This charming upper level condo has everything a family needs to thoroughly enjoy their time in Newport. Just a few houses from the beach with an ocean view rooftop deck and two car parking, this clean, updated rental is just a short walk to Newport Pier and amenities plus steps to one of the best beaches on the Peninsula. Larger families can add on the lower one-bedroom unit for additional space!

LIVING & DINING

The living area has a queen-size sofa bed, loveseat, coffee table, ceiling fan and flat panel TV. Around the corner, the dining area has a table with seating for six. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counters and plenty of storage for preparing meals for the whole gang.

BED & BATH

The tastefully decorated master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, wall-mounted flat panel TV, walk-in closet and en suite bath with shower. Kids will love the nautically-themed second bedroom with twin over double bunk and a full-size trundle. The nearby hall bath has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Two car tandem garage parking is provided for the upper unit. The shared full-size washer and dryer is located in the garage.

THE LOCATION

The Newport Pier area is a quick stroll away with shops, local eateries, beach rentals and amazing sunsets. Purchase freshly caught fish direct from the fishermen at the Dory Fleet Fish Market, established in 1891. Seaside Donuts serves up fresh donuts 24/7 – the glazed blueberry are a BWR favorite! - and 21 Ocean Front and Fly ‘n’ Fish offer more upscale dining. Charlie’s Chili on McFadden Square is a “don’t miss” breakfast spot for many out-of-towners. Dory Deli has breakfast, lunch and dinner and great people watching!

The Peninsula’s only grocery store is less than a block away, along with casual dining options like Sancho’s and Chihuahua for tacos.

Nearby on Newport Blvd across 32nd St, find local’s favorites Las Fajitas, Pescadou Bistro and award-winning Hook and Anchor. Upscale Lido Village is a few more blocks beyond with high-end Nobu, bayfront cafès, boutiques and boat rentals. The retro Lido Theater, opened in 1938, is a movie-watchers dream with art-deco decór, black light accents and a balcony.

"Good Location
Overall good house and location, put for the amount of money paid for the cleaning fees I was surprised we had to make up our own beds with the provided linens and strip the beds at the end. The roof patio was a mess when we arrived, spent the first 45 minutes we were there cleaning it up and hosing it off. Literally melted Eskimo pie ice cream bars sticks and all on the ground, and the patio was a dirty dusty mess from end to end. Once cleaned up it was a good spot for meals. "
