The Perfect Penthouse is an ultra-chic top floor condo with expansive ocean views and is walking distance to the very best of the La Jolla Village shops, restaurants, and beautiful shorelines.



After parking in the private garage which provides two secured tandem parking spots, the elevator takes you directly from the parking level and opens right into the home. You are greeted by a tasteful and contemporary furnishing style and a wall of floor to ceiling windows, affording beautiful ocean views and spectacular sunsets from the front of the home.

The spacious living room has an oversized couch for relaxing in front of the fireplace and flat screen TV, all while taking in the beautiful ocean views. The open dining area also has ocean views and a table that seats four people. Top of the line appliances and everything you need to enjoy preparing family meals are provided in the beautiful, upgraded, ocean view kitchen.



The master bedroom has a king sized bed, seating area, and flat screen TV with in suite bath with full tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed the third bedroom has a full sized bed. The second bathroom with walk in shower is located in the hallway and is shared by the second and third bedroom. In addition, there is access to the ocean view balcony from the third bedroom which has outdoor seating area with bistro table, perfect for morning coffee.



Just ½ block to a quiet and relaxing sandy beach, this condo features very convenient access to the famous La Jolla Cove where you can watch the seals play or dine in waterfront restaurants, all within a short walking distance from the home.

**If you have a reservation with an arrival date scheduled between May 21, 2020, and July 31, 2020, the below policy is applicable, however, 30 days prior to arrival applies in lieu of 60 days. If you cancel within 30 days prior to your arrival, you will have the option to apply the full balance of your reservation to future dates, within the following 12 months OR if the property is re-rented and a refund is available, per the policy below, you will have the option to accept the available refund. **

All other reservations are subject to the policy below:

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.

-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).

-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.

-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy above, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.

Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.
