1. Damage Protection Insurance – For an additional $79.00, this plan covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the rental unit that may occur during your stay. Report the damage to us, we’ll take care of the rest!
2. Security Deposit - $500 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

If the Premises are not re-rented on the terms set forth herein, Tenant will not be entitled to a refund of any rent payment made hereunder. Whether or not the Premises are re-rented, Tenant, rather than Agent, shall be responsible for seeking reimbursement of any fees paid by Tenant to Agent for goods, services, or benefits procured by Agent from third parties for the benefit of Tenant that may have been paid out prior to Tenant’s cancellation.

"Fantastic Family Vacation!
This was the 4th time our family has stayed at 'A Place at the Beach' and this was by far our favorite condo/location. It was clean, very cozy and all the accommodations were so comfortable (from the couch to all the beds). The kitchen was well equip, the appliance new, and the view from the back porch was perfect for sunsets. You could see both waterways off the porch. Cannon & Gruber did a great job. They were easy to contact, responsive and always pleasant (sweet ladies work there). We plan to rent this location again next year. Thanks for the great experience!"

This was a walk down memory lane for us; we stayed at "A Place at the Beach" 30 years ago, before our military transfer out of the area. We enjoyed everything about the place and our unit, especially the bed. It was so comfy we bought the same mattress when we got home. "

"Beach trip 2019
A great time was had by all, including our 4 yr. old grand daughter. Very kid friendly - the condo complex as well as the island in general. Lots of excellent restaurants in the area too. The elevator was wonderful since our daughter has a physical disability. we're planning to return next summer! "

"Great Getaway!
Everything in this condo was perfect. We had everything we needed inside and out. This condo was located in an excellent position to the pool and the beach and was clean and in good repair. In addition, it was very Tastefully decorated and comfortable, especially with all the extra blankets and towels."

"Starting to age,😞
We have been renting this condo for a number of years in a row. It is starting to show it's age-could really use an update. The washing machine stopped draining correctly, repair man came 21/2 days after I notified the office of the problem. His diagnostics test was unable to identify the problem, my son suggested he clean out the trap-found a dollar bill and change in there-after removed worked correctly. The condo was dirty, baseboards (white) had not been wiped in a long while. The furnance/air conditioning air-intake grill was covered in dust. This condo needs a huge pot for boiled seafood meals. The coffee pot carafe did not fit correctly and had to be forced into place-splling coffee when full carafe replaced on machine. The king-sized bed was GREAT! Would love new seating on deck that is high (bar height) so that while sitting there it would be possible to have an unobstructed view of ocean. The indoor pool needs some repair and cleaning. The cement has separated in some spots with green algae growing in the gaps, it has been like this for a number of years now-time to get it renovated! "

"Beach Week
This is the second vacation we've spent at this unit. It is very clean, well stocked, and close to the elevator/stairs. The balcony overlooks the pool and you can see the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying our coffee and the views. Looking forward to next year!! "

"Family Vacation
Perfect place for a family vacation. Lots of activities for children. There was always an event or activity for the children, but that also meant it was never quiet. My son is 5 years old and he had the best vacation ever. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Great view of the pool. It rained a lot while we were there and the subdivision does not have a drainage system in place to drain away excess rain water. The playground, grill area, and parking lot was flooded (over a foot deep) the entire time we were there. "
