18.) CANCELLATION POLICY- For a refund of moneys, cancellation must be in writing and received 91 days prior to your arrival date. The cancellation fee will be 10% of the rental rate. Cancellations within 46-90 days will result in the loss of the 40% deposit unless we are able to re-rent the Dwelling for the same rate and time period. No refunds will be made for cancellations received 45 days or less prior to arrival unless the Dwelling is re-rented for the same rate and time period. If the Dwelling is re-rented, then a 10% cancellation fee will apply. For this reason, we highly recommend that you consider purchasing the optional travel insurance.

House was located on lagoon w EASY walk to beach. Really a great location!! End of driveway is right across the street to the beach access path. House was great for our family of 6, 2 parents and 4 teens. Would be great for young kids too!!"

"Wonderful Vacation Property
This property was actually better than shown in the photographs! It has a long driveway and is on a large plot that creates an oasis of calm.
Lovely views from the rear and pool overlooking the lagoon and only a short, easy walk to the beach.
The house was very well presented and fully equipped. From the moment we opened the front door we knew we had made an excellent choice in 121 Mooring Buoy!

"June 2021 stay
Home was clean and in a great location. Management staff was helpful and responsive. Overall, our stay was great. The outdoor shower was a nice addition as well as the restroom near the shower. The table tennis in the garage came in handy during the tropical storm. And... what can I say about the screened porch. It was fantastic. This is a perfect beach home with nothing missing. Thanks for allowing us enjoy your property. "

"Another great stay in Hilton Head!
We had a wonderful vacation at 121 mooring buoy! The home was almost completely updated and very clean! the bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty large. We loved sitting on the screened in porch enjoying the view of the lagoon and made the very short walk across mooring buoy to the beach often. We've been to Hilton Head for the past 12 years and we feel this is the best location as you have lagoon views and still easy access to the private beaches of Palmetto Dunes and a great place to bike. The pool was large and we chose to heat the spa and used it every day also. Having kids, we were concerned about the pool being around the side of the house and not having direct access from the house. While I still feel this would be ideal, it wasn't much of an issue.

If I'm being picky, an Ice machine a couple laundry baskets would have been helpful!"

"2nd vacation in this house!!!
This house on the lagoon is gorgeous!!! The owners have made nice updates in the two years since our last stay. New furniture, brand new deck... we couldn’t be happier. We counted, it’s 400 steps to the beach, nice path as well. The fact that it’s a ranch and is a two zone air conditioning system, house is very comfortable to sleep!!! This is our favorite home on Hilton Head Island and we have stayed in so many! "

"An amazing getaway!
Location was close in proximity to beach. Layout of house was perfect for our
families needs. Also, beautifully decorated. View was spectacular with lagoon just outside our backdoor. We enjoyed the beautiful wildlife each day. Had quite a few sightings of local deer around the grounds.

Since our family enjoys cooking, it was so nice to have a well equipped kitchen
at our fingertips. We will definitely rent this vacation property in the future.

"Lagoon-front Christmas
Our family of 10 joined my 90 year old parents on Hilton Head for our Christmas celebration. The house was beautifully appointed and made ready for us by Sea Turtle Getaways prior to our late arrival. The rooms were comfortable, nicely decorated and spacious. The house had 2 separate indoor/entertaining areas and everyone had their own "space" when required. Because of the cool temperatures, we did not have an opportunity to take advantage of the lagoon, pool, or outside screened deck"
