If you cancel more than 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date (60 days prior to arrival for monthly rentals), the reservation downpayment will be returned, minus a $100 cancellation fee. For example, if a $300 downpayment was paid, you will receive $200 dollars back.

If you cancel within 45 days of arrival (60 days prior to arrival for monthly rentals), there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. We apologize, but properties are hard to re-rent, as many people make bookings far in advance.

For reservations made within 45 days of arrival (60 days prior to arrival for monthly rentals), payment is due in full at time of booking in order to confirm the reservation, and the cancellation policy as stated above will apply. A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, fax or e-mail.

"Nice Updated Condo in Central Waikiki
Villa #2511 was a great condo for the two of us. Updated, clean and great views from the lanai. The walk to the closest beach is about 5 minutes but don’t waste your time going to this crowded small beach. Many other options out there. The condo was central to dining, shopping and beaches so put on your walking shoes and venture out to see the sights. Nice new washer and dryer in unit too that came in extremely handy and enough paper type products to last out 10 days. We did rent a car but only used it to & from airport, Pearl Harbour and to view the northern part of island including Polynesian Cultural Centre and twice to get a few groceries at Safeway which is about a 7 minute drive. Enjoy your stay here. It has everything you need. We did not use the small pool but did venture on rooftop to use the clean BBQ’s, watch sunset (far side closest to beach) and Friday fireworks (other end of rooftop closer to canal)"

Was a pleasure to stay at this property. It is exactly as pictured. Close to amenities and we love this location. Unit was super clean and maintained. Was great to have in suite washer and dryer. Two beach chairs are there to use and that was greatly appreciated. Would stay here again and recommend this unit to others. Thanks for making our 3 week vacation enjoyable with having a great unit to stay in."

"Convenient and Stress-Free Stay in Waikiki
Captain Cook Real Estate went above and beyond during our stay in Hawaii. The room was incredibly clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The view from the apartment is gorgeous. The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Waikiki, and is a few-minute walk from major malls and restaurants.

During our stay, the staff were incredibly responsive and accommodating even during the busy Christmas season. For example, our washer unit was beginning to show its age. James and the team immediately looked into fixing or replacing the unit, and we found a brand new unit in our room the next day!

We highly recommend a stay with Captain Cook Real Estate, and look forward to another stay with the team next time we are in Hawaii."

This is a great location within walking distance to lots of restaurants, shopping and the beach. The unit itself was clean and had a great view. James was quick to answer the phone when we arrived and provided ample information about the rental. Everyone we encountered in the complex were also very friendly which made our stay even more enjoyable "

"Stylish Studio with a Great View and Location
The place is very clean and stylish. It comes with 2 beach chairs and umbrella. It was nice to walk to the beach by the Duke statue. Go there in the morning, when it's not too busy.

It's also very, very close to the International Market (and also Royal Hawaiian shopping center), where there are some very good shops and restaurants. Also close to a Starbucks Reserve cafe.

Unfortunately, the Food Pantry close by is now closed. However, you can find some groceries and beer to stock the fridge from the Mitsuwa Japanese market in the International Market.

Can't beat this location and view for this price!"

Our apt was amazing... Great view with an expensive balcony. The apt size was good for a studio. It was perfectly clean! Location was very very good, very central and safe area in Waikiki. The parking spot was wide enough for our JEEP rental.

Check-in/checkout was very smooth. We were happy with everything and will probably stay here again next year!!!"
