After a long day of fun in the sun you'll love coming back to the beautiful courtyard with grills, picnic tables, covered sitting areas and a sparkling pool. The pool is heated as well so it can be enjoyed anytime of year!
Within 2 miles you'll find numerous restaurants, shopping destinations and local attractions. Take a 15 minute drive and you'll be sinking your toes in the sand at the Padre Island National Seashore or Mustang Island State Park. The Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, and downtown Corpus Christi are just a short drive away as well.
The Surfside complex is made up of 2 bedroom condos surrounding the courtyard, making it the ideal choice for large groups looking to stay close to one another.
When you're ready to relax this comfy condo has you covered with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. There is also a second vanity in the master bedroom for your convenience. There is ample seating in the living and dining area and a nicely updated kitchen that comes fully-equipped with everything you'll need to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Linens for every bed and bath towels for every guest are provided. This property does not have a washer/dryer in it but there is a laundry facility on the complex grounds. A two night minimum stay is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 25% of the total reservation balance is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival unless staying 2+ months then the first month's balance plus fees and taxes is due 30 days prior to arrival. Each additional month’s rent is due 30 days before the 1st of that month (i.e. March’s rent is due February 1st). Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in will result in a $50 administrative fee that will be deducted from the original 25% payment. The remainder will be refunded to the guest by the same form of payment in which it was made. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of the payments made. We recommend that any guest staying up to 180 days purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures.
