"Great Home to make memories
The house was perfect for our family. It was spacious, clean and provided what we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The only complaint we had we were the floors. In certain spots they didn’t feel stable. Other than than that it was a perfect location at a great time was had by all."

"Jeep jam/friends and family trip
3 of my party arrived earlier than the rest and received the keys from the drop box...along with a coupon book...which helped alot.
We came into the house that was amazing. Pool, hot tub, 2 porches for sitting and hearing the waves.
Plenty of parking for the 4 vehicles we brought. "

"Good place to stay
Across the street from the beach with easy access walkway, Fenced in back yard for our dog, a pool for my wife and a hot tub for me. What more could I ask for, Oh yeah, sleeps a truck load of people comfortably."

"Beach House Review - Brick House
House was nice, but definitely had issues. Location was great for our group, however I would probably not choose this location again if I was coming with a large group. Most of the rooms are very small and storage is basically non existent. Most rooms do not have adequate drawers to unpack, suitcases had to be left on the floor, which made some of the rooms even smaller. Beds were really uncomfortable and one bed was broken (corner drooped). The bathrooms were OK, however some of the towel bars are pulling away from the wall and there are not enough towel hooks or places to hang towels. The kitchen has a drawer that is off it's tracks and will fall if you pull the drawer open. Something is not right with the dishwasher, I don't know if the alignment is off with the cabinet, but it was hard to close and rocked a bit. Glass on microwave door is broken and there is a nail on the floor coming up and they put an actual band-aid over it to repair. Plenty of cups and dishes, however if you are planning to do any cooking I would definitely pack things like cookie sheets, utensils and cookware. They do have some, but limited selection and I would not use any of the cookware they have there. It is very old and has not been taken care of.
It was cleanish...but could definitely use a deep cleaning. It doesn't look like the floors are mopped regularly and floorboards are in need of cleaning.
Overall the house worked for our group, but I was a little disappointed for the price point. What you see is not always what you get. Location was great for us and everyone had fun..."

"Family wedding vacation
Overall we had a great experience. The home was in a great location and it was clean. Just a few issues. There was a huge home in the wall of one bedroom, paint chipping especially in the main bathroom all over the floor. Most of the queen mattresses are in bad shape and need to be replaced. The fire alarm is too close to the oven making it almost unusable. Everytime I opened the oven the alarm went off. But fir the most part the house was as expected. "

"Ross family vacation 2022
Our overall experience was wonderful. Very much enjoyed the pool. The only issue with the pool was that it was not cleaned prior to our arrival.
The house was clean and had plenty of parking space. The kitchen could use more pots and pans, along with drinking glasses and coffee mugs. But overall, the house met our needs.
Garbage was never picked up. Found out later in the week from a neighbor that the garbage cans needed to be rolled out to the edge of the road in order to be picked up. Garbage company won’t get out of vehicle to pick up garbage. Had to find nearby dumpster to get rid of trash. This is something that needs addressed.
North Beach Reality was wonderful! Had to contact them a couple times during our stay and they were very responsive and professional. I will definitely deal with North Beach Reality in the upcoming years, whether it is with this rental or another. "

The house was great. Located right across from the beach. And the outside area was perfect. But mostly the North Myrtle Beach rental company was amazing in there customer service was on point!"

"Perfect family vacation
The house was great for our needs. We had one set of grandparents, 3 couples in their early 20s, a dad in his early 40s and two grandchildren 11 and 12.
The pool area was large enough to accommodate us - the location had an easy access to the beach and shopping.
There are four bathrooms so no one ever had to wait.

"The outdated brick house.
This property is dated and had an odd smell. The layout is not large family friendly and the bed are very uncomfortable. The thick plastic mattress covers make it a lot of noise if you move while your sleeping. I stayed at another property and thought which was great and I thought this would be the same but it was as NOT. Very disappointed ."

The house was ok, not exactly as expected from the pictures. Rooms were not large and the actual living/family room was not large enough to accommodate or group. It would have been better to have two spaces.....
The pool was nice and the beach access very nice.
We had to end our stay because five people got Covid.
I would give a 5 out of 10 total review. "

We had a great time in this house. We loved the 2 minute walk to the beach! The 2nd floor balcony has an ocean view with great rocking chairs. Lots of good chairs outside by the pool. The kitchen was pretty well-supplied, though could use some crab-cracking utensils. We enjoyed the fact that we were so close to the beach and other activities, yet it was quiet; traffic/people noise was not a problem. Parking is ample with spaces in front and behind the house. We would definitely rent this house again."

Property did not seam newly refurbished. There were holes in the wall in the upstairs bedroom and all of the beds were uncomfortable and very squeaky. The kitchen did not have much in the way of pots and pans or utensils. This place has 6 bedrooms so you would think you would be able to cook for that amount of people. There aren’t enough chairs and table space for 12 people. The place was not very clean and there was left underwear and beer cans around the hot tub. The pool was very nice and they cleaned the pool while we were there. The hot tub was nasty and very foamy. There were plenty of towels and laundry on site. Bring paper towels and toilet paper there is only enough for a day or so. No kitchen dish rags or drying towels. It is less than a block to the beach head so access was really good. "

"Close to the Beach with Pool and Hot tub but upkeep not great
The home is in a good location. There were plenty of beds but little space. There were many small repairs needed but basically sound. If you use the oven, run the overhead fan or you set off the fire alarm. Ovevarll our time was enjoyable."

"Nice House
The house was clean and as pictured although much smaller than expected. The house does sleep 15, but the kitchen and living space will not accommodate that many people comfortably. The pool and hot tub area in the back is nice and spacious. Good bike rentals nearby and having the beach across the street is a plus. Nice neighbors."

Lots of rooms and bathrooms! It needs new beds throughout as they were terrible and a lot of maintenance needed in the kitchen as the drawers were broke and the dishwasher is super wobbly and needs to be screwed in. However the pool and volleyball net were awesome!!! Location was great!!! Pet friendly but need some grassy area for pets. "

"Beach Get Away
Beautiful location with ocean within walking distance. Great pool included with house. My only concern is it was supposed to have had no pets in the rental but there was pet hair all on floors, beds and bed covers. We were told upon renting that it was a pet free rental but that was not the truth. "

"North mrytle at brick house
Pros: it's a close walk to the beach and has it's own private pool...not large but acceptable. The hot tub is good.
Cons: upon arrival sees lots of white dog hair and dust. The oven and stove not working. When called on Sunday after hours emergency no one ever responded so the appliance is not fixed till Monday afternoon. The peopery management company didn't offer any credit other than saying sorry and the cleaning is not 100% guaranteed to be clean. The wifi is very weak. Upstairs only one room has signal. Every room in this house is noisy so if you are a light sleeper definitely think twice. "

"What a great vacation!
Starting with the realtors who worked with us after having to cxl last year due to hurricane to driving out of town on that last morning, the trip was wonderful. The house was clean and spacious. The location was key, and the doggy area across the street wonderful!. House was fully stocked, plenty of linens. The pool and hot tub were clean and maintained. We loved the off season vibe of the area, and found plenty to keep us busy. Definately would stay again. Thank you for a great stay!"

"The rental office responded to concerns expeditiously. The house
had charm and character, it worked well for our family of 14. There was some concerns about the overall cleaning on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being perfect, it was about a 6. There was hair on the sofa and there wasn't a "fresh smell" in the house. We purchased room freshner."

"Great stay with beach view!
The Brick House was just what we needed everyone had their own space and even though the house is across the street from the ocean, it was nice to be able to see and hear the waves from the upstairs balcony. The in-ground pool kept the kids happy and we had lines waiting to play the arcade game.
I would recommend The Brick House to others."

"Family celebration
Well I was there to celebrate my 30th bday with family. First off the house was beautiful, clean and updated. I also loved that every room had its own tv with cable. The pool and the hot tub was an extra bonus. I’m so glad I chose to stay here we had an amazing experience and made wonderful memories. Oh and I liked it was fully equipped with dishes that was a huge help. "

This was a last minute reservation. The rental was nice and clean and the kids enjoyed the pool, and the adults enjoyed the hot tub! The two porches were also a great feature. The bathrooms were nicely remodeled. The house is located right across the street from beach.
The cons were although the house of remodeled....the furniture and decor were not matched up properly. ... TVs in bedrooms were small. "

"perfect for a family getaway
This house was a last minute find and turned out to be perfect. The location was great, and easy access to everything. This property was described accurately from the pool to the short short walk to the beach. It was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again and encourage others to stay...loved it "

"Great Location and Rental!
This rental is beautiful and sleeps 15 comfortably. It is very close to the beach and there is plenty of parking both in front and behind the house. When we arrived we ran into having no hot water for the first couple of days and no cable. The cable was fixed quickly though. The small refund for the inconveniences didn't seem exactly fair but nonetheless the staff was extremely helpful and quick to respond."
