Courtside 116 is nicely decorated with plenty of seating, an updated well-equipped kitchen and light and airy bedrooms. The south end amenities and breezy feel extend a nice haven to all who choose to vacation here. This unit offers close access to the beach (1.5 blocks) and direct access to the pool along with great proximity to shops, tennis, restaurants and Hilton Head Island's famous south end. Coligny Plaza, The New Low Country Celebration Park and Pope Avenue are all within walking distance plus Courtside is on the Palmetto Breeze Trolley Route. This spacious 1250 square foot unit has a King size bed in the master and two Twin beds plus a twin pull out trundle bed in the 2nd.

"Needs Some Updating
The service and emails from Seashore Vacations was exceptional. I'll use them again. The free $500 of beach gear from "VayK" was spectacular. I paid $26.50 and they delivered 2 chairs, cooler, umbrella, and a cart. I wish I could've gotten the bikes too. I couldn't change my bike reservation with another company.
The unit was dirty and literally found a hairball. Seashore sent someone within an hour to reclean. That was amazing. We still wiped down everything. This is a beach house that is miminal. It's minimally stocked.
It need more than a"wipe down". It needs repainted and the drywall corners repaired due to settling years ago. At least a half dozen spots. Some are bad. It's an older unit.
It's only a 10 min walk to beach. Good location that's close to S Forest Beach Dr, but bad if you want a restroom facility which put us at a 20 minute walk farther south for beach access. You could park at Coligny. We know the area. "

"Cozy and Convenient
We appreciated how close the rental was to Coligny, so we could walk to the shops, restaurants, beach and playground. The rental was well equipped and comfortable. "

"Decent accommodations in a centrally located area
We enjoyed our week at Courtside. The unit was spacious, especially the two bedrooms and two master baths. The unit being on the second and third floors was bright. The kitchen was well equipped and the large washer and dryer were a big help. The unit was a bit dated with old slab painted luan doors and old hardware. The screen doors and patio doors were in need of lubrication but were functional once lubed. The pool was pleasant but was un-heated and 70° (brr) for the first few days but warmed up later in the week. As we are in our 70s, The biggest issue for us was the stairs, especially bringing up groceries and luggage. One huge plus for us as we drive a Tesla, was the presence of Tesla superchargers in the supermarket parking lot just a few blocks away. Bottom line is yes we would come back again."

We had a great stay in court side 116. Comfy beds, good showers, well equipped kitchen. Only bug bear (as a Brit) was lack of a kettle for tea!"

"Roomy and close to beach
Two friends stayed here and enjoyed having our own bedroom and bathroom. My only real complaint was that a leaky toilet in the 2nd bedroom bath was known ahead of time but never fixed. It is nicely decorated and clean but not in perfect condition. The pool was nice and the location was so close to everything, especially the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and tennis rackets in the closet. We would stay here again! "

"Courtside 116, needs a lot of updating
Court side 116 needs a lot of updating, everything seems original. There is carpet throughout, which is very warn and stained. The ceilings have water marks throughout, there were dust bunnies in the popcorn ceilings. The “new couch” is very uncomfortable. The toilet in the guest bathroom, leaked 3 different times. The office was contacted and a plumber “fixed it” twice. After the third leak, we decided to no longer use that bathroom. We would not stay in 116 again. The grounds and the pool were very nice. "

"Great Trip
Totally enjoyed our stay. Great location, close enough to walk to "downtown" area whenever we wanted, took no time to walk to the beach. Unit had everything we could possibly need, even a grill on the balcony! Everything was very clean and in working order. The pool was great. Loved it! We had a wonderful time! And we will be back!

"Clean, bright, just right
Perfect stay. Pretty, updated unit with small second story balcony that has stairs that go directly to the pool. Perfect for families with kids. Everything needed is there. Pool is big enough to swim laps, when it is not full of kids. We invited another family over for dinner one night and the 8 of us were comfortable eating and lounging afterwards. Parking was easy. "

"Vacation Experience
The unit was less than expected or less than presented in the listing. The ceiling had water damage, which effected the walls where the wall meets the ceiling. In the corners there was some question as to mold buildup from the water damage. The ceiling above the dining table was peeling. The furniture was well worn, as was the carpet. Both need upgrading. The towels were paper thin and rough to the skin. Although the kitchen was upgraded and well stocked, there was no cabinet storage room for food supplies. The pool was nice and the location was great. I would not recommend this unit. I did contact the management company with my concerns. "

"Nothing More We Would Have Asked for...
Working with Seashore Vacations was a breeze and we would not think twice about doing it again. We checked in late and our paperwork was waiting for us in a lockbox at the office right down the street from the property. The property was impeccable inside and out. Everything we needed was included (with the exception of beach towels, which we knew prior). The location could not have been better - close to everything and very convenient, especially with young kids. We would absolutely recommend to our friends and family, and have already discussed coming back with friend later this year.

It should be noted that this unit is not something I would consider "luxurious" - if modern/luxury is what you are after, this is probably not the spot. It is cozy, comfortable and family-friendly. Its extremely clean (cleaner than any hotel I have stayed in, by far!) and its well-maintained and a great location. We would not think twice about staying here again! it very much suited our needs.

We brought our kids - under 5 - and spent the majority of our time bouncing between the pool, playground and beach. We did mini-golf and enjoyed some of the features of Sea Pines, as well. We did not fully know what to expect traveling with COVID still in play but we were pleasantly surprised at how safe and clean everything was and how easy this trip was! "
