In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

We had a wonderful time. Condo was beautiful and very spacious. Very clean. Liked it that beach towels were provided. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was very well appointed with nice coffee maker, dishwasher, large refrigerator. Balcony was so wonderful. Loved watching golfers. "Great Unit, Bit of a hike...
This is a wonderful condo unit! Rooms were perfect in size and kitchen/family room were greatly decorated! We cooked multiple times in the unit, several utensils/equipment made it easy. The view of the 8th hole/par 3 was awesome, had a lot of fun watching the golfers. The only negative that could be a deal breaker for some is the walking distance to the beach and pool areas. We had a 12'x 12' canopy tent we hauled to the beach (about 65 lbs) along with our chairs and 's about 5-10 minute walk (if you stopped to switch arms from carrying). The pool is a little further walk, but we honestly didn't mind either walk. We weren't about to pack our cars with the gear and park next to the beachway/pool, sort of defeated the purpose of being on the beach. Outside of the walks, the beach was nicer than I expected! We would consider staying at Cinnamon Beach again, but would try to get a unit closer to the pool/beach."

"June 1- June 8th
Our vacation was overall a success. However, we were a little disappointed by all the rules that came along with our stay at this condo, upon arrival the first thing that great us as we walked through the door was a sign stating "no sand in this condo" I am sorry but anyone that has ever vacationed at the beach with children should know that this is beyond impossible, then as we read the book that had all the rules we were taken aback by all the rules for the pool, for this to be advertised as a family vacation spot it is ridiculous to say "no playing is allowed in the pool" how are children supposed to have fun they are not allowed to play or have any toys in the pool. This is a little crazy to me if this is the type of environment you are wanting then you should not advertise as family friendly because we vacationed with four very unhappy children because they could not "play" in the pool and had to get "fussed" at any time the brought any sand into the condo. On top of all of this, the hot water did not work and we had to have a service man come in a replace it after not having hot water for an entire day and a half of no hot water. These are just some concerns I had with my vacation with you all."

This is a beautifully decorated and updated condo. The pics really don’t do it justice. Bright and airy inside, with a huge patio that is nicely furnished. And the ocean view is amazing. We stayed for a long weekend and fit 6 women comfortably. We LOVED staying here!! Will definitely try and book this condo again in the future. "

This is one of the nicest condos. We loved it and the view was great. It was very clean and the decor was lovely. We loved the new snack bar at the pool and the service and food was amazing. "A great family vacation
We loved this condo! It had enough space for five adults and three small children. Our only suggestions to the owner would be additional cookware for those families who love to cook even while on vacation and a better mattress on the double bed in the "kids" room for those grandparents who get to share that space! The community was wonderful! The pools were awesome, although we did wish the splash pool was open because we were traveling with a 2 and a 3 year old. We absolutely loved the pristine beach. It's a great location...close to St. Augustine and Daytona. Our options for food and sightseeing were varied. I would highly recommend this condo and the community!"

It was a last minute, emergency, family trip. We knew the kids would not get a real vacation this summer so decided on a beach rental to give them a little one. This place was perfect. "Nice condo
We had a nice week at this condo. It is fully stocked with everything you need and decorated beautifully with very nice and up to date furnishings. The view of the golf course and ocean was amazing. It's an easy walk to the beach but a pretty good haul to the pool. John the on sight maintenance man was amazing. Super friendly and beyond helpful with the broken ice maker. Our complaint, and why we would never rent this unit again, was that it was FILTHY!! The cleaning crew clearly changed the bed linens (I hope!) and did nothing else. The master bath had multiple human hairs in it. The kitchen table had never been wiped down and had sticky food along with dog hair. That brings me to my last compliant. We rented this unit because it said pet free. We have two people in our family with severe pet allergies. The owners clearly have two dogs and their hair was everywhere. Every pillow and cushion on the sofa had pet hair. Every time we did a load of laundry there was the black Boston Terrier pet hair on the clean load. Pet hair covered the bathroom floor. We wiped down the two leather chairs so the people allergic to pets could sit. I ran the vacuum two more times but continued to find pet hair. It's fine if the owners have pets but this must be disclosed. I would highly recommend this unit to a pet lover who doesn't mind finding pet hair on every surface imaginable. We even found a hairs in the refrigerator! I was also told by the rental company that the children's splash play area would be done by Memorial Day. It's not even slightly close to being finished. I'm pretty sure when I emailed them at the beginning of June this was known. I wish they would have been more straightforward."
