The kitchen is completely updated with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops and has everything you need to create meals and snacks for your crew. All you need do is add the food and the camaraderie and have fun.
The king master bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has an oversized walk in closet, 50" TV, private patio, and en-suite bath with a large walk-in shower and separate soak tub. The 1st and second guest bedrooms are also located on this floor and each have a full bed, flat screen TV, private patio space, and ensuite bathrooms with standing showers. The 3rd guest bedroom is on the first floor which includes twin bunk beds, and adjacent access to the half bathroom. The 4th and final guest bedroom is a stand-alone bedroom that is accessed from the 3rd floor deck, and is equipped with a full size bed, flat screen TV, and private lounge patio. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.
This home also offers front patio dining for 6, with telescoping doors that open to the great room for easy access. Enjoy the side patio with seating for 4 around the fire pit, and the spacious rooftop deck that overlooks the island out to the bay.
Additional amenities include 2 garage parking spaces(No Oversized Vehicles), WIFI and cable, and a washer and dryer – all provided to make things more convenient. If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.

-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).

-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.

-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy above, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.

Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.

The cancellation of a reservation with stay dates immediately impacted by state-issued travel restrictions and/or those impacted by a state-initiated regression in the re-opening phases will result in a credit of the full value of payments made to be used in the next 12 months.
