"Great for last minute stay
We booked the day before arrival, so we were very pleased to find a nice rental in the complex we were looking for. Our one and only complaint was the bathrooms. The master bath was visibly dirty. The curtain was mildewed. Both bathrooms need a severe update. The rest of the condo is beautifully updated so maybe it’s next on their list to update?
We wouldn’t stay here again solely for this reason. A nice bathroom is a must for us.
Location wise, it’s perfect. Walking distance to both the beach and Celebration Park! "

"67 Courtside
Booking with Seashore Vacations was very easy and their correspondence was great. We had a problem with the shower in the master bedroom and reported it on Sunday. By the afternoon the plumber had come to the condo and fixed it. Also had a problem opening the combination door lock and within 15 minutes someone came to how us what we were doing wrong.
The condo was in a great location. The amenities were good. The bathrooms could use a little remodeling. There was rust around the drain in the tub in the master bedroom.
We enjoyed having an hour of tennis included in the rental. The pool being right outside our back door was convenien. We would not hesitate returning to Courtside in the future and would definitely recommend Seashore Vacations for rentals. "

"Vacationing in Hilton Head Island
We experienced a wonderful vacation while staying at Courtside condos. Unit #67 was decorated nicely and the layout gave us plenty of space to relax. We loved the lagoon being outside of the patio doors. Liked the short walk to the beach everyday day and the pool at the condo is very nice also. We experienced some new restaurants, such as "One Hot Mama's American Grille", "Reilley's Grill" and "Mi Tierra Mexican Restaurant". Definitely worth trying. We enjoyed our usual spots, such as "Steamers Seafood", "Flatbread Grill", "Frosty Frog Cafe", "The Crazy Crab" and the "Tiki Hut" on the beach. Went shopping at Coligny Mall (the Island Fudge Shoppe is a must go to!) and visited the Salty Dog Factory Shop on Arrow Road for those wonderful t-shirts. Can't wait to come back to the Island! Thank you Seashore Vacations for having our Condo nice and clean, and ready for an enjoyable week."

"Great location- Needs updating
My husband and I were traveling with our 2 children (10 & 6). Location was great! Super easy walk to the beach (you do have to cross a busy street) and quick bike ride to the shops/restaurants at Coligny. Pool area was nice, clean, and easily accessible from the back door.
The condo itself was ok. The kitchen and living area were nicely updated and well stocked, but the bedrooms and bathrooms needs some serious work. The master bed was the most uncomfortable we've ever slept in. There was a water proof mattress pad on it that was extremely loud every time you moved and uncomfortable. The bathroom toilet was leaking and overall, it's very dated.
I sent the management an email with a concern on the second day of my trip and never received a response which was frustrating.
Bottom line- would we stay here again? Yes BUT we would definitely look around for other places first."

Loved the condo, the stay and the location.
Would have had 5 stars all over but:
1. Seashores did not send address of office for key collection for late check-in
2. Bathroom floor (2) was covered in hair.
We rent properties also, in Krakow, Poland. We add touches like water, beer, tea and nespresso coffee. Guests appreciate being taken care of."

"HHI Trip at Courtside Villas
Rented a 2 bedroom 2 Bath, pool was just outside our door, beach was short walk away off S Forest Beach.
Rental was fairly clean, but the bedding was stained and we just removed it altogether and used our own blankets.
Master bedroom could use a modern flat screen TV, and the bathtub does not drain well? Did not think it was clogged, but water went down very slow"

My only complaint if any would be that the coffee maker was broken...the burner was tilted so the coffee would barely heat. I would recommend a coffee maker that has a carafe rather than a burner type. Also the dishwasher was not working all of the time. Other than these items our stay was fantastic. "

"Sr. Tennis Trip
I was happy once we finally got into our condo. I had arrived early at the island and called and left a message that if at possible could we please possible get into our condo early. Needless to say at 3:55 they called while other members of our team had already checked in. I truly believe they waited to call us out of spite because I had called several times I could be wrong. Other than that we had a wonderful time. Great place for tennis and close to the beach and shops."

We had a wonderful trip at Hilton Head. Staying at Courtside 67 exceeded our expectation: great location close to Coligny Beach Park, next door to Vandermeer Tennis Center; rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was a bit outdated but sufficient to make simple meals. The garden behind the house was tranquil and fun (bunch of turtles in the pond). The only thing we struggled a bit was the condo's physical address - I wish they could put it on the check-in package. Getting TV working took some time too (there were three remotes there!). Overall we had a great time and thank you for allowing us to stay at this house. "

One of the nicer properties we have stayed at here at CourtSide. Only negative I can remark on is that the kitchen needs a major do-over! One other comment - need to a better job on cleaning, dusting, etc. No to bad but much could be improved on!"

Location was great - only a short walk or bike ride to Coligny Square, Piggy Wiggly, lots of different restaurants, and the public beach. Condo is slightly out of date but it worked great for our family. My only complaint (which is super minor) is that the tub faucets were difficult to maneuver. "

Well, we knew it was dated from the pictures but we had a hard time not thinking about the dirty, soap scum bath tubs. There was also, short dark curled (pubic) hair on the bathroom floors we had to cover with towels, that was pretty gross! I tried calling the number on the information sheet and there was no answer and no option to leave a message. I did send a text but got no response. It did have fairly new carpet and was in a good location not far from the beach."

Property is located very close to the beach. The beach itself is great, and not as crowded as the ones to the left and right of it. The complex is clean, has a pond with turtles and a pool. This particular unit is on the 1st floor, with a patio overlooking the pond. The furniture and appliances are dated, but functional. There are even 5 beach chairs, which we didn't expect at all. I needed to find some place for me and my family to stay on a last minute trip. I hopped on Google and started searching. I'm not one to trust staying in vaca homes unless I was given a recommendation. I went into this place completely blind. Needless to say I was very pleased. It was truly a home away from home. Very clean, cozy and super close to the beach. My daughter and niece were able to get up and go running on the beach and do pool workouts daily. I would definitely stay at Courtside 67 again and recommend friends and family!"

We arrived at night, and it is hard to find the location from the gps took us 30 minute, until I looked into the map that comes with the key plus asked somebody around there and gave us the right direction. Found 1 dead roach in the twin bedroom and 2 more dead roach in the main bedroom. Not a big deal, just sweep it off and throw them inside the toilet and flushh. Having a hard time to turn on the TV cable, but they fix it right away. Overall everything is great, clean, neat and nice definitely will come back :)"

This is in a great location. Short distance from lots of great restaurants. The beach was a short walk across the street.
The unit was pretty well equipped with furniture and kitchen supplies. It was great staying there. Our only complaint was that the carpet probably needs to be shampooed. Our one year old's feet and knees would get dirty very quickly crawling around. Overall we would stay here again."

We had a wonderful time at HHI. Courtside 67 was a very clean first floor unit. It had all of the accomodations that we needed. WIFI was fast. We had a fantastic time and everything was as advertised. This was our second trip to Hilton Head and Courtside and we will be back. The condo was clean and made us feel as if we were at home. "Our vacation stay at Courtside 67 in Hilton Head, SC
Myself, my 2 step-sons and my son were there for a golf vacation,our 7th over the last 8 years and we were more than happy with the condo experience as well as the overall experience in HH. The one thing we would have appreciated that was unavailable was access to a grill so we could have cooked steaks on that as opposed to on the stove. Overall, outstanding experience and, if we ever decide to repeat destinations or if anyone asks about HH, we would highly recommend the destination as well as the condo at Courtside and Seaside. "Great Location in a less than desirable Property
First, the staff at Seashore Management Company were fantastic. Courtside 67 might be great for a short week visit but we were here for just over three months and definitely would not recommend for any length of time. Television in the living room is fine but none in spare room and the one in Master Bedroom is old and the remote didn't work. There is one telephone in the living room that should be replaced. Dishes and cutlery are lacking for long stay. We had to go and buy utensils, for example, a carving knife that wasn't sharp. The dishwasher needs to be replaced, needed to lift up the door to close it and off rollers. Bathrooms need fixing up (mould, shower curtains fell down). Although the furniture is older, it is adequate, especially for a short stay. We don't want to be "picky" but with a bit of work this could be a great property and we would have stayed here again next year for the winter but we are going elsewhere. "

Advertised for 3 tv's but only had two when we arrived. Unit was not vacuumed. Not updated at all. However, we did call mgmt and they were there in less than an hour to vacuum and install another tv. Checkout was at 10 am, however, cleaning co. arrived around 8 am asking when we were getting out, and came in around 9 am to drop off their cleaning supplies and waiting outside for us to leave. Not very nice. We felt rushed with them waiting for us to leave. "

Pretty much what I expected. I have stayed at Courtside many times. Cleaning was acceptable, but barely. Hair on floor of master bath. A bit of sand residue in the tub. Slats from window coverings laying on the floor and behind furniture. Need replaced. Window/Sliding Glass Doors in master bedroom need replaced (all fogged up and unsightly). The pool and courtyard were as good as I have ever seen them. Well manicured. I like Courtside very much. Seashore Vacations staff was very good. "

The location is excellent...easy walk to beach and shopping. The outdoor pool & pond area are nice. The pool is not heated so it was a little chilly in early May.
The condo itself was very outdated, the patio was a bit of a mess & not a relaxing place to sit, the indoor furniture was uncomfortable, the bathtub/showers were moldy, and the pergo floors were peeling up.
So I would not recommend this particular unit but I would Courtside in general. "
