The interior of the property was spotless, but exterior windows were quite dirty. Furniture in the living room is extremely uncomfortable and should be replaced. Enjoyed the location, bikes and beach chairs."

"House with great living space
A nice location, close to stable and close to hilton head ammenties. The house is very maintained with a great open living space and nice side room. The pool/hottub were great and well appreaciated by the kids."

We had a nice stay. A few hiccups with the hot tub not working and that was the reason we picked this home. A few unwelcome guests, cockroaches, but overall the house was clean and had plenty of room.

"Weekend getaway
Such a comfortable and pleasant remodeled mid-century home! It has everything you need for a weekend or week long vacation. Super comfortable beds in every room. Plenty of open space and beautiful views of the golf course from one whole side of the house. We loved the big windows and sliding glass doors. The pool was amazing. We were wondering if we would need the heater for the pool but never did. It warmed in the sun every day. Property is private and street is super quiet but close to everything. Definitely take advantage of the bikes! Sea Pines is perfect for bike riding. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! "

"Hilton Head Vacation
We previously stayed at condos when vacationing at HH. Renting a house for the first time was an excellent idea—no more fighting for baggage carts and trying to find a parking spot. We just pulled into the driveway and loaded the car. I loved that the house had a pool that we did not have to share with other tenants. The house was more than we expected. We just enjoyed our stay there. "

"Perfect Family Vacation
This was the perfect home for our family to spend Spring Break! The house was clean, kitchen well stocked, and beds were comfortable. We loved having access to the bikes and the location of the home made it easy to get to anything we needed (by bike or car). It was a little too cold during our stay to enjoy the beach but thanks to the heated pool the kids were still able to get in lots of swimming!"

This rental was amazing for our 2nd year down to HHI. We would rent it again. The only things that need fixed or added really is extra blankets if need be, a drain stop for the bathtub and plungers in both bathrooms just in case you need it. The house sat in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach �� The kids loved the pool. "

Overall satisfied, cleaning service left hair in bathrooms and shower drain but the rest of the property was very clean.
Location, spacious/updated house, plenty of towels, great pool/hot tub...
Only dissatisfier is the extra money required to heat the pool/hot tub isn't included in the price of the house. The amount per day is really steep, whiteboard given that you can't prorate based on days or whether or not you only want to use the hot tub. Also the set up fee in addition to the big daily fee seems over board considering I requested the set up at 330 and it was done before I arrived an hour later. Just didn't seem like that much went in to it.
Overall though, very thankful for the beautiful place to stay and would go again if I couldn't find another place that offered cheaper pool/hot tub access."

"Lovely rental
The rental was very clean, accurate description of property, clean and well-maintained, and pool was used hard with the extremely hot weather we encountered..loved being outback on the 3rd tee (which an alligator crossed into pond while we relaxed out back)..only drawback was not being able to bring our motorcylces onto the property..but overall it was a good vacation getaway."

We really love this house. It’s was very clean and has everything you need. The electronics are all updated so when it rained we were able to login to watch out favorite shows. This is the third house we have rented from Island Rentals and it is by far our favorite. Great vacation had by all!"

"Perfect family getaway
The location was fantastic. A short bike ride to Harbour Town and the bike trails were such a plus. The house was great and Island Rentals was amazing to deal with. They were so accommodating. We loved having our own pool and a view of the golfers. We chose not to have the pool heated and we’re glad we didn’t - it was so refreshing with how warm it was outside. We would highly recommend this rental and would stay here again! "

"Great house, perfect pool for our 1 year old
Really enjoyed this property. I would say the master mattress was the biggest complaint. Very loud and the too firm, impossible to roll over without waking other person in the bed. Frogs have found their way into sliding glass door frames and love to make loud noises. Few spiders as well. If these things were fixed it would’ve been a perfect stay"

"Great House and location. Poor service
The house and location were ideal. We were left disappointed with the customer service we received due to poor communication and responsiveness from the property manager. We rented this house due to the private pool. We were unable to use the pool as we desired due to the heater being broken. It took numerous calls to receive information about we the status of the heater being fixed, which was not possible during our stay. I feel we should have been offered a discount, but could not get someone to respond to the request. Customer service is important, therefore we would not rent the house again with Hilton ahead Island Rentals as the property manager. "

"Fall Break
This was a great house! It fit our family well and the place was well
maintained and fully stocked for a great week long trip. The pool was loved by our kids. We wish the hot tub would have been able to be a little warmer. There was a mold issue on the ceiling of the master bath. Overall, the company was very easy to work with and we would absolutely stay in the house again. "

"A very positive experience
We needed a house with a pool to spend with our kids and Get away from home during the pandemic. This newly renovated place was phenomenal. We hardly had to leave the property, which was key during the pandemic. The pool was great, the interior was great. The beach is a .7 mile walk, a little much w young kids, so drive and park at the designated area at the school. Beach is perfect distance for sunset or sunrise walks"

"Great Summer Vacation House
We had a great experience at this home. Its a quick bike ride to the beach and the pool is amazing!
The property company was very quick to respond to our needs.
The home was very clean when we arrived and everything was in good shape.
We actually thought the house was nicer then the pictures online.
Some of the furniture is a bit dated and we felt the sliding glass doors were very old so you could hear people golfing but we were never really there during the day so it was fine.

"Good times
We had a great time. We are a family of 5 with 3 small kiss and the house was quite well equipped for all our family demands. The house is well located in the plantation and the pool/jacuzzi have a great size. The house has been well renovated and it gives a clean and appealing look to it. The furniture is a little dated but it didn’t bother because it was highly funcional. We are thinking of returning during fall. "

"A few upgrades & this is a TEN!
We are so grateful that we were able to rent this home in Sea Pines for a "relocated quarantine home"! The pool, location to beach & view of golf course, bikes in the garage and open floor plan & lovely kitchen make this a STELLAR option for a family vacation. The 7 of us all concur.. this
home was wonderful. The beds are another story: the master was bouncy, we could feel the springs, & too high from the ground. Our kids, all teenagers, had more bad nights of sleep than good as they finally faulted the beds w/o our prompting. The sofas are equally uncomfortable so the pool lounge chairs became napping places. "

"Great little house
We stayed at 20 Tupelo for two weeks, and were very pleased with our experience there. The house was clean, with everything we needed for our stay. What we were missing, was quickly and cheerfully provided by Jay, our property manager. The location was great in Sea Pines, but not in the touristy areas. We rode the provided bikes all around and really appreciated having them."

"Nice house, but needs some love.
Overall, the house is nice but definitely had some areas that need attention. When we arrived, there were cleaning gloves, globs of hair and general trash dropped right in front on the door so that was a bit of an off putting welcome. I am a bit of a clean freak and the house did feel relatively clean which was nice. The kitchen was amazing, had exactly what we needed. It was really fun to cook in. The couch was comfortable and clean. The master bed was not very comfortable and the sheets were pretty rough so after a full week, I was really ready to be back home in my own bed. The pool was amazing! It was so hot out so it always was the perfect temperature. We paid for the jacuzzi to be heated and honestly didn't need to since it was so hot out as we spent most of our time in the pool. It was mostly me that was bothered by this, but the house had a really gross mildewy/musty/can't describe it smell. I don't know if it was that the floors were mopped with a stinky mop or there was mold or something coming from the attic. But the smell was throughout the house and it smelled a bit like urine by/in the guest bathroom. There were also millipedes ALL around the front entrance, pool and back porch. It was really gross because you had to dodge them on your way inside and by the end of the week, they started making their way inside the house. The pool furniture was pretty gross too. Most of the lounge chairs were on the brink of breaking and the cushion chairs just looked too gross to sit in, so we never used the chairs. Again, the pool was perfect, but it is in front of the house. They have some bushes there to create privacy but not much, so if it were my house, I'd put in some type of fence. Overall, we had a great week but would unfortunately not stay here again unless they addressed the items mentioned in this review. "

"Sea Pines Getaway
The house was beautifully located on the 3rd tee of the Sea Pines Club. Very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was laid out well for company, but could have been a little better equipped. The grounds were maintained regularly and the location gave us nice walks to the beach. We did not use the pool or hot tub as the weather did not support that and it would have been quite expensive. Our one disappointment was the lack of screens on the slider doors across the back. Without a screen, there was no ventilation in the prettiest bedroom, so it got pretty stuffy in there."

"Hilton Head -Comfort & Location
20 Tupelo is a very well located, nicely equipped home. Quiet, low traffic neighborhood in biking distance (bikes included) to shops, restaurants and beach. Golf course views from the backyard and really nice, small pool in the front yard. The house seemed partly renovated with new kitchen, dining and living rooms. The other rooms had a musty smell with older furniture and bathrooms not so recently updated. Beds in the smaller bedrooms were not true twins or queen-a bit small for tall adults. The house was very clean.
The cable box in the TV room went out the day we arrived and attempts were made to fix it. The other TVs, wi-fi, etc were in good working order. It would be nice to provide a few more kitchen amenities like napkins, paper towels, S&P, coffee filters, etc. "

"Great house, great rental company
I stayed in this house for a week and it was perfect. The house is immaculately clean, the kitchen is so so bright and nice, and the house couldn’t have been better. I absolutely loved the shower in the master bathroom. Too cold to use the pool while I was there but it is beautiful. Also the location of the pool in front of the house would be so convenient if one were staying with children. Because of the big window in the kitchen, you can easily keep an eye on the kids while you’re prepping dinner. Great house. Working with Travis was a pleasure and he could not have been more helpful. "
