This 2nd floor sparkling clean 3-bedroom 2-bath home on 36th Street is 1 block from the beach, right next to 38th Street Park. It is walking distance to the Newport Beach Pier where there are many shops and restaurants as well as places to rent equipment for all sorts of water sports, as well as the Lido Marina Village and the historic Lido Cinema.
As you enter this home you will find yourself in a clean beach inspired great room with living and dining areas and a kitchen. The living room has lots of comfortable seating and a large wall mounted flat screen TV so you can relax and recharge together.
The dining area has a table for 4, and the quaint kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires. All you need do is add the food and the camaraderie of your family and/or friends.
The light, bright master queen bedroom has a full en suite bath with a shower tub combination. There is a 2nd queen bedroom and a 3rd bedroom with a daybed that pulls out to two twin beds. These bedrooms share a full bath with a shower/tub combination.
And of course all bed and bathrooms are furnished with quality linens for your ultimate comfort.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY
No Smoking on the property - NO EXCEPTIONS (this is inside and outside the property).
•This home sleeps 6 people in beds. We will allow an additional two people to sleep in the property. A maximum of 8 people may occupy the home at any time. An air mattress is available upon request to accommodate for an additional fee.
There is only 1 garage parking spot for this home for average sized vehicles
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does NOT have air conditioning.

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.
-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.
-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy above, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.
Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.
