"Florida in January
My experience was, in all, very good. There were several interruptions: furniture deliveries, and one night I was awakened by tee fire alarm. Everyone evacuated while the fire dept. checked the entire building. An hour or so later we were allowed back in. Some kind of malfunction. A few days later a all had to allow access until the problem was found. No personal property was disturbed. "

The rental experience was great. Unfortunately, the unit and the one we moved to afterwards was full of pet hair. The apartment is advertised as no pets allowed. My family is extremely sensitive to pet hair so from that aspect it was not great. "

"Wonderful time
Condo needed repairs when we got there. It was clean. Could use a bar in the shower. They still didnt fix the ice dispenser or water dispenser on the fridg which is something I look for. The vaccumm didnt work. Had our own swifer and hand vac. Loved the view. "

"Wonderful vacation at Cinnamon Beach ... again!
This is a return visit to Cinnamon Beach after 6 years! My children and now my grandchildren loved our vacation home away from home! Something for everyone: golfing for the guys ("best ocean views of any Florida golf course"), pools for grandkids and the mom's, and of course, a beautiful beach and ocean waves. Our condo was perfect: lots of room, 3 baths, and a great kitchen and dining areas for all! Didn't go far as we were so content to stay on site in the beautiful setting of Hammock Beach Resort. Captain's BBQ and JT's Seafood Shack for a great meal on 2 evenings...we had no major issues and look forward to returning again! Next time will try to stay a little closer to the pools! "Three week vacation!
We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings were nice. Very easy to live in. The view was gorgeous! (They need to remove the old screen that was laying on the lanai.) I would advise the owners to buy a couple of good beach.chairs. Yes, I’d stay there again.
The management was great! I give the guy that was on call to fix the tv a gold star! I do wish the condo had cable because we were there 3 weeks. Spectrum sucks.
The pools and snack bar were great and there was easy access to the beach. The April weather was quite nice. Plenty of beach time! Very enjoyable."

"Great Stay
The resort community and the condo itself went above and beyond our expectations. The condo is more spacious than the pictures let on and very cozy and clean. The kitchen is large and well equipped for a rental. The community itself was incredibly clean and quiet. Everything seemed either new or was well maintained. We enjoyed going to the pools and also spent time on the beach. Getting to the beach or the pool was a quick car ride or a simple walk. Cannot wait until we can come back!!"

"Customer Service from Property Manager Excellent
Stayed many time. This unit has some problem initially but property manager was more than responsive and eager to help over our stay. Of all the units we stayed at over the past decade this one just needed some TLC on normal maintenance items, However, are you betting really needs to be replaced as well as pillows. Or a luxury condominium affect to have luxury mattresses, pillows, and comforters but this one does not. View is amazing ans the grounds are impeccable. Had it not been for the property manager for we would leave less than three stars. "

"Good Community but this Unit Needs Some Work
The Cinnanmon Beach Community met our expectations and was well described in the materials provided. The furniture was accurately portrayed but poorly cleaned. Our bed sheets and shower curtain had obvious stains. Within a few hours of walking around barefoot after arriving our feet were nearly black and we found a breast cancer treatment pill on the floor of the master bedroom. We have a toddler and I’m just thankful we found it before she did. The silverware was rusting. The dishwasher failed to work on its first pass but we cleared an error and got it going. The ice/water dispenser on the refrigerator would intermittently turn on and off. The maintenance items were reported with a request to fix after we left so I can’t comment on their future state.

I have pictures/video of all items mentioned except the dishwasher and the pill which was promptly discarded. "

"Beautiful
The condo is beautiful and so spacious. The view is awesome! Everything you need was provided. The balcony table was nice for meals outdoors. Some other comfortable seating would have been great there was room for it. The pictures may lead you to believe there is direct beach access from the condo but you do not as the golf course is between the unit and beach. Your best bet is to drive to the beach access on property as it would be quite a distance with all your beach gear and kids! The pool area is about the same distance so with kids you would want to drive there too. You cannot take any snacks or drinks to the pool but can purchase something there-but no alcoholic drinks allowed by the pool. Overall it was great- it is a beautiful area and close enough to St Augustine -we went twice during our week and it's a nice drive down A1A."

"Beautiful condo and property
We booked this unit as a last-minute weekend get away, and at first we were concerned that there wouldn't be a very good beach view because of the pictures on the website. Once we entered the condo and walked into the living room, we were blown away by the beautiful view. The golf course and ocean make for a very relaxing view, and you can definitely see the ocean. Large, sprawling floor plan and each bedroom has privacy from the other bedrooms. Large kitchen and huge master bedroom. Also, this place was very clean and well maintained.

The beach is in great shape and the pool areas are nice. We ate dinner one night at Captains BBQ, and the ribs were outstanding. It's a very casual order-at-the-counter restaurant. Publix is just outside the entrance to the property as well. We will definitely be back!"
