Enjoy the cool ocean breezes at this beautiful upper level condo. Located in the quieter Peninsula Point neighborhood, this home is a block walk to the beach. It features an outdoor patio, fireplace, flat panel TVs, washer and dryer and gas barbecue.


The living area is made spacious and bright by floor to ceiling windows, a plush sofa, upholstered chair, coffee table, fireplace, tile floors and flat screen TV. The front deck off the living room invites bay breezes and has a small table and chair for snacks or beverages.

The dining area has a table to seat six with additional seating at the kitchen counter. Granite-tiled counters, dishwasher, microwave, built-in stovetop, wine fridge and plenty of cabinet and counter space make the spacious kitchen ideal for preparing meals or serving take-out.


The master bedroom has a king bed, wall-mounted flat panel TV and direct and access to the outdoor patio. The en-suite bath has double sinks and tiled shower. The second bedroom has a full bed with a twin bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The beautifully tiled hall bath has a tub/shower combination.

A laundry area in the hallway outside the master bedroom has a full-size washer and dryer.

The beach is a short stroll away, the bay just steps away at this well-located vacation rental. The home is walking distance to the Balboa Pier, Balboa Pavilion and surrounding boutiques and eateries. Ruby's Diner serves up burgers and salads at the pier’s end, where fishermen ply their trade and dolphins frolic in the waves. Children will love the playground at the base of the pier with an open, grassy lawn.

Balboa Village offers dozens of dining options - Mint Leaf and Great Mex are casual local hangouts, BJs Pizza and Cruisers are known for pizza, Harborside in the historic Balboa Pavilion has terrific happy hour specials every day in the Saloon, and fresh fish and beautiful bay views from the dining room. Catch the ferry to Balboa Island via car, on foot, or by bicycle to stroll among coastal-chic shops and cafes. Deep sea fishing, whale watching excursions and electric boat rentals can be booked through Davey’s Locker at the Pavilion.

The Newport Pier area is a thirty-minute walk up the boardwalk or bike it in half the time.

A refund will be issued if the property is re-rented minus a 15% cancellation fee of the total rental rate.
