The living room area features a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable, a 50”wall mounted TV, and lots of comfortable seating on which to relax and enjoy it all. The sofa is a Queen Pull out couch and sleeps 2.
A dining area adjacent to both the living room area and the kitchen sports a dining table for 4 and the kitchen bar with high-top stools right next to it so everyone can easily dine together.
A well-appointed kitchen with granite slab counter space make it easy to satisfy your culinary desires - be they snacks or complete meals.
Add the food and the camaraderie and this great room will be the hub of your activity - cooking/watching TV/catching up - just like it is at home.
There are two well-furnished bedrooms with a ceiling fan right off the entry. A king master bedroom has a closet and a bedside table as does the queen bedroom right next to it.
These bedrooms share a modern, well-appointed bath with a shower/tub combination.
The two bedrooms and the bath are furnished with premiere linens for your every comfort. This home sleeps 4 in beds and 2 people on the queen sofa bed for a total of 6 people sleeping comfortably in beds.
This home has cable and WI-FI and a parking space in the carport. Additional street parking is also available.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.
-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.
-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy above, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.
Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.
