"Relaxing beautiful vacation stay!
We had a great stay at Seagate 304! The condo was very nice and clean! The kitchen was well stocked even had a crockpot which someone might like for easy beach meals!The staff at lifestyle was responsive to all our needs. The only thing that needs to be addressed (which Lifestyle tried) the unit has no assigned parking space because they redid the parking lot and didn’t put 304 on the spot, therefore others park in it, so you have to find a guest spot to park in. Overall a fantastic place I would highly recommend!"

Great location overlooking the ocean. It is in a quiet area of the beach, yet close to restaurants and local stores. The unit has everything you need for your home away from home. I would highly recommend staying here and cannot wait to go back!"

"Sadly disappointing
We arrived on a Saturday and learned the elevators were not working. We were on the 3rd floor. Not a great way to start a vacation. I called everyday and finally it was fixed on Wednesday. So half of our week we had to go up and down the stairs. I understand things happen but no one seemed to be able to give us an answer as to when it would be fixed. Another renter there had said it was broke on the Wednesday before we got there. I never received any kind of discount for our troubles. I have had both knees operated on and this was not how I wanted to spend my stay. Sadly I don’t think I’ll be back to this condo. It was a nice place and had everything we needed but this was ridiculous. The management did not seem to be in a hurry to get it fixed. "

"Review on condo
I loved the location. When we got there at 4 the condo wasn’t ready. We
didn’t get in till after 6. That was very disappointing. We had 8 people in the unit snd they only gave us 8 towels. So, we had to wash every night. In cleaning up to leave, we found rat poop behind the sofa. When I went to check out and told the lady, all she said was disgusting. Nothing else, no I’m sorry or can we do anything for you.
We loved the beach, just might have to find a new place to stay next year. "

"'Girls' trip 2022!
We stay here ever other year for a ‘girls’ week of fun in the sun! You couldn’t ask for a better location, right on the beach with million dollar sunsets!! Recently renovated, it is beautiful, up to date, well equipped and very comfortable for our party of 7.
We had no need to contact property management however the party the week before us had reported issues with the washing machine when they checked out. So property management had to contact us to schedule service, they were very professional and accommodating so not to disturb our vacation.
Walking distance to several restaurants / bars and the Suncoast Beach Trolley stops right in front of Sea Gate which we utilized several times during our stay to visit Clearwater Beach and Johns Pass.
We love Sea Gate 304!! We are already planning 2024!!"

"Girl's Trip 2022
Sea Gate 304 is a beautiful condo with a million dollar view of the gulf. The only negative things I would say are that we didn't like having to stop at the office to pick up keys and then return them at the end of the trip, and the condo wasn't as clean as we would have expected when we arrived. Everything else was great. It's right across from the elevator, which wasn't a noise problem the week we were there. There were only 2 beach chairs in the condo but there is a canopy which we used every day. The location of the building is perfect. It's our second time at Sea Gate and we would book again."

"Love winter on the beach
We love coming to Sea Gate 304 the first week of January and staying until mid March. We enjoy golfing and the many beautiful parks with great walking trails. Great location,with many great restaurants and bars nearby.The condo was completely updated the Fall of 2021 and is beautiful and up to date. The property management company was very responsive and professional with any issue we may have had, and the owner was also very accomodating."

In general, this place was ok and would be a lot better with a few tweaks. Building and location were perfect, elevator was insanely slow. The kitchen table was very dusty guessing no one rented it for a while. We could hear people walking and moving around on floor above, so it is not very soundproof. Dead bolt did not work with key, only handle lock. Refrigerator was badly scratched and dented, a bit unsightly. We had some ants in kitchen that were taken care of pretty quickly by the management company. There was an odd intermittent knocking sound between our floor and below, guessing something with water or sewer lines. Both bathrooms had terrible shower pressure and the shower heads were in need of replacement. Bedrooms were nice but master mattress and sheets could be updated for comfort . Nice leather furniture but couch had yellow staining, probably from sun.
Balcony had great view, rusty table could be replaced. Pool was nice and had bathrooms. Management company was easy to deal with and key pickup and drop off was a few blocks away. "

"Dingy and Dirty
I was very disappointed. I have been going over to that area for over 40 hrs there was food on floor in living room. Also qtips on closure floor..under the king bed it had not been clean. The kitchen under counter was disgusting. I had to clean it.. The facts all of there awful. The balcony was dirty had not been swept. The chairs out there were very dirty the table out there was rusty..i live to have coffee out there but it was not comfortable. The noise from the above condo was,awful. I don't mean the guys working on a unit. I sat in a chair in living room the leg was off but had been put like it was fixed I fell out of chair and was sore I had back surgery about a month and a half..the furniture was not confortable. The weather was nice and there were not a lot of people.."

Very well equipped condo with gerat view and location. Everything you'd everneed in the kitchen and many things for the beach for people of all ages. Beds were very comfortable. Both condo and building showing their age and building is not well soundproofed. Could hear neighbors above, including one very loud family argument, and noise from the corridor outside (condo is next to elevator and trash chute). On the whole fine for a vacation rental."

The unit was not clean upon arrival. I listed the issues for the rental service on the survey sheet to turn in upon checkout but got no feedback. The checkout was a hand-off at the door of the rental service. Not professional!!! The unit is past due for updating and a thorough cleaning. I won't use Florida Lifestyles again. "

"Great location!
We enjoyed this location very much. The view of the beach and easy access was a huge plus. The unit was well stocked and comfortable. It would be a plus to have some things updated in the unit but it wouldn't keep me from considering renting again. The cleaning crew did not do a good job before we moved in, chewed gum on the nightstand was surprising. The beach was never crowded, the restaurants were delish, and other shopping needs near by. Great experience!"

"Elevator trouble but otherwise fun
We were excited, the whole family was there. We made sure to rent a place with an elevator, because my husband is unable to take the stair. The condo was very nice, and clean, the view was gorgeous, but the elevator broke 3 times during our 1 week stay. Leaving my husband an I unable to enjoy the beach to go out to eat.
When I call Florida Lifestyle to tell them the elevator was out (because I didn't know who else to call and I rented from them), I was told they would try to get hold of the building manage. Because that didn't seem very urgent I also mentioned that my husband was disabled and unable to take the stairs. Then I receive a very cold response of "well, if this is an emergency you need to call 911". Noone said anything about an emergency, but we were 4 levels up and needed to be able to get in and out.
Again the condo was nice, it is directly on the beach. But the elevator was a problem."

Sea Gate 304 is a beautifully updated, spacious, condo located directly on the beach. We were a group of 7 women on our annual girl's trip, and we could not have been more pleased with our accommodations. The location was far enough from the Clearwater crowds to be peaceful, but close to restaurants and shopping. Indian Shores beaches are wide, white, sugar-sand, and the sunsets each evening were gorgeous! The check in/check out process was easy and the rental folks could not have been nicer. One minor maintenance issue was handled quickly without inconvenience to us. I would definitely recommend this property to others, and I know we'll be back as well!

"Great Getaway!
We had a great time in Indian Rocks Beach. Our rental at SeaGate was everything we could have asked for and more. Beautiful views and proximity to the beach was incredible. You could hear the waves from the balcony at all times. The building was not luxurious but had all the amenities. The pool was great and our kids enjoyed it several times. there were both gas and charcoal grills available for use with 2 gazebos with picnic tables. I would definitely recommend the Seagate to anyone looking to get away to this part of malfunctioned our last night there and we called too late to have someone come out but they were very attentive about the whole matter. WE just slept with the sliders open and listened to the waves!"

The condo was exactly what we had been looking for. It met our needs and was in a great location. Overall, we would recommend this condo again.
There were a few issues that we wouldnrather not have had to deal with while on vacation, but they did not discount the positives of the actual condo.
Our condo's air conditioning stopped working for the last two days of our stay, the gas grills outside did not work, and the elevator (which had been running slowly thenlast couple days of our stay) actually stopped and trapped me inside. The fire dept had to be called to get me out.

"Great Get-away!
Our week-long vacation in Indian Shores in February was wonderful! The weather perfect - sunny and not too hot or humid. Our accommodation was excellent and we enjoyed the beautiful Gulf views and walks on the beach. The condo building location was close to shops, reatuarants and our favourite coffee place."

Perfect 3 bedroom 2 bath condo for a relaxing fun filled two week vacation with an unbelievable view of the sunset each night. The condo is very nicely decorated and everything is high quality. Easy drive to Busch Gardens and of coarse perfect for Disney day trip."

"Fabulous week away from home
Our week in Seagate 304 was wonderful! We loved the beach and the water. the condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The Wifi wasn't working for several days until the office had the cable company come out to fix it on Tuesday. We understand that you have no control over the elevator but that was one VERY SLOW elevator that serviced the whole building."

"Relaxing
There was no remote control for the TV in the master bedroom. The remote for the living room got us one Chanel. I called Monday morning and was told to call the cable company. I was not on vacation to stay there to wait for a cable man. Than I was told some would come out, he came out and never said what the result would be. On Wednesday my son in law called again and finally there was a solution. I hope I didn't get the run around because of my gender. After the cable man came and I just happen to be there we had a great time."

"July vacation
The condo was in a good location. Easy access to surrounding restaurants. Beach was quiet and not overcrowded which we like. The staff at Lifestyle Vacation Rentals were very helpful and always answered any questions and quick to return a phone call if I left a message. The condo itself was nice just not as clean as I would have anticipated. That would be my only complaint for otherwise a great week. The cleaning staff needs to do a better job on the floors and in the kitchen. The kitchen cabinets had food and drippings down the front of them and the floors still had some dirty areas. We did have an issue with our air conditioner and when I called to alert the rental company they had someone out within 2 hrs to fix which was great. "

"Wonderful Stay in Indian Shores
The ocean view, immediately seen upon entry, is magnificent. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The only drawback in the layout is that the 2nd bathroom is only accessible to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms through the 2nd bedroom (not very convenient with kids). The kitchen pots and pans need replacing and it would have been nice to have had more towels and linens (extra pillows were available, but no pillowcases). All that aside, the beds were great, the furniture and closet space more than ample. Great refrigerator/ice maker and super great A/C and water heater (we never ran out of hot water for showers or laundry). "

"Life at Sea Gate 304
We have stayed in this area on numerous occasions and really enjoyed our stay at Sea Gate 304. The unit is very spacious. We had our daughter and two grand daughters with us and everyone thoroughly enjoyed this condo. Our toaster was a little temperamental, not a serious problem, and my wife meeting a gentleman with a new toaster in his hands mentioned that our toaster was a little aged. We didn't know that this gentleman was the owner of 304 but the next day he brought us a new replacement. We thought this was very thoughtful of him. The unit was very clean and well supplied with dishes and cutlery. The dishwasher and fridge need some service but we had no major issues with them. We definitely would stay at this unit again. We love the location and it is near our favourite restaurants and grocery stores."

The apartment was very nicely decorated. The floors were very dirty when we arrived and we had to mop the entire place. The a/c could be a little cooler in the master bedroom. The kitchen was stocked really well. Beautiful view from the balcony. Very comfortable beds. "

"Great time at Indian Shores!
Second time in the area. Big family, 8, great place. We had a great time enjoying the beach every single day. Sunsets are amazing. The apartment had everything we needed, and more. Pictures show it as it is. Very spacious, nicely decorated and facing the white sand beach! Breakfasts in the morning were unique. Located near many restaurants and shops, we enjoyed going out for dinner in the many places that are located less than 10 minutes away. The unit was pretty clean, and rental management was more than nice and helpful. In all, a great experience. "

Grounds were lacking some. Arrived and the parking lot was flooded. Elevator is slow.

"Sea Gate 304 Family Vacation
This condo was described well in the advertisement, including pictures and is in a beautiful location on Indian Shores beachfront. The kitchen was well stocked with all needed utensils and dishware. Ample towels, bedding and furniture were also furnished. The only thing lacking were beach towels. Considering it's location on the beachfront, we were disappointed to have to pack them. Sea Gate beachfront was less crowded than other areas on the Indian Shores beaches. The pool was never crowded which was a nice added amenity. Parking on the weekend was overly crowded as we noticed many cars that didn't display their parking passes, leading us to think they shouldn't have been parking their cars there. Didn't see any parking enforcement, even though parking restrictions were posted. Besides the master bedroom with a king sized bed, the other two bedrooms had two beds each which worked well for our teenagers. Loved our stay! It was hard to leave this lovely place."

The property was very nice and had everything we needed to cook and wash clothes. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Everything was clean except the dishes and kitchen cabinets, which both had food on them. I know its not up to he cleaning crew to wash all of the dishes after renters leave, but it looked as though previous renters threw the pots and pans in the back of the cabinets without washing them. I washed all of the dishes before I used them."

"Wonderful!! Relaxing!!! Quiet!!!
As you enter the condo you can see the Gulf, a great first impression. The property was maintained very well. A few things would be helpful a channel guide for the TV & the number & information regarding the cabana.
This was the first time we had ever went to the website so we were a little nervous but so pleased with it. We will return & request this unit. We have told our family members & they are interested in looking into it for next year.
Location was great, taxi service good & many great places to eat. Beach rather quiet with many families with young children. The complex was quiet at night too.
Our two grandsons ages 4 & 6 cried the morning we had to leave & we adults felt the same way.
The only complaint I had was that a few dishes had dried food on them & a few items were cracked completely through otherwise fine.
Hope to be back in a year or two.

"Ocean front bliss on an endless beach
We loved our unit at Sea Gate 304- our experience with Tom & Kim (owners) was incredible. They were on site at times and promptly dealt with the small issues that arose. The unit was clean, well appointed and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed to make our unit feel like home.Poor security at this condo needs to be dealt with. The gate from the beach to the actual property has lock, and we constantly caught non-tenants trespassing to our pool and pool washrooms. Trespassers would easily drive into the parking lot and park for the day. The condo board needs to put in a coded entry to the unit from the beach at the very least. The property had a very small gas grill that should be updated.Fencing around the pool should be made private as there is a public walkway right beside the pool and it is awkward being stared at thru the open fencing."

"Perfect Vacation
This was our 4th year staying at Sea Gate for our family vacation. The condo was spacious and nicely furnished. The stove burners were slow to heat up but other than that the place was great. View is spectacular especially at sunset!! Conveniently located to grocery store and restaurants. Only real negative about Sea Gate is the slow elevator. Many times we just gave up and walked up the stairs. However, this would not be easy to do if you were on the 4th or 5th floor. Also it was very hot in the elevator! Despite that we will be returning there again next year."

unfortuneately this condo has gone up in price by 300. wk since we stayed last and this is not reflected in the maintenance of the condo.
we had great difficulty trying to get in as the locks on the door are faulty.
the condo needs a good clean and painting. we also rented 303 which is obviously kept up better and was 300.00 cheaper.
we love the location and the facilities but were disappointed in having to pay more with no definite benefit."
