Las Brisas #205: You won't be disappointed with this wonderful beachfront 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation retreat located in northern Madeira Beach. Everything you need is here and just steps from the ocean, pool, BBQ, including John's Pass Village just a short mile away. Free wifi. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The SunHost staff looks forward to taking your reservation for this spacious, well laid out updated unit. The modern kitchen includes granite countertops, newer appliances and cabinets. Fully stocked with utensils, including coffee maker and microwave, everything is here for your convenience. The open living area with comfortable seating leads out to the outdoor balcony with spectacular ocean views. There simply is no better place to watch Florida's unbeatable sunsets at the end of the day.

The master bedroom is bright and spacious with a king sized bed, television, and has direct access to the outdoor balcony. The large, second guestroom contains two queen beds with attached bathroom as well. The third bedroom has one queen bed making this a perfect property for larger families or groups. As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. Free Wifi is also included as well as a washer and dryer.

This unit offers only ONE parking space. There is no visitor parking on this property therefore only one car for #205 can be parked at Las Brisas.

Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as faxing, copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.

This prime condo is just one mile away from popular John's Pass Village which offers a variety of restaurants, unique shopping and entertainment along a pirate themed 1,100 foot boardwalk. The Pass is a quaint turn of the century fishing village and Pinellas County's number one tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"Perfect Beach Getaway
Unit was wonderful- very clean with new kitchen appliances. Beautiful views of the ocean and we loved the bar height patio chairs to see over the railing for a straight view of the water. We appreciated all of the games and beach toys in the unit to enjoy during our stay. The lock is a little fidgety but we figured it out by the second day. My only complaint is the living room rug either needs to be replaced or washed. However, this wouldn’t stop us from staying again. "

"Best Spring Break Trip!
Our condo was the best we have ever rented. The location was perfect and we had the best time. We have rented from Sun Host multiple times and have never had any issues. The only problem we are running into now is trying to find a place similar to what we had this year. Some of the prices (if you can find a unit) have gone up as much as 70%. Not good."

"Great oceanfront condo!
My family and friends stayed in Las Brisas unit 205 for a week and had a great time! The condo is very spacious with a large balcony. I appreciated the great beach chairs (however no beach towels) and cornhole boards in the condo. We had everything we needed for the week. Maintenance addressed two small issues in a very timely manner. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend purchasing higher quality linens (towels and bedding). "

"Great Thanksgiving getaway
We couldn’t be more pleased with our Las Brisas rental unit. It was a great space for 6 adults in three generations. The place was clean, well stocked with items we needed, and had a beautiful view.

Our only issue was there was no guest parking. Friends needed to park down the street to access us. Also the owners should think of puking a shower bar into the tubs for older renters to assist them with stability in and out . "

"Nice place to stay
The condo itself is in an amazing location. Beachfront and very close to all restaurants and bars. The condition of the rental was good although i strongly recommend an updated refrigerator. It never seemed to get cold enough. Also plan on buying dish soap and a dish scrubber as what was left wasn’t nearly enough ( a dollar store is nearby) The Rental Company.... 3 interactions. 1st one was fine. 2nd one- elderly woman was borderline rude but chilled out when i matched her tone . 3rd interaction i felt like I was bothering them . All general questions - there were no issues so the responses i received wasn’t appropriate.
The property - fantastic . The rental company - not so much . We had an amazing family vacation and the condo was great . I try to overlook the rudeness . That’s all that matters "

"great views and location
Cannot beat the views and location of this condo.
Walkable to some great restaurants, and 20 minute drive to either end of the strip.pool is large, and warm, nice way to cap off the end of a nice beach day.
our only complaint (small) was that the condo could have had a better starter supply of paper towels, no starter coffee or laundry detergent, all of which have seemed standard in other rentals.could have been a little cleaner, ceiling fans need attention, and sheets were put on the bed inside out.

"Best Vacation
Our vacay at Las Brisas rates up there with one of the best. The location is so convenient to Publix and restaurants. The Reef right across the street has an awesome menu (we ate there twice, and could have had every meal there). We are already booked for next year.
The only glitch we had was parking. It's difficult to unload without taking someone else's parking spot (we had 2 cars). We weren't towed but we were threatened with it."

"Wonderful vacation rental
The rental was very comfortable and the location was great. Only downside was there was no visitor parking space which was an issue due to a weekly required visit from a Hospice nurse due to having the patient being located out of the home servicing area."

"Great Vacation Stay on Maderia Beach!
Our family of 4 adults and 3 teen boys had a lovely stay at the condo. We enjoyed walks on the beach and the pool was always a great temperature. The unit it self was just what our family needed. Loved the large dining room table for dinners and games in the evening. There were a few items of disappointment. The lack of headboard / support for the single queen bed, mattress in the master bedroom needs to be updated and is not fully attached to the headboard either. Everything else was great and just what our party of 7 needed for our stay."

"Special place
The beach is amazing and the building is quiet and nice. The apartment is clean and plenty of amenities. The only cons were the master mattress that had a hole in one of the sides and the curtains that needed a better blinder. It was a relaxing experience."

"Beautiful Condo with some issues
3 days prior to arriving we were notified there would be a new AC unit installed Monday of our vacation. One our way to the airport, we were called and notified that the washer was needing a new hose and that someone would be there Tuesday to repair the washer. We were told we could use the cold water to wash, but could not use the hot water. Come to find out, it was the opposite. Starting Tuesday morning following the AC unit install, we started having electrical issues. So by Thursday we had an electrician in our unit all afternoon. Beautiful condo, less than relaxing week of vacay with people in and out of our condo 3 of our 5 days there. "

"Amazing location!
We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the condo, as it is much nicer than pictures made it seem. Our only complaint would be the lack of kitchen utensils and kitchen ware. The slider in the master is also very hard to close. Overall an amazing property and we wouldn't hesitate to book again."
