This updated two-story, tropical themed condo has amazing views of the ocean and is just six houses from one of the best stretches of beach in Newport! With TVs in every room, plantation shutters, a gas fireplace in the living room, wood flooring and carpeted bedrooms, the home is perfect for a family of six.
The stairway from outside leads into the living, dining and kitchen area. The custom kitchen is a lovely spot to gather, cook, plan the day's activities, or enjoy a snack. The kitchen features granite counters, custom cabinetry and Subzero, Fisher & Paykel and GE Profile appliances. Bring favorite K-Cups for enjoying the Keurig coffee system. The dining table seats six and has a ceiling fan. An ocean-view deck is just off the dining space.

The living room has comfortable leather furniture, a 50-inch TV, and ceiling fan. Well placed windows bring plenty of natural light to the room. The laundry pantry features a Frigidaire Gallery stacked washer and dryer.


The main floor bedroom has a set of twin beds and adjacent half bath.

The top-floor master suite has a queen bed, ceiling fan, triple closet, TV, built-in desk, and an elegant bathroom. The gorgeous master bath features a custom vanity with granite countertops, and walk-in shower with both a fixed rain shower and hand-held shower head. Enjoy the comfort and privacy of an ocean view deck with two chairs.

The guest bedroom features a queen bed, large double closet, TV, and an adjacent full bath.

Explore the Peninsula on two-wheels or by foot via the nearby boardwalk/bike path. The Newport Pier area with shops and local eateries galore is a five- minute walk. Locals and out-of-towners alike frequent Charlie’s Chili for breakfast. Dory Deli has good food and terrific people watching. Fly ‘n’ Fish is not to be missed for terrific seafood. If you want to prepare your own, visit the Dory Fleet Fish Market, selling local fishermen’s daily catch since 1891. Shop for souvenirs at shops on McFadden Square or rent boogie boards or surreys at the foot of the pier.

On 32nd Street, near Pavilions grocery store, Chihuahua and Sancho’s serve up tacos, burritos and more. Gina’s offers pizza and pasta for the whole family. Around the corner on Newport Boulevard, try Las Fajitas for healthy Mexican specialties, Pescadou Bistro for neighborhood French cuisine in an intimate setting and casual Hook & Anchor’s award-winning lobster and seafood. The newly renovated Lido Marina Village with high-end restaurants and boutiques is just beyond, along with Via Lido Drugs for prescriptions, cards and unique gifts. The Lido Theatre built in 1938 offers movie-goers a one-of-a-kind experience with its art deco décor, black light accents and an old-fashioned balcony.

"Great Location
Great location, nice and clean. The only issue I had was the beds weren’t made on arrival. Would have been nice to have a few extra towels available as well."

"Construction next door
The staff at Burr White were fantastic at hustling on New Year’s Eve and switching us out of this unit. Issues with this unit:
117 29th street and 115 29th street are being rebuilt completely. Construction noise in the master bedroom is prohibitive of sleep.
Minor issues: light bulbs out, broken towel bar in master bedroom "

"Newport Girls Trip
Loved the place and location! Didn't love: making own beds, running AND emptying the dishwasher, not enough cups for 6 unless you want to do dishes every five minutes, having to take out garbage, strip beds and take sheets and towels downstairs. What does the cleaning fee pay for, because we did it all and really should be refunded."

"Very nice!
This was our third different place we’ve stayed in Newport, the best one yet. Very clean & comfortable. 1/2 block from sand, 1 block from the pavilions super market. Only thing I would recommend is for ceiling fans in all bedrooms not just the master."

"Clean, great location!!!
The unit was very clean when we checked in. Finishes were nice and all furniture was in good condition, beds were comfortable, etc. The location was perfect! Close to the grocery store,The pier and tons of restaurants. Areas of improvement would be fans in the rooms. The master has a ceiling fan, but the two additional rooms do not and there were no portable fans to use, luckily I called the management company and they quickly delivered two fans to us! The other thing, which was more of an annoyance than a problem was that over half of the electrical outlets were too “loose”” so that the items you plugged in fell out or didn’t charge, id suggest replacing all the outlets.

Overall we had a great stay, I just don’t know that I would recommend this unit to people with young children (like we have) mostly just due to the steep stairs both inside and leading into the unit. "

"Good overall, but some disappointments
BW shows picture of a garage, but garage not included. Agent spent too much time concerning garage door remote, but should have simply stated no garage included. Arrived to overflowing garbage can, not ideal. Property does not have carpeted bedrooms as stated. Wood floors without rugs are quite cold in January. TV remote in living room too complicated (it takes two remotes to watch TV)"

"Beach Beauty
My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay in Newport and the place we rented through VRBO was perfect for us. The proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants was a real bonus. I would highly recommend this spot. The friendly, professional staff at Burr White went above and beyond our expectations to accommodate our every need and request. We would definitely book through them again-- and stay at the same place! "
