Just 2 houses from the sand, this clean, beautifully furnished condo with an extra large patio makes indoor/outdoor living inviting and super easy. A well-furnished patio with a barbecue, dining table for six, and lounge chairs provides a great space to relax, enjoy each other’s company, and watch the ever-changing skies of the sun setting over the Pacific.
Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy miles of hiking and cycling trails, and of course all sorts of aquatic adventures are readily available ranging from surfing and paddle boarding to sailing and sunset cruises. The Balboa Fun Zone is just a short jaunt away - a great place to enjoy the simple pleasures of yesteryear in a carnival-like setting.
Sliders from the spacious front patio make a seamless transition to a large great room featuring a living area with an extra large, a 50” flat screen TV, a ceiling fan, and a beautiful wood dining table for six.
A well-appointed kitchen has all modern appliances and everything you need to meet your culinary needs - all you need do is add the food and camaraderie.
Down the hall is the first bathroom with a shower/tub combination and 3 of the 4 bedrooms. There is also a queen bedroom in the front of the house with great access and views to the patio.
A king master bedroom sports a 32” flat screen TV and a modern en suite bath with dual sinks and a tub/shower combination. All bed and bathrooms are outfitted with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.
A third bath with two sinks and a shower/tub combination is adjacent to a queen bedroom and a king bedroom just across from the master bedroom. This king bedroom also has a flat-screen TV and is extra large with lots of space to relax and its own separate entrance and exit. This home comfortably sleeps 10 in beds.
There is a washer dryer for your convenience and WI-FI and cable are also provided. There is 1 covered parking space in the back of this unit for your use as well.

It is two houses away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and is in a seaside town with a huge number of things to do both on, in, and off the water.
Clean, well appointed and outfitted for ease and comfort - inside and out.
Large patio gives you lots of extra space and is the perfect place to enjoy one of the most desirable climates in the world.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
•This home sleeps 8 people in beds. We will allow an additional two people to sleep in the property. A maximum of 10 people may occupy the home at any time. An air mattress is available for rent to accommodate.
No Smoking on the property - NO EXCEPTIONS (this is inside and outside the property)
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) DOES NOT have air conditioning.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.
-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.
-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy above, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.
Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.
The cancellation of a reservation with stay dates immediately impacted by state-issued travel restrictions and/or those impacted by a state-initiated regression in the re-opening phases will result in a credit of the full value of payments made to be used in the next 12 months.
