Wonderful three bedroom, two bathroom home located on the Sanibel Island Golf Club offering a short walk to the beach. On the Green has a private screened lanai with a heated pool and spa with the family room and living room opening to the enclosed pool area lanai. There is a king bed in master bedroom, queen bed in the first guest bedroom and two twin beds in the second guest bedroom. Beautifully renovated kitchen with new flooring, cabinets and solid surface counter tops. Owner also renovated the guest bathroom and tile flooring. This home sleeps up to six guests and includes bikes, beach equipment and high speed wireless internet.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If RE/MAX of the Islands receives written notice 90 days PRIOR to arrival, all monies paid will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable reservation fee and a cancellation fee of $55.50. Should you need to revise or cancel your reservation WITHIN 90 days of your arrival, all prepaid monies are subject to forfeiture unless we are able to re-rent the unit for the same rate and dates.
