Welcome to this warm, luxurious beach cottage, a great home for creating memories with your family and friends. Begin your days viewing the sun rise over the Gulf from the loft balcony and complete them with the amazing sunsets from the dining room and park balcony.

The first floor includes a spacious master suite with a king bed and private bath, a queen guest-room and bath, and a kids’ room with bunk beds. It also features a children’s den , complete with a sofa bed and TV. In the back is a shuttered sleeping porch.
The second floor overlooks the park, with a large kitchen & island, a dining room, and a shuttered sleeping porch off the keeping room. The see-through fireplace takes you into the large living room and bar, complete with a small refrigerator, sink and ice maker.

The third floor loft has a master suite with a king bed, a private bath and a den with a TV behind French doors.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges. Any refunds for cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period has expired must be obtained from CSA Travel Protection and are subject to their policies, conditions and restrictions. If you choose to decline CSA Travel Protection, no refunds will be provided for cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, and you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

"Perfect vacation!
The house had plenty of space for our 5 adults and 2 kids. The location is awesome - a short walk to the beach and pool with a playground directly across the lane. We had a small problem during our stay and after a quick text to the management company the issue was fixed before we were back from the beach! "

"Incredible Vacation House!!
This was our first trip to Rosemary Beach and Chloe's cottage was the perfect place to stay. We loved the layout of the house and the location that was a quick walk to the Big Bad Breakfast and also to the Donut Hole as well as going to main street. Really convenient with the bikes provided. Our kids loved being across from the park too. Only thing that would have helped was having beach/pool towels provided. For those who fly in from out of town, it is not easy to pack these and so we purchased some there."

"Great Time at Chloe's Cottage!
My family and I stayed at Chloe's Cottage the 3rd week in August, for our annual family beach vacation. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated, very well appointed and very clean. Plenty of room for 7 adults and two little ones. The location of the cottage is its selling point - literally a block to the beach! We enjoyed everything about our trip to Rosemary and our stay at Chloe's Cottage and can't wait to go back!"

Our families loved this rental! Everything was clean, the management company communicated by text and were super helpful, timely, friendly and professional. Loved this feature! The location was perfect for young kids, very close to the pool, beach and right across from the playground. We got great use out of all three! The Rosemary Beach neighborhood was a dream. We stayed in Chloe's Cottage and loved it. The location to the beach and shopping was fabulous! They had beach items we could use while there which was an added bonus as we all flew to Florida. The house was clean and very well stocked. Plenty of room for the 4 of us who each had our own room. I would like to give a shout out to the management company since they were very attentive and accommodating ...the best I have experienced!"

"Great location
This house was perfect for our family of 5. So close to the beach, park and community pool. The only complaint I have is with the bunk beds. The top bunk mattress is too thick so there really isn’t a rail so my 6 and 3 year olds
couldn’t/wouldn’t sleep there. "

"Beautiful Home
This was our fifth or sixth time in Rosemary, most of not all booked through 30A Luxury Vacations. They really make the process easy and seamless. The home was beautiful and is the best located of any at which we have stayed. The layout is great and worked perfectly for our family of six. This was a quick three night trip, but it really was perfect. We’ll look to book this same house on our next trip.

"Rosemary Beach June 2019
My family of 5 adults & 5 children rented Chloe’s Cottage this summer & loved it.
The location is just a short walk to the beach & a quick bike ride into Rosemary . The kids loved the independence of riding there bikes around the town.
Though it was a pretty crowded week, we were able to order & carry out from many of the restaurants. Also did some cooking in the spacious kitchen. Plenty of seating in kitchen & dining room for 10.
The house was clean with plenty of towels. Just bring your own beach towels. We did use the beach chair service which is expensive but worth it. All had a great time. We would definitely rent this house again. Also, the management was terrific to work with. We had some issues with the TV and they came right out."

"Our favorite Rosemary house so far!
This was our 6th annual trip in May to Rosemary Beach. We've stayed at a different house each year and this one was the best thanks to the location, layout, and size. We had 3 families (6 adults, 2 children) & we had more than enough room. The small maintenance issues we did have (the battery went out on the front door lock), were fixed straight away. The beds were very comfortable, the A/C worked great, and best of all it was SO close to the beach and our favorite pool! It was very easy just to dart back to the house if you needed something. I also love that it’s on the quieter side of Rosemary, so the beach was much less crowded than towards the downtown area. Overall, I highly recommend this home!"

"Rosemary beach vacay
Our first stay in Rosemary beach was lovely. Chloe’s cottage was perfect. Less than a minute walk to walkover A. I let the kids walk over on their own several times. The pool was right across the way through a little path. Very convenient with kids. The house was just what we needed. All of our needs were met. The tiny issues were resolved immediately. We had some sand on the floors and they quickly came to clean it up. It took some getting used to 3 stories but the master on the third was magical. My own little tower. I watched the moon every night from my balcony up there. Had coffee overbooking the park while the kids played every morning. The house was roomy & could acomodate a couple more people if need be. We were 8. We used our car twice to go to publix. After that we rode our bicycles everywhere. I can’t say enough about this sweet little place. The beach chair rental service & bike rentals are a must. Thank you Rosemary beach & 30A luxury! We will definitely be back:):)

"Our stay was amazing!! Great House! Great Location!
Our family stayed at this property a few years ago through the cottage rental company and I must say, it's like two different properties. It's truly night and day. We liked the house last time, but it needed some love and when we saw it on VRBO we called the property manager and they told us about the work they and the owners had done to the property and we were sold. You can't beat the location. Working with 30A Luxury Vacations was a dream in comparison and I'll call them every time going forward. We loved their mobile app and they make everything so easy! Thank you and we look forward to a much longer stay very soon!"
