The Grand Canal, directly in front of this vacation gem, has beaches to enjoy and explore at low tide; and there are even better beaches around the corner at South Bay Front or Super Beaches within a $1 ferry ride.

This 4-bedroom, 4-bath (2 full baths 2 half baths) 2nd story, 1900 sq. ft. home with large picture windows in the vaulted ceiling great room showcases the water views, lots of sea life at low tide, and frequent boat parades as well.

The living room with its fireplace, a large flat screen TV, and lots of comfortable cluster seating is a great place for everyone to rest and relax after the day’s adventures.

A dining area for 6 and another small dining table in a kitchen nook makes it easy for everyone to eat inside if preferred. A well-furnished kitchen has everything you need to create meals and snacks for you and your family or guests – just add the food and the fun and you are all set.

The king master bedroom has its own en suite bath with a walk-in shower. There is another shared full bathroom and 2 half baths. There are 3 additional bedrooms - a queen and 2 twin bedrooms each with 2 twin beds. With a queen Murphy bed this home comfortably sleeps 10 in beds.

All 4 bedrooms and baths are furnished with premiere linens for your every comfort. Additional amenities that you will enjoy include air conditioning, WIFI and cable, a washer and dryer, and 1 driveway parking space.

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.

-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).

-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.

-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy above, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.

Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.

The cancellation of a reservation with stay dates immediately impacted by state-issued travel restrictions and/or those impacted by a state-initiated regression in the re-opening phases will result in a credit of the full value of payments made to be used in the next 12 months.
