This 4 bedroom, 2 bath ground level unit in a four-plex is located steps from the sand. The unit features granite counter tops in an updated kitchen, hardwood flooring throughout and a private back patio with BBQ.

The airy and comfortable living room has two couches, coffee table and flat screen TV. The dining area offers plenty of seating at the table and two adjoining granite kitchen bars. The large kitchen offers a full size range, dishwasher, microwave and double sink. There are ample cabinets for food storage and counter space for preparing meals.

The first bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds, rollaway, closet and large dresser. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet, dresser and two nightstands. Between the first and second bedroom is a full size bathroom. Down the hall is the master bedroom with a queen bed, an adjoining bathroom with granite countertops and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, and direct access to the back patio. A fourth bedroom with oversized chair and elevated twin bed over a desk with a trundle also provides access to the back patio. Bedrooms have large closets and plenty of room for luggage.

The private patio has a table that seats four and a charcoal BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends. There is a shared laundry room with a coin-operated washer and dryer. One parking spot is available in the garage and, depending on the size of your vehicle, extra storage for bikes, surfboards and other beach gear.

This house is within a short walking distance to the Newport Pier, shops and restaurants, and directly across from Marina Park. Marina Park is a brand new 10 1/2 acre park that includes a new community center and sailing center where boat, kayak, and stand up paddle boards (SUP) are available for rental. It also includes the Light House Bayview Cafe, visitor serving marina for ocean going travelers, new restrooms, a nautical themed playground, 2 story slide, basketball courts, outdoor fitness circuit, picnic area, and a breath taking view of Newport Bay. The community center offers numerous recreation classes for all ages and levels of experience including art, enrichment, theater, boating, dance, sports, & fitness. This is a great place for both visitors and residents to enjoy the outdoors, dine, sail, learn and play while enjoying a spectacular view of Newport Bay!

If it becomes necessary to cancel your vacation, a notice of cancellation is required via email, fax and/or mail. Every effort via customary marketing will be made to fill the canceled leased period. A refund will be issued if the property is re-rented minus a 15% cancellation fee of the total rental rate. If your leased period is re-rented for a lesser amount, the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Overall, our stay was great. Location of the property is fantastic. Condition of the property was less than expected. Sand all over the floor and a number of repair items needed, ie: bathroom facets, fans and general maintenance. We would stay again due to the location."

"Wonderful Family Time
We recently rented the lower unit of this complex. It was wonderful. The pictures make the property seem a little dated, which is not true. Important upgrades have been made throughout.

We shared the unit with my brother and his family. With the unit having 2 bathrooms each family had their own bathroom. We stayed in the master room and our 3 kids were in the room with the couch and the loft bed with the trundle. (Note: there is not a third bed in this room. They provide a couple of roll aways--but my son preferred to sleep on our air mattress we brought.)

The week we stayed, the upper units were vacant except for the last night. When those units are empty, the unit is perfect. If there are people above you, be prepared for a TON of foot noise.

There is a single garage space for this unit, so be prepared for some creative parking if your party has more than one car. The unit is on the side of the highway that the beach is on--so you don't have to cross the busy street. But be aware, the car noise does get loud.

We enjoyed not being right on the beach, it was nice to not be right on the boardwalk.

The main sectional sofa is old and uncomfortable. At the end of the week I wanted to take a match to it. But that is my only complaint with the furniture. The beds are comfortable.

Roomy, comfortable,very close to sand, easy walk. Patio small, charcoal barbecue--would prefer butane. Appliances good, no ice maker in refrig. Beds comfortable, plenty of tvs. No air so windows had to be open at nite to avoid heavy street traffic."

"Close to the beach but on a very noisy street.
It was a great rental, clean, comfortable beds, close to the beach.... but it is located on a very busy street with a lot of traffic noise, making it difficult to sleep. We also had problems with the people upstairs being very noisy."
