This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. "Waikiki for a month
The condo was lovely as was the is central to everything-bus stops in is close to Hys steakhouse.The pool is cold like a Canadian lake but it wasn’t overrun with people and had good sun exposure and lots of longing chairs.Somedays I was the only one there.The security is great fobs for the elevators and manager on site.Because this is a 30 day rental it is a very quiet location.The beach is 2 blocks away with ABC stores close.The shower was always cool so I did leave a note regarding this.The Tv and internet worked well.The single beds have memory foam toppers and were soo very comfortable.The stove top was tricky to work out you had to push and turn and the burners stayed red even after they were turned off-safety feature I would guess.T he balcony was great you could see the water through the other buildings.The air was central air soo no loud banging or dripping from units worked very well.Safeway was a 10 min cab each way for to get groceries-I saved a lot on not eating out.
The only downfall to my stay was the terrible check in process.I had called ahead of time from Canada as my representative was changed last minute and as my plane was arriving at 1030 pm at night I was worried that the new guy Paul would not come there to let me in.
I did not have a cell phone that worked for USA so had a Westjet agent phone to him to say I was on my way-his response was to go to the front desk fill out a covid form then call him.
You can image my horror being locked out at the front doors- they have not had a front desk open due to covid for sometime-there was nobody around no security bell to press and its almost midnight.I had to pull out my cell and incur roaming charges to get this rep on the phone.He gets security to let me in but he never turns up-he left the condo unlocked but doesn’t tell the security guy- so we go up come back down to learn this-I complained to Captain cook twice but heard nothing back-Soo cannot recommend them

"Nice Kuhio retreat
The condo is just as pictured, not spanking new but it has a nice ocean view. Clean and large enough to be very comfortable for a month for a couple. The building is quiet, it's set back a bit off of a relatively quiet stretch of Kuhio Ave, yet just 2 short blocks from the beach. The Bus stops just a few steps away with 6 bus lines to the rest of Waikiki and most other points of West Oahu, and with grocery delivery readily available from Safeway, there is no real need to have a car.

We had a few minor issues with the condo, e.g. the florescent light above the kitchen sink was burned out when we arrived, but Captain Cook was extremely responsive - thank you, Barbara for your great hospitality!"

"Perfect
Great location and all the pictures are accurate, everything you will need in kitchen appliances so you don't need to eat out every meal. The apartment was clean and well maintained, ducted air conditioner was nice and quiet, beds were comfortable. Bathroom is probably not the most private with a frosted glass door but for a couple or family not a problem I guess. This is the fourth time I have used Captain Cook Resorts and second time in this building and will definitely use them again, so helpful and professional.

"Great Condo! Will be back 😊
Stayed at Suite 1105 at at Waikiki Park Heights for 2 weeks. Captain Cook Real Estate were wonderful to deal with. Very ‘on the ball’ , and checking in frequently to make sure everything was okay. We had to call Barbara for a small problem with our bathroom sink, she was there to fix it within the hour. Building is well located, well maintained, and feels secure. Actual suite was well stocked with basics, kitchen appliances were high quality. We appreciated the setup of the bathroom, large shower space and great water pressure (something I’m fussy on). Pool area nice and clean, and quiet. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Wonderful place to stay!
The entire process of getting to and in the condo once we arrived in Honolulu was seamless. Barbara gave perfect instructions as to where to meet her upon arrival, she showed us to the condo and told us everything we needed to know about the place. The location couldn't be more convenient and I love that the ocean can be seen from the Lanai - on which I sat every morning and enjoyed my coffee! I loved that there were two twin beds so my cousin and I could sleep comfortably in our own space rather than sharing a bed. We also were provided plenty of towels and wash cloths along with plenty of beach towels. We put the beach towels to use and took the two beach chairs with us as well. I also felt very safe in this building. My cousin and I talked and we would recommend this place to anyone wanting to come to Honolulu. If we come back, we're definitely staying there! I can't think of anything negative to say other than the sadness I felt when we had to leave! The price is right, the location is great!"

"Great location
This building is in a great location. You are 3 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks from the Food Pantry, and still in the heart of waikiki for much less $.
The suite is as expected from the pictures provided. Furnishings are clean and in good condition. The fridge is large and clean. The cook top is a bit slow to heat up but does its job. There were plenty of cookware, dishware and utensils...even a rice cooker which we made use of. The only down side was the cookware were old, the non stick pans were scratched and peeling and all but one pot had black burn marks on the bottom. The beds are very soft so beware if you have back problems. There were plenty of linens and towels available. We did not have any noisy neighbors but I can imagine how that would be a problem as the units are not very sound proofed. You can hear the sound of toilets be flushed or water running in the pipes.
The view from the balcony is amazing and from the from door you have another amazing view of the mountains.
Overall, we would definitely recommend this place to others as you do get a lot of value for your money. But, as described, the unit is very small. I think it is great for 2 people or families with small children. If your kids are older and need personal space then this will not work."

"Hawaii 2017 Guys Trip
My friend and I were extremely pleased the the communication and the easy of booking this trip. Barbara met us at the condo and carried us to the room and gave us a complete tour and run down on the place and told us a few things going on in the neighborhood. The condo was well kept and stocked with all the utensils we would need, towels, sheets and beach towels. Denise from Captain Cook called the next day to follow up and was any gracious person, she helped us out on parked that I guess I booked and didn't mean too. "Had a great stay!
Our stay was great! When we first got there the cleaning staff had forgotten to give us towels so Barbara personally brought some to us. The pictures make the place look much bigger than it is but we weren't entirely concerned with space. It was great waking up every morning and having coffee on the little balcony with the ocean right in front of you. Personally this place was perfect for us. We were able to make breakfast most mornings and some small lunches. Great overall stay! (Sorry my review is kind of all over the place)"

"Convenient location
The location of the place is very convenient. Few minutes from the beach, restaurant and shop. Bus stop is few steps away. The unit if very clean and everything we need is there. But the only complain we have is the sleeper sofa mattress. Its over used, very uncomfortable. I can feel the spring of the bed. The middle part is gone, not firm anymore. We have to sleep almost at the edge of the mattress.

"Convenient location and amenities, but BBQ smell every day
I stayed here for a month, May-June, 2014. I've been to Honolulu many times, and used to live there, too. Based on my experience:

Pros:
-Convenient location to go to the beach, stores, restaurants, bus stops, shopping, etc.
-Nice to watch some portion of the ocean from balcony.
-Many appliances for simple cooking are provided in the unit.
-Building has a secure-entry, its security staff are courteous, and there is a salt-water swimming pool in the building (4th floor) that never got crowded during my stay - good for short swimming or sun-bathing in the afternoon, if you don't want to deal with Waikiki crowd and sand.

Cons:
-The unit is old, seems to have never been renovated since its original condition. It can be much better with more deep cleaning, especially, the carpet, and near the air-conditioning vents.
-BBQ smell every day except for mornings, particularly strong from 5pm, which made it hard to keep the balcony door open, when the natural breeze was very nice. I wish I knew this before staying here. I don't eat meat, but don't mind some temporary BBQ smell. Nonetheless, a steak house downstairs, and a few BBQ restaurants nearby, the smell was constant from late afternoon, whenever opening the balcony door.
-All towels are placed in the tiny toilet room. I think they should be placed in the bedroom or next to the refrigerator.
-A bit noisy, but it’s OK, when all the windows are closed. I know Kuhio is a busy area, but expected the unit to be less noisy than it actually was, being a little bit tucked away from Kuhio Ave.

Conclusion:
-Stay here, if convenience is key, regardless of old amenities and carpet.
-Don’t stay here, if you don’t like constant BBQ smell and/or prefer keeping windows open to air-conditioning, and prefer a quieter unit."

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Separates Schlafzimmer und schlafmöglichkeit im Wohnzimmer. Wir waren zu dritt und es ging recht gut. Bad is renoviert und völlig in Ordnung. Wohn- und Küchebereich ist etwas in die "Tage" gekommen, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Barbara E. Sanderson war sehr nett und telefonisch leicht erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist etwas laut, da sie sehr zentral an der Kuhiostreet liegt. WLAN funktionierte perfekt.

"At home in paradise
I've been to Hawaii more times than I can count. Usually I stay in a hotel but this time I wanted a more homey experience. The condo was perfect. We didn't have to go out to eat for every meal and the view of the surf break at Queens was fabulous. The price was very satisfactory and the location would be hard to beat. "

"Perfect location in Waikiki
This is the third time we have stayed in this building. The security guards are very friendly and always open the door for us. This is the perfect location in waikiki. Close to everything and great view of the beach. Love how only people staying in the building have access to the condo floors. The pool is great and spent many mornings there. Four of us and a baby shared this rental for three weeks and there was plenty of room for everyone. The way the bathroom is set up allows everyone the privacy they need to get ready in the morning without problems. Would highly recommend this property to everyone. Barb is very professional and great to deal with. Will be staying again in the future. Thanks so much......"

The liveing room and bed room are very small. Lots things in room don't work.I bought a new DVD, new shower.The TV set has no cable, the dining table is very small. Overall the price is too expersive compare its condition and service."

"Loved the Location but this condo could use some work!
This condo hasn't been upgraded in many years. While the furniture was adequate, some amenities were lacking. There is no Internet Access. The kitchen sink was a bar sink, not a full size. The 2 burner portable stove was old and slow to heat. The glasses and coffee cups were stained and old as well as pots and pans. Fixtures and hardware were also worn and old. A small investment could really spruce the place up and make a difference here - as well as a good spring cleaning. I was told this was an economy rental, but my friends rented a newly renovated condo, same time, same plan, higher floor for the same price.

On a positive note, the bed's were comfortable, the linens were clean and the view was nice. The fridge was new and a good size. The location is very convenient for everything in Waikiki. The property manager is on location and responds quickly to requests for assistance, maintenance, etc. It's a good building. "

For years I have stayed in hotels, being somewhat leary of condo rentals. I have now rented in this building twice, and I so wish I had been smart enough to do this a long time ago! Barbara, the C. "Lovely Trip
We had a wonderful time at Waikiki Park Heights. Its proximity to the beach, shopping, food, library, bus route was excellent. The room was amazingly quiet. Barbara, our Captain Cook representative, was excellent to deal with; friendly, available, knowledgeable, and helpful. We also got acquainted with the day-time security guards, Robert and Kamalu, who were also very friendly and helpful. We felt totally safe. The common areas are well maintained. This particular unit has not been remodeled, so although surface clean, its age is apparent, but priced accordingly. Come expecting an element of pleasant utility - not high class luxury. We would be delighted to stay in this unit again."

Only reasonably clean. This unit is also very dated and in need of upgrading. Repairs to the leaky bathtub and faulty kitchen wiring should not go neglected - little signs warning guests what not to use are not acceptable."
