Guests staying at Beachwood 125 can easily walk to dining and entertainment venues offered by the Sonesta.The Shipyard Golf Course has a unique combination 9, 18, or 27 holes available for play. Just beyond Shipyard gate, vacationers find a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages at Coligny Plaza in North Forest Beach. For larger groups - please consider Beachwalk #127(2BR/2BA) next door or another 2 or 3 bedroom unit on our program at Beachwalk to pair with your stay in #125.

"Great Location
I'll start by saying it's my understanding that this particular condo has been recently purchased by a new owner. With that said the place could use a little TLC (Fresh paint, some new / more cooking utensils pots and pans. Also some attention to the rear deck and chairs. The grill barely held a flame and doesn’t appear very well kept). Overall however the unit is perfect for a family or even 2 small family's. It has 2 masters which are both equipped with big beautiful showers. I will happily stay in this condo again in the future but just hope it get a little attention! Cheers"

"Third stay at this condo
We have always enjoyed this condo. Unfortunately this time Around the unit was not clean and there were many issues with the furniture. We will return because it is our favorite spot but hopefully next year the issues will be resolved "

"July Visit
We pretty much had a good experience. We liked the location and the space in the condo. The downstairs bathroom needs new flooring to the point that the cracked and sunken ceramic is dangerous and dirty. Also, we wished that the grounds out the back of the condo had the pine need mulch like the other condos. The yard was quite dirty and we walked it into the condo whenever we returned from the pool."

"Great Condo--Close to the beach!
Wonderful condo with clean minimalistic furnishing. Easy walk to the beach access for Shipyard. Great deck with table and chairs.

The bedrooms easily sleep 7. I wouldn't count the fold out couch as sleeping for adults. Kids or even teens would be fine though.

The kitchen didn't have a lot of space for the food but it DID HAVE all the necessary kitchen utensils and MORE! "

It was a very nice location, very clean . it was supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The only thing wrong was in the first floor bath/ laundry there were loose floor tiles around toilet also had cracks toilet must have slight leak. I would still rent this condo again. it is well decorated and very nice beds."

"Exceeded Expectations
Great place for a family getaway. Upgrades throughout made this a comfortable stay from start to finish. FULLY stocked kitchen...everything you could want and more and very updated. Comfortable bedrooms, good sized baths and showers, very clean! One of the closest properties to the beach access in Shipyard. Hope to stay here again!"

"Great vacation condo for the family!
The condo itself was in a great location as it was one of the closest units to the path that takes you to the beach. The back deck overlooked the pool, so it made it easy to jump in after a long morning at the beach and lunch. The inside of the unit is nicely done with plenty of space. We are s Family of 4 and went with a family of 4, and everyone had their own space. It was well furnished with day to day needs. If we ever vacation in Hilton Head again, we will seek this place out! And the management company was easy to deal with from booking to check out. "

"Perfect!
We enjoyed a great long weekend in 125 Beachwalk. Very clean and fresh with obvious new updates on furniture, paint, appliances, etc. Very well stocked. Great location...right across the street from Van Der Meer tennis where we took a 3 day clinic (which I highly recommend). Also right down the sidewalk from the beach. Perfect location...we will definitely book again. "

"Beaching it
Very nicely remodeled unit. It was great to have 3 baths and 3 bedrooms. Minor complaints. We saw several roaches. I saw the pest spray schedule I may have missed the previous month; I called property manager and unit was sprayed the next day. It will be perfect for next renter. Some of the carpet had stains as well. Property Manager said owner had just been in the unit so was aware of stains.. Sort of missing the point that I didn't want to see stains. Lastly, I have rented beach units many time in California. They always come with beach towels and beach chairs. This unit did not; we had to buy everything. This is my first East Coast rental so this may be typical. "

"125 beachwalk
The unit was outdated. While some of the furniture was sorta new, it was very uncomfortable. The kitchen needs attention.
we probably would not stay in this unit again. I have stayed in other beachwalk units that are much nicer. It is very convenient to the beach and we love vacationing on HHI."

"Great stay at 125 Beachwalk
Roomy place to stay! The fact it has 3 and 1/2 baths was wonderful. Great view of the pool! Short walk to the beach! Loved all the turtles! The grandkids fed them bread and lettuce every morning. Of course the kids loved the huge TV. It was nice to have two separate sitting areas downstairs. This is a place you would want to return to every year!"

"Rent from Seashore!
Overall we had a decent experience. We weren't there to stay inside so we dealt with problems with the villa. The staff at Seashore were wonderful (probably the friendliest and most helpful rental staff you'll ever speak with). Already started browsing units that would be available next year.

Had an ant and cockroach/palmetto bug problem all weekend. We are Carolina residents and know that this can be controlled if the unit is left with the a/c running and an active pest control program.

This unit has had some cosmetic updates and is in need of a few more in the main living areas. This kitchen is a bit dirty with visible grime and dust in the cook top and the fridge starting to rust through. The updated bathrooms and bedrooms are beautiful.

Bottom line: Love Seashore, Shipyard, and HHI.

"Will not stay here again
This rental property although renovated upstairs is in major need of renovations downstairs.The dishwasher basket upper shelf is broken, the air conditioner filters were filthy. We cleaned one and did call about it. Seashore vacations did come out to clean the other one since it was in the ceiling. The outside decks are in major need of repair. There were numerous cockroaches, we know this is a problem in the south but have never seen as many as we did this visit.All furniture downstairs needs to be replaced.We were not even able to pull the couch out to be made into a bed even though they advertise that this unit sleeps 8 people. It was so dirty and disgusting we didn't really want to sleep on it anyway.Very disappointed in this property and will never rent it again. "

"Quick Getaway
The condo was spacious with large bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The location is perfect - a few minute walk or bike ride to the beach and right next to the pool. However, there were numerous roaches and ants in the kitchen. Overall, we were satisfied and would consider staying there again."

Townhouse was in great location. You could bike ride, walk, or take shuttle to beach in less than three minutes. Also, pool right out the back door was very convenient. Accommodations were excellent: clean, spacious, TV in every room, plenty of towels, eating and cooking utensils were all new, could use bigger fridge."

"Nice getaway
We spent a long weekend with 6 adults at this unite and it worked out really well. The unit was very clean and while the appliances are certainly dated it was fine for the weekend. Only a couple of things I would change for next time. 1) make sure the wifi is turned on; 2) bring or request beach/pool towels 3) get an extra key so there is one per bedroom.

"Hope you like dirt!!!!
Very dirty!!!! Had to change filters in the air conditioner. The owners are obviously trying to update, but the place was dirty. I'm not sure the owners are aware of the problem. However, other guests in the same complex complained of the dirt problem as well. "

"Just kind'a OK
Although this was a perfect sized unit for our needs, and a very good location (easy access to beach), the property was just kind'a shabby. Bathrooms had leaky faucets, the windows had slats missing from the vertical blinds, the disposal had a terrible sound when operated, and finally just quit working. Kitchen fairly well equipped, but not what we expected. No lock on the master BR sliding window. The grandkids didn't really notice any of the above, but the improvements necessary would be simple and inexpensive and it's a shame no one did so. Overall it was 'adequate', but that's not what you should be shooting for, is it? I said above I would recommend to a friend only for the location and size."
