As soon as you enter the front door, drop your bags, and take in the elevated 5th floor unobstructed ocean views. These incredible ocean views draw in through the open-concept kitchen, dining and living rooms. The living room is homey and provides plenty of seating from the sectional to the armchairs with an ottoman. This is an ideal space for everyone to come together for a movie.
The kitchen is splendid with 42" cabinetry, granite counter tops and all the kitchenware you will need to cook up a homemade meal. Take a seat at the kitchen counter while you indulge in a delicious snack before hitting the beach.
The lush King Master Suite features a sliding glass door with access to the balcony, and picturesque windows with golf course and ocean views. The private master bathroom features a walk-in shower, separate soaking tub, and double vanities.
The 2nd bedroom boasts a peaceful queen bed for relaxation. The 3rd bedroom hosts a bunk bed with a twin on the top bunk and a full on the bottom bunk. Both guest bedrooms also entertain with a TV to fall asleep to your favorite shows. Nearby is the unit’s 2nd full bathroom as well as the convenient washer and dryer.

CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $275.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.
