"Surf court
Stayed in a first floor unit, people above this unit are full time residents/owners. Very loud at 5 am every morning, they have a dog and it barked continuously all day.
Issue two, vehicle pass was placed on seat while driving to grocery store and forgot to put back on dash, vehicle was towed. No warning, no note left, nothing. Cost $200 to get vehicle back. Contacted seashore vacations, no help, contacted the HOA of the property, no help.
Have stayed at surf court for 12 years, first time had any issues.
Will be looking to stay some where else in the coming years.
Property and units are showing age. "

This was our second time visiting Hilton Head and 1st time staying at Surf Court 16. We had used Seashore Vacations last year and stayed in a different unit at Surf Court. Both experiences were awesome from reservation, check in, to the actual unit. It was very clean, decorations were nice, large sectional was great for seating, kitchen was well stocked with cookware and the location was great for beach access. We would definitely stay at Surf Court 16 again."

"Nice Quiet Time
Enjoyed the Unit, it was just across the street to private walkway, no driving. Walking distance to Restaurants, and Piggly Wiggly, didn’t know they still were around. The unit was clean, and enjoyed having private patio with outside faucet to wash feet to keep sand out. Nice back patio with lots of birds, lizard’s. The one negative was the hall shower had been repaired and was hard to pull out from wall to turn on."

the unit had bare min.I have stayed in many other units rented from seashore vacation rentals,this unit by far was the worse unit over a 15-20 years of vacation rentals.The unit has not had any money put into it over the years,the bathrooms are so out dated they have toilets that are so low they must have been original. Wall paper and painting a total mess.The hot water tank supplied hot water for two showers, not good when you have 4 adults staying in the unit."

We really liked that the condo was located within walking distance of the ocean and there were many places to choose from to eat or buy groceries. Even though a few repairs need to be made, the condo was clean. This condo had been recommended by friends. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future. "

My wife & I had a very nice stay at Surf Court 16! The unit was very clean upon arrival and the location was perfect for our beach walking & extended biking plans. Some critiques: The king bed in master was adequate with some soft spots/springs. All 3 exterior security latches were non functional. Both shower liners were too long causing you to stand on them during your shower. Be sure to bring ALL of your own amenities including salt/pepper/pan spray/dish soup/laundry supplies/condiments. All in all, we loved our visit and always enjoy working with Seashore Vacations! "

Property's general condition was a 2 out of 5 because while the entry/kitchen/living area had new flooring and was in good condition the bathrooms and master bedroom were very dated. Shower/bath faucets were loose, shower curtains were dirty. Property cleanliness got a 2 because of the following reasons: Ceiling fans and vents very dirty, needs a deep clean. Shower curtains and living room curtains were dirty. The master bedroom had newspaper stuffed in the track of the window. The living room sliding glass door screen kept falling off the track. Property Management company got a 4 star not 5 because the night before we arrived, some members of our party received an email that pool was closed for the season (Oct). Not all renters received notice and especially not during the booking process. The pool was clean enough to swim and still had filter running so not sure what this was all about. On a positive note, the kitchen is well appointed with accessories if you like to cook or entertain. Good water pressure in shower. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The living room is a good set-up for being together and tv viewing. The location is nice - not right in the middle of things - but good for biking or walking to Coligny Plaza and the beach. Beach chairs/umbrella rental available. Bike rentals available for delivery and pick up at the unit. Nice ground floor unit, no stairs. Nice courtyard and pool area. "

"Beautiful little home away from home
My husband and I loved our time at Surf Court, it was minutes from everything. The place was very clean very stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook with. Even had a little fenced in area where we could stick the bikes we rented. Customer service was amazing, beds were good for us. No complaints and would stay again!"

"Family fun
Our family had three condos at Surf Court for the week. We used this one for the evening meal or to gather. It was great with the big tables and bar. Plenty of seating and atmosphere. The location is a short walk to the beach and the pool. We’d stay here again. "

"Hilton Head vacation @ Coligny Beach
The condo was a great location to everything. Spacious and somewhat clean! Relaxing vacation with easy access to the beach, restaurants and Coligny Plaza.
The ocean was absolutely gorgeous but the heat & humidity in August can be uncomfortable to do outdoor activities like golf. You need to be on the beach or at the pool.
Note: the light on the fan in the second bedroom does not stay on. "

"32 year guests of Surf Court
We’ve been staying at SURF COURT for 32 years as a family. Both my parents passed away last year and in Nov 2018, my husband was diagnosed with incurable brain cancer. HHI is our happy place so even though he wasn’t able to do the things he enjoyed like walk on the beach, ride bikes and lay in the sun, we were able to enjoy family time in the 2 bedroom on one level and eat out at our fav restaurants. We even celebrated our 15 yr Anniversary. I couldn’t say enough good about Surf Court or Seashore Vacations. The location has always been perfect, walking or biking to Coligny Plaza and across the street from the best beach. See you next year!!"

We loved our stay at surf court 16. The location couldn't be better! This unit is right in the front of the complex and faces the beach side. You are a 3 minute walk away from the beach and just steps away from the pool. Compared to the cost of a beach front unit, this is a no brainer. The beach front units use the same walkway to the beach. Save your money and stay here. The unit is clean, the beds are comfy, and you even get beach chairs and a cart to roll them to the beach. And this unit has keyless entry so no need to carry keys to the beach!! Close to everything Hilton Head has to offer. Loved it!!!!"

Our experience was very nice. The only exception was the view is not good. You look at the side of another building. We have stayed at this facility many times, but in a different unit. Would recommend Surf Court to anyone looking for a quiet property that is close to almost everything."

The unit fit our needs to a "T" for a short 3 night stay. Being on ground floor with front door parking was reason we chose #16. The unit was nicely furnished with adequate amenities. Unit was directly across the street from a foot/bike path leading to the beach. The interior grounds & pool were also nice. Would stay there again and would recommend unit to friends. "

"Left Early Due to Roach Infestation
Pros: Location to the beach; property was well-stocked with kitchen supplies; great layout/floor plan (no stairs)
Cons: Major roach infestation (see below); filthy shag carpeting
This was our fifth or sixth year visiting Hilton Head and renting from SV. We opted for a flat this year vs a townhouse-style condo since I am 7 months pregnant and my mother recently had knee replacement surgery (no stairs). The unit did have some minor issues upon arrival - one toilet seat was broken, the refrigerator door wouldn't stay closed, the pillows were missing pillow cases - but Seashore Vacations promptly addressed those concerns. We read a review earlier in the summer noting the dirty carpeting and we had hoped this was cleaned prior to our arrival. Not only was it filthy, it needs to be replaced. There are food particles ground into the fibers and visible stains throughout - not the kind of carpet that should be in a beach condo. My 2-year old daughter kept laying on the floor and we would scramble to put a sheet down because I didn't want her face anywhere near it. As we were unpacking, I noticed a dead roach in the kitchen. It isn't uncommon to see roaches in the south, and since it was dead I wasn't overly concerned. We saw another roach that evening, this one very much alive but near the patio door, so we figured it had just gotten in. As the week unfolded, we kept seeing more and more roaches - all alive - throughout the unit. Most were near the patio door, but we also found them in the bathroom. The final straw came when I found one crawling on my arm, in bed, in the morning (full daylight). Finding one or two dead roaches is fine; finding 15-20 alive in the span of 6 days including one crawling on you while you are sleeping is not. They offered to have the unit sprayed, but at that point we decided to leave. I wasn't sure the insecticide would be safe for use around children or me since I am pregnant, and I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep there anoth"

"Just Lovely
I wanted to get my Mom something special for Mother's day this year so I rented this property for a week long vacation for her. The location is perfect because it is so close to the beach and shopping. Mom could walk every day to Coligny and sit on the beach or swing on the swings. The added bonus is the condo itself. It is decorated beautifully and offers everything you could possibly need. Mom had a great vacation and she tells everyone it was "Just Lovely". A great big thanks to everyone at Seashore Vacations for everything that you do."

"Spur of the Moment Trip
Spur of the moment (late on a Saturday night), my husband and I decideed we were going to go to the beach. Since our children are high school/college aged, we couldn't find a week that everyone could go. Surf Court 16 was perfect!!!
We started each morning with a 4 mile walk on the walking/bike paths. Cleaned up and walk across the street to spend the afternoon on the beach. In the evenings, we would walk to Coligny Plaza for dinner. One bad habit we developed was walking to Wild Wings Cafe to watch the NBA Playoff and would eat yummy cheese fries and wings.
Everything was soooooo convenient!!!"

Our family recently returned from a wonderful week in Hilton Head! Our condo at Surf Court 16 was open, spacious, comfortable and clean. We were close to the many activities we wanted to enjoy and felt right at home! The furniture and beds were exceptionally comfortable and the condo very nicely decorated as well as affordable to families like ours who are budget conscious. Overall, we felt like we found a second home to enjoy when we return again! Seashore Vacations is a company I would recommend to anyone wanting great customer service! "Great Time in Hilton Head
We very much enjoyed our stay. Seashore Vacations provided exceptional service. Early in our stay the coffee maker stopped working as we were preparing breakfast for some guests. We called Seashore Vacations to find out how to replace the coffeemaker. Twenty minutes later the doorbell rang and a Seashore Vacations staff member handed us a brand new coffeemaker. This set the tone for a great stay."
