This pet friendly condo was newly remodeled and features all Tommy Bahama furniture, a new KING size mattress and box spring, electric window covers, full size kitchen, and newer A/C. The unit also features a Free High Speed WIRELESS INTERNET, High Definition cable TV/DVD in living room & bedroom, two stereo systems, a DVD collection of current hits and classic movies.

Fine Dining at its best is located across the street from the beach landmark, SALT ROCK GRILL. Enjoy Caribbean fire roasted lobster tails and over 900 wines while overlooking the water. The local beach trolley provides access to other great restaurants and picks up directly in front of the property. Keegans & Guppy's are just up the road are two of our personal favorites.

This unit is a mere 30 minutes from the Tampa Bay Rays stadium, Ray Jay Stadium and the Amalie Arena - Home of the Lightning. A short drive also provides access to Disney World, Busch Gardens, Sea World, Universal Studios and Epcot Center.

Enjoy the sunset and waves in the evening and waking to some great coffee and gentle surf.

"Great view, needs updating
Million dollar view, unfortunately unit was more like staying in a dirty low end motel. This was our 2nd stay, had hoped for improvement in the year between stays. That was not the case - unit was dirty and dated. You will be greeted with a broken, useless storm door as you step off the elevator. Showerhead was covered in black gunk that had to be scrubbed off before using shower. We had to wipe every surface ourselves before we felt comfortable. A deep clean would help in the short term, but what is really needed is a complete gut remodel. Other units in this building are advertised for vacation rental and they clearly show the potential for what this unit could be. With the exception of what looks like a new slider on the balcony, it does not appear as if these owners put a single dime into their property. It could be an amazing property given the location and view, but the unit itself is in desperate need of a complete makeover. "

"Nice Place, Perfect Location
Home is in the perfect location. Smaller building, well kept. The unit itself is nice with a phenomenal view of the gulf. Only downsides are the bedroom is in the back (no view) and the furniture is dated and could use a clean. Plenty of kitchen and cooking supplies. Unit was mostly clean and easy to access via the property management company."

"Wonderful condo!
Check in and out process was easy. Condo was very clean and great ocean front view. The only downside is unit does not have washer/dryer, it is a coin operated washer and dryer outside the unit. It has everything else except we could not find any beach chairs to take to the beach. Nonetheless it was a great unit and we will go back again soon!"

Unit is in an amazing location with stunning views of the Gulf - loved sitting on the balcony to watch the sunset each evening. Living room and bedroom are nice and comfortable. Great coffee shop and restaurant with outdoor patio right across the street. Unit is getting some updates later this year that will really enhance the overall guest experience. Property Management company was helpful with questions and requests."

"Great Gulf front view
We enjoyed our week plus stay at the Pointe, well kept, clean, nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable although a little squeaky getting in and out. Elevator was out a couple of different days, not really a problem for us unless it was arrival or departure day which it was (departure) for us.

Overall a very nice place, a very good value. Loved we could bring our little 9 lb dog, very clean, couldn't tell pets were allowed by its cleanliness. Will definitely return and recommend."

"Poor Staff management
Paid for a King bed and Queen Sofa sleeper. Upon arrival the Queen Sleeper had been removed and the staff knew about it a month prior to our arrival. I had to fight after checkout to get any satisfaction as the staff was uncaring and provided no help during our stay."

Beautiful view and sound of the Gulf!The beach was very nice and the water temperature perfect. Everything worked in the Condo but the lay-out of the bathroom was poor. Kitchen and other cabinets were peeling and paint problems on walls."

"The Pointe on the Beach
Nice location with great views of the sunsets. Nice space for a 1br. Kitchen had everything you need. It has been a while since it has been updated but is nicely equipped and in a good location on the beach. Light switches in the bathroom could be fixed, and directions to use the tv's would be nice. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again."

"Right on the beach and close to amenities
The location of this property is very convenient to amenities and is right on the beach. That is a plus and made our stay nice. The condo and furnishing are much older and worn than the pictures depict, but we found the unit suitable for our needs. We stayed during COVID and prepared all of our own meals. The kitchen is stocked, but not well stocked if you are preparing meals and cooking full time. The dishwasher needs to be replaced as it did not clean the dishes or utensils fully. We had to purchase a knife in order to cut simple foods like vegetables, meats, and fruits. The condo was surface clean but could use a deep cleaning. "

"Awesome location, unit needs refreshing
This unit had fantastic ratings so that is why I booked it. The pros it has location. The beach is so close to your unit. The deck is a great size. The bed is so comfortable. There is a trolley if you want to use it to get around town. Now the cons, Upon going into the unit the shower had a used bar of soap. Kinda concerning with covid 19. I wondered if the shower was cleaned. The unit just needs a refreshing, items fixed or replaced. Hot pads, sheets, pillow, towels and some of the furniture were soiled. There are scratches on the walls from the chairs rubbing. Pots/pans are old and rusting. It just needs some updating. I do not mind older just be clean. We still had a great time. When you are trying to find this place do not look for a pink building. Its tan/green."

This is a very nice, well appointed condo. Very clean and close to alot of wonderful restaurants and things to do! The balcony was my favorite place to sit and enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The bed is also verh comfortable. We also enjoyed that our pups were able to be on vacation with us."

"PERFECT LOCATION
We have stayed at this property and the same unit for the past two years and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The owner aims to supply you with all practical necessities. We would like to have a few barbecue grills on the property. I don’t know if there is a local ordinance that prohibits this amenity but there is plenty of room on the back of the property to place them there. "

"Happy Holidays from Sunny Indian Shores
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2nd stay in this property and would highly recommend it to others. The property location is ideal and the area entertaining. The one thing I would suggest for the property is an updating of furnishings. Suggested updates would be removing the large entertainment center and just replacing it with something that does not hide the TV and to replace the TV itself with a larger unit. Replacing or removing the (soiled)area rug. Replacing balcony furniture with high chairs that allow you to see over the handrail while relaxing outside.
These of course are only my observance and suggestions. All in all our stay was just what we were looking for."

"A Great Stay
We loved our stay.. The condo was well equipped with everything you can need even beach towels, chairs and umbrella. We were right on the beach and restaurants with in walking distance.
