Enjoy your stay on world famous Sanibel Island at this beach side unit at Compass Point's gulf front location with direct beach access. Family memories are made here at Compass Point 221. This beautiful island style home-away-from-home is decorated in a seaside style and sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. It features an open kitchen/dinning/living area floor plan. The open floor plan consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living area, a large dining room and a screened lanai, which are all just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. The updated master bedroom features a comfortable king sized bed, TV and a newly remodeled en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has two full size beds, a TV and a newly remodeled bathroom. The recently updated condo has a spacious and fully-equipped kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tiled backsplash, wine refrigerator and a tray ceiling. We have stocked the kitchen with all of the items needed to prepare wonderful meals, BBQ on the grill, and family dining with seating for up to 8. Enjoy a beautiful sunrise, sunset or an evening on the screened lanai. Compass Point is a smaller mid-Island complex consisting of only 45 units and offers a lush tropical access to the beach, spacious grounds, a heated pool, shuffleboard and two tennis courts. The unit offers a ground floor storage closet with beach chairs, umbrellas, cart and accessories. Walk to nearby Sanibel Island golf and tennis club (formerly Beachview), ride the bike path or enjoy the abundant shells along the beach which are all just steps from your unit.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If RE/MAX of the Islands receives written notice 90 days PRIOR to arrival, all monies paid will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable reservation fee and a cancellation fee of $55.50. Should you need to revise or cancel your reservation WITHIN 90 days of your arrival, all prepaid monies are subject to forfeiture unless we are able to re-rent the unit for the same rate and dates.
TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE: Travel Insurance is available through CSA Travel Protection. It is automatically calculated and added to your rental rate upon booking. The plan is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events (INCLUDING HURRICANES), this insurance helps protect your vacation investment. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PURCHASE THIS COVERAGE, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. You can decline the coverage by signing and initialing the confirmation page where indicated.
