Had a great trip to Hilton Head with family. Surf Court Unit 66 was a very nice, well equipped unit. We have stayed in Surf Court many times. It is a great location. As always, the staff at Seashore Vacations are great. "

"Seashore 66
Great location and condo. The front door was really hard to open. The neighbors had very noisy and screaming teenagers who slammed doors late at night. They also blocked the stairwell with their beach stuff. We loved our condo and loved the location."

"Great Vacation
This is our second time in HH, and we have stayed in this unit both times. Convenient to beach, shopping, restaurants. The unit was clean. Living room furniture and the dining room chairs showed some wear. Would we stay here again? Yes!"

Downstairs has been remodeled ,but the furniture is really old. Up stairs has not been redone and beds are really bad. For the cost of rental it needs to updated. We had a nice time. The location is great."

The property we rented was very convenient to shopping, dining, and the beach. It was quite adequately furnished and overall was clean but not updated. A concern was the constant, very unpleasant strong mold and mildew odor, which became even more pronounced when the air conditioning was circulating. "

"DUSTY
The main living area was clean for the most part but the rest of the rental was honestly so full of dust. We are talking years of dust buildup in and on the decor items. The decor could also use some major updating."

"Clean and comfortable
It was fine for the 4 of us. The only thing I would update is the decor and bedroom set in the master bedroom. It just seems to be dated but it didn't affect our stay. Kitchen was nicely stocked and the washer and dryer was a plus. We will definitely rent here again. Very short walk to the beach."

Over all we had a great stay. We loved the location. The only thing I was unhappy with is the master bathroom was dirty and had old soap.Also could not get tv to work in master bedroom but that could have been user error."

"Unit 66 OK - GREAT location.
Unit was just like the pictures - no surprises there. GREAT view from the small balcony. Everything worked. GREAT location!! Living room furniture could use some updating. Beds were comfortable. Carpet upstairs was very dirty and needed cleaning, which was done promptly by Seashore Vacations. I would also bring my own linens and towels next time. "

I loved it! The weather was gorgeous the first 3 days. In the low 80s. Turned off cool on last day-- 50s to low 60s. Beach was so quiet and spacious. Would like to go back every year."

My husband, children and I like the peaceful (yet fun) atmosphere of Surf Court, as well as the convenient location to the beach and Cologny Plaza. The units are a good price too. Reason for a 4 instead of 5 - unit 66 was not as clean or updated as units we've stayed in previous years. "

"almost perfect experience
everything was going well. it's close to the beach. and quiet as well.
the only problem shi the bath towel is full of bugs I didn't what's its name. the towel was put on the bed. when I take the towel at least ten of bugs fall down on the bed. Scare me."

"NOT Clean
Very musty smell when we walked in. Had to air out, and turned AC on 75 and it stayed on 78 all day. That night it started working properly and worked fine for the rest of the stay.
First look it looked clean and ready to use. We couldn’t use the ceiling fans because they were so dirty and when you touched the top of furniture, like the night stands in the bedrooms, they were filthy.
The bathroom tiles had mold/mildew stains in the grout.
The downstairs was nicely updated, floors were great and had nice appliances.
Pool area closes at 8pm so there was no place to sit outside in the evening, balcony too small.
Condo is in a great location and has a great layout. "

Great location, near beach and shops and very comfy and quiet. Pool is not heated so beware if going when the weather is not at the warmest. Would suggest that some basic kitchen items be provided such as salt/pepper and maybe coffee filters for the coffeepot. We did appreciate the parcel of dishwasher/laundry detergent though as those really didn't make sense to purchase."

"Great Family Gathering
We had a great time and the condo was perfect. We met our sister and brother-in-law from Atlanta and spent three nights and had a great time together. Since we were there in February the condo area was very quiet so this was nice. Even though it rained one day it did not stop of from having fun. We went to Bluffton, SC and toured Palmetto Bluff. Our only complaint was that because the owners had their bikes in the storage space we did not have any room to put our bikes. We had to leave them in the back of our truck and this was a little hassle. The condo coffee pot uses cone shape filters so if you rent this condo remember to bring this type. The condo was completely equipped and it was nice having a half bath downstairs. Very satisfied."

"Disappointed
The rental was dated, but cleanliness was an issue. The bathrooms were not cleaned well. There were dead bugs, bees, etc. there were also some stained bath towels and dusty ceiling fans, splattered stuff on the walls. Disappointed overall. "

"Family Wedding
We were down for a family wedding and Surf Court came highly recommended. Our condo was clean but defiantly dated in its décor and facilities, such as toilet, shower, etc. Also this condo smelled like stale smoke, which at one point gave one of us a horrible headache and we were told it was a smoke free facility and there were signs everywhere. We had trouble with the lock and the dryer but the management company fixed this quickly. The other complaint was the people smoking at the pool it really ruins the whole experience we had small children and had to leave the pool because of a man smoking cigars and the smell was unbearable. Possibly the pool area could be smoke free, there are so many other rules at the pool. Overall the condos are convenient to the beach, shopping and dinning, I don't think I would stay there again unless some things change."

"Surf COurt #66
in general good, however, we originally rented another unit in February and after the check was cashed, were moved from a ground floor - poolside unit to and upstairs with a balcony (barely big enough to sit on) due to the owners coming on our week. When we inquired with the people that were in the original unit, they informed us that they were not the owners and had gotten a "last minute" reservation because of cancellation. Our thought is that we should have been placed in the original rental - and the "last minute reservation" should have been placed in the unit we were assigned to. Unit 66 is slightly under furnished as far as kitchen. No storage containers, etc."

"Hope the air conditioning is fixed
Air conditioning went out 3days in to vacation causing a sleepless night and 3 hour pack ad move after 24 hours of no air. Not pleasant with 3small children."

As always, Hilton head Island is a great place to vacation. The unit I rented was clean and well maintained. Only thing that I could say about the rental unit is that the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms would not work. Other than this item I would highly recommend this unit as a rental."

It was great weather the week we were there as always. The unit was up to date and I would highly recommend to anyone to stay here. The only down side I didn't like was the parking. For those who drive larger vehicles the parking spaces are to close. My car received several scratches from our neighbors. "

Our family was very pleased with our condo. Condo was very clean and well maintained. Location was great and the kids loved the pool area. Nice walk to the beach. "A nice plave to stay
We had a wonderful time. We have been staying at Surf Court for many many years This was our first time at 66. A few minor things such as sliding glass door and dishes/utensils could have been cleaner, but temperature, furniture and other amenities were great. Acesss to wi-fii was also a plus. "

"Surf Court 66
The only thing we had a problem with was the a/c - there is definitely a circulation/ventilation problem with this unit - the parking lot bedroom was freezing & the courtyard bedroom never cooled down. The bathrooms need to have vents that can be closed down. We did have a couple issues that the staff took care of immediately (ex: TV issue & broken toaster) - that was very nice! It does need a little updating - get rid of all the wall paper - just paint."

"Our Condo was in great shape!
The other Condo that I rented was Surf Court #60. This is the condo that was not in great shape. The Condo was run down and very clean. The condo is very out dated and has a run down kitchen. The refrigerator is broken and leaked all over the food on the second shelf. The washer and dryer were also in poor condition. I would not rent this condo in the future. Condo #66 was nice, evrything seemed to work well and had a updated feel to it. I would rent this condo in the future."
