This completely updated chic beachfront home looks out at endless panoramic views of the sparkling Pacific from everywhere, including a gorgeous view from the queen bedroom with its own large flat screen TV – creating a more private space for napping, reading, a book, or catching up on your favorite TV series. This home comfortably sleeps 2 in beds.
The perfectly crafted and decorated interior offers generous expanses of scale in its proportions and extraordinary detail with its beach chic décor and furnishings - while still feeling inviting, warm, and comfortable.
The glass wall of the great room opens up to the private oceanfront balcony so indoor outdoor living is a breeze. Comfortable cluster seating in the living room area gives you a place to enjoy the ocean view and a large flat screen TV at the same time.
The bedroom separates from the great room with a telescoping glass wall and remote control shades that allows privacy when needed and when opened allows the bedroom to flow into the rest of the unit. The bedroom also includes it's own separate Flat Screen TV.
The ocean view kitchen area features new stainless steel appliances and new countertops. Inside ocean view dining is an option too – just add the food and the fun and thoroughly embrace this delightful beachfront haven.
A newly renovated bathroom features a large walk-in shower. And all bed and bathrooms are furnished with ample premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.
Additional amenities include cable and WIFI, and there is a shared stacked laundry in the complex for your use. It also has air conditioning and 1 uncovered dedicated parking space. The shared patio also has a large barbecue for sunset dining.
This unit is adjacent to unit 10 and can be booked together with a connecting door on the balcony to enjoy both units together.

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!
It is right on the beach, with a variety of places to enjoy the endless views of the Pacific – from every room inside to two balconies, or the beach, on the outside.
A dedicated parking space keeps things really easy too.
It is only a 5-10 minute drive to Santa Monica – so you are close to shopping and the other amenities the city offers.
If rented with adjacent unit #10 or all three units (8, 10 & 12) you can share your private decks. Access to these decks is through the inside doors on each balcony.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties – NO EXCEPTIONS!
One needs to be able to navigate stairs to the beach and to the shared balcony.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.

Our standard cancellation policy does not allow for refunds due to COVID-19 related concerns. In an effort to offer additional protection in these uncertain times, we have found two travel insurance companies offering Cancel For Any Reason policies. We highly recommend that you look into these options to protect your trip. -
If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.
-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.
-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy above, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.
Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.
The cancellation of a reservation with stay dates immediately impacted by state-issued travel restrictions and/or those impacted by a state-initiated regression in the re-opening phases will result in a credit of the full value of payments made to be used in the next 12 months.
