The home is a 5,400 sq/ft home with 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (4 full/2 half); including its own guest house, volleyball court, kayaks, pool, fruit groves, and white sand beach. If you want to explore, the home is a 15-minute drive to Provo’s resort area, known as Grace Bay, with restaurants, shopping and attractions.

The villa is comprised of one main building which has the kitchen, dining room, living room, den, master bedroom, second bedroom, and the bunk room. The 4th bedroom is in the guest house which also has its own kitchen and living area. Luxurious open living space is decorated in a soft and soothing palette, with doors that can be opened for continuous enjoyment of the turquoise water. Taylor Bay Beach is just steps away from the house to the beach. It’s a beautiful cove with shallow waters that offer a child-safe retreat in a lovely setting. You’ll find secluded, sugar white sand and ankle to knee deep ocean for hundreds of feet out. Beachfront, you have your own private beach side lounge chairs, sun canopy and outdoor daybeds.
