You can sleep 4 in this comfy beach view property that comes with a queen size bed as well as a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. This cheerful, ground level beach view unit gives a great side view of the beach, has a private master bedroom, an open kitchen, dining and living area as well as a spacious bathroom.
Linens for every bed and bath towels for every guest are provided. A two night minimum stay is required. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID. This unit is NOT pet friendly.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 25% of the total reservation balance is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival unless staying 2+ months then the first month's balance plus fees and taxes is due 30 days prior to arrival. Each additional month’s rent is due 30 days before the 1st of that month (i.e. March’s rent is due February 1st). Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in will result in a $50 administrative fee that will be deducted from the original 25% payment. The remainder will be refunded to the guest by the same form of payment in which it was made. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of the payments made. We recommend that any guest staying up to 180 days purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures.
