Step on into the unit and you’ve made it to your home away from home. The open concept living and dining areas are wonderful spots for your family to gather together. The kitchen is also connected to this space with additional breakfast nook to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Grab some drinks and snacks and take the short walk to the beach access and start relaxing to the sounds of waves crashing.

The master suite boasts a King bed and view of the lake out the window. The private attached master bathroom presents a walk-in shower, separate soaking tub and double vanities.

The 2nd bedroom hosts a Queen bed with a private ensuite full bathroom. The unit’s 3rd bedroom features 2 Twin beds and a full bathroom just across the hall. An additional sleeping option is the sleeper sofa in the living room.

Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

"Cinnamon Beach Condo 1145
This was our first vacation in years and the condo was perfect for us! The location was wonderful with everything we wanted nearby. Short walk to the beach, swimming pools and small daytime cafe at the pools. The condo was clean and well appointed with everything you need for cooking, laundry etc. It's good sized and can easily accommodate 6 people comfortably. The master suite was huge with its own walk in shower and a soaking tub. The view off the balcony gives you beautiful sunrises in the morning and overlooks one of the many ponds in the development. (The frogs and other wildlife can get a bit loud in the evenings but we enjoyed this as well. We had our Scottie with us and it's a short walk to numerous potty locations in the immediate area. The beach was lovely and a great place to go for walks and shell hunting. There are too many rocks to be able to swim but it's great for sunbathing and only a short walk up the beach to less rocky places to enjoy the water. We opted to spend time swimming in the non-family pool which was never crowded. If you have a rainy day, the TV is loaded with channels to keep everyone entertained until the sun comes back. The staff for the rental were responsive when we had questions and always pleasant to speak with. Loads of restaurants a short drive away and a Publix just a short way up the road for groceries. We found everything about the condo and the area wonderful and will happily stay here in the future! All in all, I don't think I've ever seen a better maintained development or one as lovely as this one. "

"Great beach vacation get away
This large 3 bdrm condo, came with everything you'd need for a beach vacation. There were extra beach towels, chairs, toys and even a cooler corn your use. The kitchen was very well equiped. The patio was nice to watch the occasional rain storm, or listen to the frog serenade at night. Washer/dryer in the unit a plus.
The only complaint that was noted was the a/c would randomly go back to 76 in the middle of the day and when the weather and humidity was higher it was stuffy/uncomfortable until you turned the A/C down to 72 again. Not sure if there have been pets in this condo before, but if you have allergies, you may notice some issues."

"Wonderful family stay
It was a great up to the refrigerator not working had to throw out food after it. Couldn't get cold enough to keep it good..called to have it fixed. No one came the second time we were told they called another we lost around 200 dollars in grocerys... Ut other then that all was good"

"Perfect Family Getaway
In light of COVID-19, I had several requirements when looking for a property. I wanted walking distance to a beach, not a high rise condo and the ability to safely social distance. This condo checked all those boxes. It is on the 4th floor so we were able to walk up the stairs on most occasions and avoided the elevator. The walk to the beach is just a few minutes and since it is a private beach, we had no problem social distancing there. There are 2 pools on the property which kept it from being crowded. The condo itself was clean, well-kept and had a well stocked kitchen. The only thing my family did not like was the beach area was a little rocky and the sand is ground up shells instead of soft sand. Not enough to ruin our trip but just keep that in mind."

"Great view! Beautiful beach! Excellent amenities!
While our accommodations were great, our stay was not so pleasurable due to my wife having suffered from a fall from the sidewalk onto the parking area. But, despite this issue, we were still able to have a relatively good visit and time with our family. "

First time renter in the Hammocks beach area. We were not disappointed. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Great views from the balcony overlooking the lake. We were contacted several times by the rental company to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall a great condo, community, oceanside pool, and great service from the property management. "

"What an enjoyable trip!
The unit in which we stayed was clean, spacious, and accommodating. We've stayed at several different units in the complex, and this one was one of the best. It clearly is being maintained, and we felt welcomed and at home. The only negative comment I have is that the beach has many dangerous rocks, and it is also so sloped that it makes it difficult to run and walk on it at certain times of day. However, that is not the fault of the unit owner; it is something that perhaps the complex itself could look at improving. Regardless, I would definitely stay in this unit again."

Overall a wonderful condo that had great southern exposure, a large kitchen that was well equipped, and three bedrooms and three full bathrooms that made it very easy for our family to be comfortable. Very quiet with pool complex and the beach a short walk away. Would highly recommend."

"Excellent Stay
We had a wonderful time stay in #1145. The condo was clean and comfortable- just perfect for a week at the beach. The housekeeping and maintenance were amazingly quick in replacing a couple of light bulbs that were burned out when we arrived and replacing a coffee maker that went out while we were staying there. Kudos to the management and team. I would recommend this condo."
