This spacious town home offers all that you need during your San Diego vacation. It is located in Pacific Beach – a quintessential beach community that offers the very best of modern convenience combined with nostalgic memories of days gone by.
Here, within walking distance to San Diego Bay and just a mile (short walk) to the sand and surf of Pacific Beach, you will also have all the dining and shopping options you need at your fingertips. Downtown Ocean Beach and La Jolla Village are both a short driving distance away, as is access to the I-5 freeway.
Open the gate and find yourself gazing at a tree-lined walkway as you enter this 3-story, 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath, 1644 sq. ft. town home. To your left is a bright, great room with slider access to a beach chic furnished outdoor patio with a barbecue and colorful, comfortable seating.
The living room area of the bright living room sports a large, comfortable seating cluster – a great place to reconnect with one another, watch the large flat-screen TV, and or enjoy the gas fireplace.
A beach chic dining area just beyond the living room and kitchen has seating for 6. With the 3 high-top stools at the kitchen bar, everyone can easily eat inside together.
A well-furnished modern kitchen, with high-end appliances, has everything you need to create meals and snacks for you and your family/guests. Just add the food and the camaraderie and bask in your unstructured time together.
Right off the kitchen there is also a half bath and a pantry with a washer/dryer for your convenience.
Walk up 15 steps to the second story where 2 queen bedrooms, each with ceiling fans, a walk-in closet, and a full bath – one with a walk-in shower, and the other with a shower/tub combination.
The 3rd floor master bedroom also has these amenities (a large walk-in shower) and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. It also has a full pull out bed that can be stored in the closet, and a small outside patio with a small table and chairs.
This home comfortably sleeps 8 in beds with the pull out bed. All bed and bathrooms are also furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens for your every comfort.

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.
-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.
-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy above, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.
Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.
The cancellation of a reservation with stay dates immediately impacted by state-issued travel restrictions and/or those impacted by a state-initiated regression in the re-opening phases will result in a credit of the full value of payments made to be used in the next 12 months.
