Surf Court is an ocean-oriented complex, 1 block to the beach. Surf Court 53 is a 2 story townhouse, one flight above street level. The famous Van Der Meer tennis center is located 1.5 blocks from Surf Court. The beautiful landscaped courtyard feature a large swimming pool. Surf Court 53 is perfect for 2 couples or a family. There is a King in the Master bedroom and a Queen in the guest bedroom each with their own private bath. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. The unit is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a nice meal. The condo has a spacious floor plan with a 1/2 bath downstairs. The living room is comfortable with a large flat screen TV, and wireless internet. The balcony from the living room leads to the pool and the view is beautiful looking at the courtyard, the warm sunshine is great to have your morning coffee.

"Summer Vacation 2020
We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and in a good location. Short walk to beach. Don’t recommend for those with young children ( under 2) due to steep steps going up to unit and inside unit."

Surf Ct 53 is a clean, close to beach place. We had a great time. It only needs storage for food because we had to cook more than expected and all our food was in the counters. It’s location to the beach is great too- even little kids can do it easily enough. "

Great location for this condo. Quiet. Well stocked. There are some maintenance items like windows that need to be addressed by condo board. The mattress in the master Is due to be replaced and the tv in the main area could be larger but overall a great stay. "

"Surf Court 53
The nautical decor of this condo was adorable! Fully furnished kitchen and staples to start out with so we didn't have to run right out to the store. Beautiful view of the pool. Only downside was that the condo was on the backside of the complex so it was a bit of a walk to the beach however we knew this before booking and were able to ride our bikes to beach. Seashack AND Low Country Backyard were our favorite restaurants. I would definitely recommend this condo."

Very easy. The Condo was clean, nicely furnished and had many amenities. It is located near so many restaurants and shops. Centrally located for sightseeing. I would definitely deal with these rental agents again."

"Keeping the tradition
Only issue was it was not ready when it was time to check in. Usually we are able to check in around 3:00. The code is convenient but apparently it doesn't change when someone else comes in next. Don't like that at all. The tenants envelop was left behind and they had same code. Rules are definitely not followed at the pool and on the grounds. Certain ones feel they can monopolize the pool and have no consideration for others. Towels are put in chairs at 7:00 but no one uses until later in the day. "

"Fantastic all around
The condo is fantastic and newly renovated. It's not on the ocean, but for the value we don't care. The staff at Seashore is great to work with and always helpful. Very family friendly area with lots to walk to. I hope we are back really soon! "

"Only complaint: The 3-seat & 2-seat LR couches need replacement.
The good & bad ... We have mostly rented at Surf Court units since 1980. Surf Court #50 is by far the best SC rental experience we have ever had... with one very large exception. The living room includes a 2-seat couch and a 3-seat couch. Both have very weak springs and need total replacement. Retain the coverings, as they fit in well with the decor of the rest of the living room area. The Master BR has exceptional colors, with the deep blue walls for starters. Both 2nd floor toilets need total replacement. Updated stools now have slightly higher seats, and use less water. We own and rent four single-family homes in Indpls. and recognize good rental properties when we see them. Surt Court #50 is clearly in that class. "

"Problem with the air conditioning
We enjoyed the stay except for the problem our unit had with the air conditioning system. Every night the unit would get very warm but by morning it would cool off so we did not call for maintenance. On Wednesday morning it did not cool off so we called maintenance. Help did not come until late in the afternoon and we spent a warm day in the unit waiting for the HVAC team. When they arrived they could not find a problem but the air was working. On Friday when we returned to the unit after being gone all day it was about 85 degrees in the unit so we called maintenance. They came out in about an hour and fixed the problem by replacing a main board the heat pump. Overall we had a great experience with the exception of not sleeping well on some very warm nights. "
