"Well appointed, clean and easily slept 6
This fairly recently renovated unit is clean and well equipped. It is close to parking and next to a pool/barbecue area. Well supplied with towels, beach towels, lounge chairs. We did a lot of cooking/ barbecuing and the kitchen contained all that we needed in terms of pots, pans and great knives! We would stay there again!"

"Lush surroundings
The condo was clean, well maintained, large and spacious. The overall colour pallet was calming and pleasing to the eye. The decorations were classy and very modern. Everything was provided, whether you chose to cook indoors/outdoors or spend the day at the beach.
The location was central to everything, although the first floor condo location does not allow for the cooling benefits of the trade winds, therefore the condo was quite hot inside and did not cool down until later in the evening. There is a portable air-conditioner in the large bedroom but it was quite loud and it did nothing to cool down any other part of the condo. I understand that air-conditioning is not the norm in many homes so we did our best with the fans provided in each room.
The beds need an upgrade as they are either too soft or are sunken in the middle. There were plenty of good quality linens provided.
We realized that with a washer and dryer available in the condo we really did not need to bring so many clothes.
The athletic club is down the highway a short ways from the condo which makes it a bit weird for accessing the larger pool provided. We would have preferred to have an option of not paying for that service as we did not us it once.
The grounds are beautiful and well maintained.
We went there in the middle of October and it was extremely hot and humid so we spent a lot of time at the beach in the water. There is a pool steps from the condo but it is a bit too small when there are children cannon balling into the pool...beside I rather avoid the chlorine and swim in the ocean.
Our favorite beach was at the Salt Pond Park by Hanapeppe. We also loved watching the 30 foot waves up in the northern region. It was very spectacular!
There are lots of delicious places to eat all over the island. If you like seafood then you will love all of the traditional fish and shrimp dishes.
It is truly a beautiful lush green island. A home away from home. Mahalo!<"

The property is located at a perfect location. The 10 min walk to the beach is beautiful!

"Good First Impression
Condo was clean and well decorated. Spacious for 2 people but I could see 4-6 staying comfortably. Ground floor unit at the back of the complex. The family staying above was loud and we also got noise in the evenings from the pool in the back but otherwise, fairly quiet. A/C is ONLY in the back bedroom with 2 queen beds. It was difficult to get all the fans working and create some cross breezes but we weren't in the condo the whole time. Front room TV wasn't working. Very nice to have a large kitchen (bigger than mine at home) and washer/dryer as well as multiple TV's and bathrooms. All in all a pleasant experience. "

"Affordable Luxury
Regency at Poipu Kai unit 311 was such a pleasant surprise in so many ways. Besides the location, the condo itself is very spacious and we really appreciated all the upgrades, nice kitchen, furniture and comfortable beds. The management team at Poipu365 went above and beyond to make sure we had a great vacation which I really appreciate. They were very quick in replying to questions and making recommendations. The owners have done a great job in making the unit feel luxurious, the new TVs in every room and nice furniture felt nicer than a hotel."
