disgusting, had to call manager multiple times to get pillow cases and extra towels, some towels were dirty and unusable, window frame in kitchen was rotted and could not be closed creating excessive noise and a/c loss at night, unit was not very clean (floors were filthy), the pull out couch was extremely dirty, walls were thin and people could be heard partying all night long (until 6 the next morning) Overall: Very disappointed considering the price, I would not recommend unless repairs were completed, bedding was updated and unit had a thorough deep clean.

"Ypb alright
The place was nice! Close to the beach and other stores. However when I made the reservation it said it had a pool and it had a view of the beach. Even though we were close to the beach the view we had was not the beach it was another hotel and they did not have a pool so i felt mislead. Overall the lady allowed us to check in earlier that what we were supposed to. She was super friendly. "

"Stay away from this place - too expensive for what you get!!!
We had a very lousy stay despite the beautiful weather. The property Manager was useless and dishonest. We rented this unit for a well deserved vacation to relax. What we got instead is the constant noise from the construction workers in the next door unit for the entire time of our stay. We did not have one minute of quiet time. The workers woke us up EVERY morning and they were still working power tools at 6:30 PM? at night. This was totally inacceptable. We should have been notified about the construction project when we talked on the phone to the property Manager about the availability of the unit before we finalized and pay for our reservations. It was very dishonest to keep this information from us. We demanded compensation for ruining our vacations. We are still expecting reimbursement for at least 50 percent of the entire charges for the unit. Of course the property Manager has ignored all of our complaints during our stay and after. When we had problems with the toilet we called and email the Manager. She never got back to us. We were stuck with the problem. We have been renting property like this one for our vacations for years now and this was the first time that we had such a bad experience. This place is a real tourist trap. The building outside was dirty and full of smelly garbage. The walls and floors in the unit are so thin we could hear the people down stair talking very clearly. We'll never go back. The photo looks good but believe me it's not worth your money. Hopefully now someone will contact us about this else I don't know why you are asking for feedback. "

"Nice luxury vacation condo
We are a family of 5 with three kids, and stayed there in the second week of August. And overall we loved the place. Every details were thought over from mattress, pillows, TV with more than enough channels, kitchen sink, faucet, fans, bathroom material so on and on.
My wife loved the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Location is very convenient, in walking distance to the beach and a grocery store. There is one major and one minor street you need to cross though to reach the beach. Very quite neighborhood. Karen greeted and helped us all along with any questions we had.
Overall we are very pleased and strongly recommend it."

Lors de notre arrivée sur les lieux, bien que nous soyons arrivé passé 17h00, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement et on a prit le temps de nous faire visiter le condo et de nous informer des commodités.
Dans l'ensemble l'expérience a été positive et c'est assurément un endroit que nous recommandons.
Le condo est très beau, bien équipé et à proximité de tout. La plage est belle et très bien entretenue et nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d'une très belle température.
