"Peaceful and clean condo with great ocean view
First time in Hilton Head. Came with wife and 2 kids from college. Well maintained, clean condo with nice furniture. Great position of room with nice view to pool and ocean. Beach umbrella though small was very handy. Location was very close to cologny plaza with some restaurants, bars and shops. Whole family was happy with the experience. "

I have visited Hilton Head Island for 30 years and this was one of the best rentals. Very clean, recently updated apartment with ocean views.. Great location, basically on the beach, walking distance to Coligny Plaza shopping & many restaurants. Enjoyed lunch at Jim’s Pool Bar and the live entertainment at the Tiki Hut. Would definitely stay again."

"Great vacation
We had a wonderful time, and the condo was everything we hoped for. We did have a slight maintenance issue. The issue was out of anybody’s control and the management company and the owners were more than fair. We will definitely be coming back"

This place was amazing!! This was our second year staying at this location. The condo was great and the rental company was amazing. They were beyond helpful. "Shorewood best condos in Forest Beach
We have stayed at Shorewood many times, and enjoy the immaculate grounds, views and amenities. The proximity to Coligny is fantastic. This unit was very nice with the exception of the older carpet and the living room couch and chairs that need replaced or covered due to stains. Really brought our rating of this unit down from what could have been 5 star. Excellent customer service from Seashore Vacations."

"Fantastic Stay
It was a great experience. The rental was very clean and stocked well with what we needed to make meals at the rental and feel like we were at home. We loved the view and it had plenty of space for our family of four to relax and have our own space. We felt the pool and the beach area was very clean and not too crowded and it was a short walk from coligny which was nice."

"Love the location!
This rental was very clean and had great quality linens and sheets, kitchen well-stocked with utensils! A/C worked great! We loved the view of the ocean and quiet atmosphere. The pool was immaculate and well maintained! The beach is an easy walk from the pool. We will definitely stay here again if we come back!"

"Lovely Condo
We really enjoyed our stay at the Shorewood condo. Location was awesome, grounds were super clean, super close to beach, beautiful view of pool and ocean! And the condo was clean, comfortable and lovely as well. Huge kudos to Seashore Vacation rentals for fixing an issue we had in record time (Less than 2 hours from call to repair!) Feel very comfortable recommending any condo this company manages after this experience."

"Awesome Place to Stay!
2 ladies, 2 bedrooms so we both had some privacy and space. Unit was perfect, clean, and quiet. Loved the pool and easy access to the beach. The only recommendation I would make is a second privacy curtain from master bedroom to the deck. The curtain that is there is rather shear."

"Nice, clean condo, great view of the ocean!!
The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking and washer/dryer was a plus. The master bedroom was roomy and bed comfortable. No back pain in the morning! Breakfast on the balcony was a great way to start the day. The view is amazing. Seashore staff was easy to work with. Would recommend this condo and mangers to others. Looking forward to our next stay!"

"Beautiful accommodations with a great view
Shorewood is a well kept complex with ample parking and easy beach and pool access. Shorewood 437 has a great deal of space and it felt homey as well. My youngest stated it was like a home away from home. We enjoyed the beautiful decorations. Also we enjoyed the views of the beach and property. A great place to stay in Hilton Head. "

"Needed Vacation
We actually rented 2 condos In Shorewood. Both were clean and almost like home. We have rented through Seashore Vacations for 28 years and have never been disappointed. Their owner truly understands his business. I would highly recommend Seashore Vacations!!"

"Great Location
I can't say enough great things about Shorewood 437. The location and view of the pool and beach are beautiful, the condo was spotless, it had virtually every kitchen tool and appliance you could want and a full size washer and dryer. We have two small kids and they loved the zero entry pool and we felt safe with them. We also appreciated the beach chairs and toys. Can't wait to stay in 437 and visit HHI again!"

"Glorious View, Beautiful Condo
We had a great experience from beginning to end. (We are only sorry that it had to end. Next time we will stay longer.) The folks at Seashore Vacations were friendly and helpful. The unit was beautifully decorated and provided a direct view of the ocean as well as the beautiful grounds at Shorewood. We've been to HHI at other times of the year but found early May to be our favorite. We recommend this unit. "

We enjoyed our time at Shorewood 437. The condo was wonderful and had everything we needed. The only suggestion I would make is to install ceiling fans in the bedrooms. It got very stuffy at night. "

"Another fabulous S Forest Beach/HHI vacation!
How difficult can it be? Go online and check out the properties available and select what meets your needs. We've found the South Forest Beach area, and in particular, Shorewood, to be top notch. We love being close to Coligny Plaza which has everything you might need and the beach is only a few steps away. What makes this our vacation of choice? Great rentals/great property mgmnt/ ocean front/ bicycle rides everywhere, especially on the beach, great seafood and great weather. Plenty of activities to choose from and everything is well cared for and clean. We would definitely stay in Shorewood 437 again. Clean, great beds, great washer/dryer, great view, newly renovated 2 BR, 2 bath unit. "

"Beautiful condo, completely renovated, great view!
437 Shorewood Villa was a lovely place to stay for vacation! The unit has been completely renovated and feels brand new. My compliments to the decorator as the décor was modern, tasteful, and upscale with a nice balance of color and beach themes without it overwhelming the guests.
Let me first mention a couple suggestions that were not critical but might be helpful.
• Consider upgrading to high definition for the television reception. We weren’t at the beach to watch TV but the women’s World Cup in progress and we struggled to make out the time, the score, and identify players.
• Upgrade utensils
• Provide a broom and dust pan.
Now for the positive experiences, and there were plenty:
• Nice upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. Loved the countertops and all the soft-close cabinet and vanity doors and drawers!
• Tile floors made it easy to keep clean (though would have appreciated a broom, used the vacuum).
• The view was beautiful!
• The balcony was larger than expected, with a table and four chairs. My whole family was able to eat breakfast every morning on the balcony with a view of the ocean.
• The pool upgrade was very nice, contributed the beautiful view.
• The condo was quiet. The family staying next door were friends of ours and the parents were continually apologizing for the noisy kids and the bouncing soccer balls but we never heard them.
• Keyless entry to the unit was very convenient. No keys to keep up with or return!
• The rental company, Seashore Vacations, was very nice and helpful; easy to work with.
• Convenient location to about anything on the island.
• The owner’s left a binder with their story, the condo’s history, and before and after photos that demonstrated the renovation. It was a nice personal touch. ?
The list could go on. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others! Thank you for such a nice place!

"Birthday Beach Weekend
We have been to Hilton Head many times but this is the first time that we have stayed at Shorewood and it won't be the last! Our family of 5 loved #437 with all its new renovations and fantastic view. My daughter especially loved watching the dolphins from our balcony at sunrise. It is SO convenient to be able to walk right out to the beach (you can't say that about a lot of places at HHI) and the pool was very nice. We have a 9 yr old, a 5 yr old, and a baby and we all enjoyed the zero-entry pool with fountains. The tide pools were a great source of entertainment for the two older kids. The supplied sand toys and chairs were a nice touch too.
The condo was nicely furnished and the second bedroom was even big enough to accommodate our pack-and-play. It was easy to get to and convenient to the grocery store, the Salty Dog, and other restaurants. "

Great view, clean condo. Couch was very uncomfortable. TVs hard to navigate, and small screen. Liked combination lock on door. Liked sliding doors -- easy to push open. Lots of noise from above condo, all day and evening. May have been redoing. Otherwise, enjoyed stay. thanks "

"VERY NICE UNIT, BUT I DIDN'T LIKE THE WASHER/DRYER LAYOUT
I LIKED THE LIVING RM COUCH IT WAS THE FIRST FIRM COUCH IN ALL MY 30 YEARS OF RENTING FROM YOU. I DID NOT LIKE THE WASHER AND DRYER. VERY SMALL, THE DRYER LINT COVER IS AT THE BACK OF THE DRYER. HARD TO REACH, GREAT BEDS,GREAT EVERYTHING ELSE. THE WASHER HAS BLACK MILDEW ON THE RUBBER RING ON DOOR. I TRIED HARD TO CLEAN IT AND IT WOULD NOT COME OFF, YOU NEED A STRONGER CLEANER. ALSO THE HOUSE NEEDS A WATER PRESSURE REGULATOR, THE PIPES SHAKE WHEN YOU OPEN THE FAUCET, SOME FAUCETS WORK HARD, SOME EASY. THE SUPER PRESSURE IS GOING TO COST THE SELLER A LOT OF TROUBLE IF HE DOES NOT PUT A PRESSURE REGULATOR WHERE THE WATER COMES INTO THE UNIT, TRUST ME I AM A PRO LANDLORD IN CINCINNATI. ALSO THE BEDRM DR WITH THE TWIN BEDS WOULD NOT CLOSE PROPERLY AND THE BULB BURNED OUT OVER THE STOVE ON THE LEFT, I LIKED THE UNIT I STAYED IN ON THE 3RD FLOOR LAST MAY BETTER. BUT REALLY IT WAS A 10 AS YOU PUT IT, CLEAN. YOUR SELLER ALSO HAS 6 GALLON FLUSH TOILETS, HE IS WASTING A LOT OF WATER, HE NEEDS TO PUT IN NEW TOILETS WHERE THE WATER USAGE IS HALF. I AM DOING THAT ON MY RENTALS IN CINCINNATI."
