Courtside 97 is a favorite among repeat guests with it's close proximity to the pool and short walk to the beach. This unit is a ground floor apartment with no steps to navigate. This property is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van Der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This condo has recently been renovated and offers wireless internet. The furniture was dirty and had part of
The frames broken. For 5 days the unit above me was getting redone.I am taking saws, hammers and pounding on the floors. I have rented through seashore for over 40 years and expect better."

"Great Location
Location was great. The condo was nice but could definitely use an update and have a few more kitchen items, it was pretty sparse. Has my grandson with us and he takes baths and the tub was missing the plug. I did call to get one but no one ever showed up. "

"Courtside 97 June 2021
We like the Courtside Villa complex and villa 97 was very nice, well decorated and up to date. It will need a coat of paint inside, but I'm sure these villas are on a regular schedule for painting and maintenance. Very clean. The washing machine was broken and it was replaced the next day! A short walk to the ocean. The pools and the turtle pond were very nice and clean."

"Moldy Stay
The place has some nice bathroom upgrades but the overwhelming moldy smell made the stay un-enjoyable. This place needs a professional to root out the mold. I would not recommend staying here. It was difficult to sleep. "

"Extremely disappointing
This rental is in terrible shape. It smelled musty. There were many water stains on the ceiling. Living room furniture is very old & very used. Mildew around the dining window. The tp roll in the bathroom was falling off the wall. Outdoor furniture was cheap & 1 of the chairs was broken but "repaired" with tape. Chain lock was broken. There was garbage in the bushes. Worst short-stay place I have ever been in. Dingy, dark, depressing. "

"Location Vacation
Great location, easy walk to beach...nice pool(s) lots of space. Unit inside was clean and fresh. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.
Beds were comfy ...plenty of kitchen ware !! Large dinning table !!

"Location great but........
Courtside location is excellent - less than ten minute walk to the beach and close enough to walk to the shopping/dining area Coligny Plaza. Courtyard is beautiful also and tennis courts a nice bonus. The upkeep of the place in general, however, is lacking. Our condo was not very clean when we arrived. During these times of Covid you would expect cleanliness to be the number one area focused on. That was definitely not the case. The kitchen looked like it does after my 12 year old says he cleaned the kitchen - food markings on the cabinets, walls, and fridege - not filthy or disgusting but just generally not clean. The living area had sand and leftover candy pieces on the floors - can't imagine it was vacuumed. If so, not very diligently. Second bedroom had comforters on it that were surely not washed. Bathrooms were clean so that was good because that would have put me over the top. To their credit, they sent someone asap when I called and they cleaned the kitchen for us to an acceptable level. Similarly, the pool area was not kept up on a daily basis. Furniture was always strewn everywhere and it just looked unkempt and messy all of the time. I'd stay at Courtside again for the location but will be much more wary of doing so for sure. "

This property needs some TLC. plaster on 2 ceiling was stained and pealing, master bath was not clean (leftover toenail and a pin)and paint chipping. I wondered if they did a covid-19 cleaning? We brought our own. "

"Great Location
The overall stay was great. This condo is in a great location. However, it was not as clean as one would hope. For example, the shower had soap scum all over it as if it was skipped. There was also a little mold issue on one of the air vents. BUT the company was very responsive to the issues that we raised and we had a wonderful vacation. It was our first time in Hilton Head."

"Great Stay!
Everything about our stay was almost perfect. Easy access to the beach. A large pool right outside our sliding glass door. Comfortable beds. Only issue we had was that the TV in the twin bedroom was not working. We tried everything to no avail. It wasn’t that big of a deal as we had great weather and spent all of our time outdoors. But if you’re a nighttime TV watcher, this could pose a problem. Everything else about this unit was perfect and we all had a great stay. We plan on coming back!"

"Quick planned trip
Really enjoyed this condo. It was close to the beach and just steps to the pool. Close to coligny area which we love. The only negative is that the kitchen is poorly stocked and a few carpet stains but overall I would definitely go again "

"Comfy Condo
This is a very nice condo close to the beach and in the quieter side of Courtside. The bathrooms and kitchen have been nicely upgraded with granite, but the condo could really use appliance upgrades (the ice maker leaked on the floor consistently and the timer on the dryer did not work properly). The property mgmt company was very responsive to our calls. "

It provides a comfortable, value for money location close to the beach, and is walking distance from Coligny Beach and the shops and restaurants there. Apartment is well situated, they accommodated a 3 day stay with our friends from Europe. It was clean BUT unfortunately had a heavy smell of smoke which was very unpleasant. We di not complain we were out most the time. Seashore Retals were great to deal with on HH."

"Great Pool & Close to Beach!
We've stayed at Courtside numerous times and have enjoyed every visit. The property itself is very well maintained and the walk to the beach is minimal. Love #97 as it is on the ground level (no stairs to hike up and down) and close to the pool without being right in front of it. All and all, a very nice condo."

"Called because shower in master bath leaked on floor a few times when we took a shower. Maintenance guy left us a note that we needed to make sure the shower curtain was tucked in properly. That was a little insulting since we have taken a few
showers in our 40+ years and we were taught that at a young age. It is leaking from underneath but not all the time. We put a towel on the floor to absorb the water. "
