Prepare to be impressed! 3 Bedroom 3.5 Bathroom unit in the Desirable Turquoise Place with a gas grill and hot tub on every balcony, you will never want to leave. This unit has been completely renovated by new owners.

CLEAN BED EVERY STAY! This unit is part of our Clean Beds Program which means that each guest is welcomed with fresh sheets AND fresh quilts/bedding. Guests are guaranteed to have fresh bedding upon check-in including all bedding that is in the unit!

We are so excited to get this unit back on the rental program with NEW OWNERS! This unit has been completely renovated by the new owners! With new floors, new paint, new furniture and mattresses, new grill, new balcony furniture and so much more, you will be staying in one of the NICEST units in the desirable Turquoise Place. The first guest room has 2 full size beds, the second guest is furnished with a king size bed and the master will have a king bed as well. This unit sleeps 8 very comfortably.

This unit has everything that you could want for your dream vacation. Book with Signature Properties and have complete satisfaction. We are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we are here to make your vacation the best it can be. Enjoy the large balcony for cooking, soaking in the hot tub or just admiring the view. Enjoy a meal in a one of a kind, top of the line kitchen, including following: a SubZero fridge; Wolf oven with microwave; Wolf 5-burner gas cooktop; and kitchen-aid dishwasher. The Master and the Living room have access to the oversized balcony with one of the best views in Orange Beach. At Signature Properties, Your Vacation is our Priority!

This unit has both a Keurig and Traditional Coffee Maker.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $69 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.



PARKING AT TURQUOISE PLACE
Effective June 1, 2020, a new guest parking policy of the Turquoise Place Condominium Association goes into effect. All guest reservations arriving June 1st or later are subject to a Guest Vehicle Registration fee of $40.00 per vehicle per stay for up to TWO vehicles. This fee must be paid in advance at the time of booking. Parking onsite in the garage is only guaranteed for up to 2 vehicles registered in advance. Any vehicles not registered in advance are subject to the overflow parking fees, BASED ON AVAILABILITY.

"Lovely renovated condo-will go back ��
The reviews were bad for this condo but we saw the management responded saying it had new owners and was renovated. So glad we took a chance. Decor n furnishings are top notch. Kitchen was well stock with nice appliance n dishes/pots & pans, etc..Whole condo feels n looks brand new. Amazing views, we thoroughly enjoyed having coffee on the patio in the mornings. One of the nicest beaches i’ve experienced, sand is comparable to hawaii. Only 2 small things that could be improved:
*linens are super cheap, reminiscent of motel 6
*tvs are not up to date. Couldn’t access hulu,prime, etc...also no DVD player besides in the bathroom��.

Major plus...beds were so comfi, i usually sleep terrible away from home but not this time☺️

Management was quick to respond when we had a question. "

"October 2019
Turquoise Place is a great facility, in a great location and has everything that you could need. As far as unit C1403, it's in a good position within the complex, nice a quiet but there is room for improvements. All the ceiling fans are crazy noisy and need replaced. The beds and bedding are not comfortable. Wish they would've spent less money on throw pillows and more on better mattresses and bedding. Some of the beds just had a sheet on them. Didn't like having to use the comforter for an extra blanket. Would be nice if there were some extra blankets too for the couch etc. The patio furniture was horrible. The balcony is the best seat in the house but we seemed to migrate back inside because the furniture was so uncomfortable and 2 of the 4 chairs were broken. Loved having our own hot tub and grill though. That is a great asset with having small kids. Overall we loved our stay but would possibly try out a different unit next time."

"Great Vacation
Turquoise Place is now our go to place for vacation. It's a resort and has the best amenities! Next time we'd choose a different unit due to maintenance issues that had to be resolved. Both master bathroom sinks were clogged, ceiling fan in one bedroom had a loose part and rattled when turned on and the light bulb was out on the bedside table lamp. When I called maintenance they quickly arrived and resolved the issues. The kitchen utensils need an upgrade, they're very flimsy. The beds were comfortable and the view was great. We were disappointed there was no DVD player. However, Resort Rentals was absolutely great to work with. They responded quickly with any question I had and made booking with them a breeze. They provided very detailed information about check in and out process as well as the area. I will definitely use them again for our next vacation."

It will be very hard to put into words just how awesome this place is! It was everything we expected and beyond! The inside of the condo was luxurious and perfectly clean! The view from the balcony was breath taking....and to be able to sip some wine in the jacuzzi hot tub that is on the balcony was a moment I will never forget! We will definitely be back!!!! "

"Good location, unit needs work.
Turquoise place was great. Very nice amenities and we would stay there again.
This particular unit was not well maintained. The carpets were in need of a deep clean, the outdoor patio light was not functional (couldn’t bbq at night), and there was a lot of mold under the kitchen sink from a water leak that must have been ongoing for months. In addition everyone complained that their beds were not comfortable.
The property management company was very helpful and worked to resolve some of the issues- they even called an electrician to get the patio light on. I give them an A+ for good service. But the unit itself should have been more clean and better maintained for being an upscale property at a high price. "

"Turquoise Place C1403
We have stayed at Turquoise Place several times and the layout is great for families. This rental however could definitely be more equipped. For a three bedroom unit it had very few kitchen items like a blender, big pots and pans, grilling items etc. Their were also only two large towels in each bathroom and no shampoo, conditioner etc. which you would expect to at least have a small start up sample size. Overall, I would recommend Turquoise Place, but not this unit as I think there are nicer ones out there."
