"Hilton Head Vacation
The rental we stayed in was in a nice location and was very clean and comfortable. The only downside to the unit which I know the rental company has no control of is the next unit beside us was in very bad shape and looked abandoned other than that the pool area was great and we had a great time"

"Very disappointed
The condo was cute, but it was very dirty. Coffee 5able had food on it. Shower curtains were molded. The bed linens were clean. Tried to enjoy the patio but it needed a manicure and sprayed for bugs. There were mosquitoes flying inside, we tried to find the source but couldn't so we all sat around scratching and had bites all over our bodies. I would be firing the person who is responsible for cleaning. The floors were very dirty. I've never had an experience as bad as this since staying in a nasty motel. I wouldn't recommend this place. Sorry ��"

"Annual Golf Trip
Overall, this unit was good. It was warm upstairs. Unit could be updated. Some items such as shower curtain needs replacing. It was fine for the 4 of us and a 3 night stay. Parking is tight. "

"Great Stay!
We had a great vacation here! The unit is a little older and there are some maintenance things that could use updating BUT overall I would HIGHLY recommend this place. The maintenance things that could use done are just things like replacing lightbulbs and ceiling fans (so they actually work) it’s nothing that really affected our stay. It’s within walking distance to the beach and within walking distance to an amazing playground. Check-in and Check-out were super easy. We really enjoyed our stay here!!! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable option to stay on Hilton head island. "

"Outstanding!
It was very easy to reserve and check in. The accommodations were beautiful and clean. Perfect location, close to everything. They even have beach stuff in the closet to use, among other items...even a set of golf clubs! it was great and we will stay there again."

"Outdated and smelly
Upon arrival, was disappointed about how obviously dirty it was.
Floor was gritty feeling dirt or sand. Patio was dirty , my mom actually went out and swept and knocked down old cobwebs!
Upstairs beds pillow shams hair stuck to them., lots of hair! Comforter were smelly. Very very outdated. I went and bought Lysol to spray. We enjoyed our time together but wish we could have stayed elsewhere. Only plus was location.
I would recommend a new cleaning crew ! "

"Great Vacation Spot
The check-in was flawless, less than 2 minutes. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The place was large enough for 6 adults to live together comfortably for a week. No need for keys because the door had a code. Check-out required minimum work compared to other places we have stayed. Would definitely stay again."

Unit was clean and well stocked. Lots of room for 6 adults. Good location a couple blocks from beach and close to Coligney Plaza with many shops and restaurants. Only complaint would be I thought we were getting a gas grill but we had a small charcoal grill. I would definitely stay here again!"

This property is very close to the beach, restaurants, a grocery store and bike rentals. We had an issue with the internet/cable and the management company was very responsive to get it sorted out as soon as possible. The only downside was the next door neighbor had dogs that barked often. Bring earplugs if you sleep in the room with the twin beds."

"Loved this place! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
This townhouse was incredibly clean and very close to the beach! Walking, pulling a wagon loaded down and managing 3 kids was very doable, less than 7 minute walk to beach. Using the side trail and the walkway down the street was super helpful We had 4 adults and 6 kids (we brought a cot & packnplay for 2 of the kids, ages 10months-9) and everyone fit very comfortably. Very nice beach stuff to use if needed. Plenty of towels and lots of closet space. Pool was nice. The rental is very close to Coligny. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again. This would also be a good rental if you had someone with limited mobility due to the openess and master/bath on 1st floor. Washer & dryer was very appreciated! Neighbor's dogs were yappy during the day, but didn't last too long. Staff for rental was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely look to staying here again. "

"Hilton Head Beach Villas stay
We enjoyed being in walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. Due to COVID, we only did take out from local restaurants. We were able to social distance at the pool and the beach. There were beach chairs and pool noodles on the property. This property just needs a good deep cleaning! "

Overall, the town house was very nice. We really like the location. So nice to walk to the beach, food and shopping. Was clean and had nice space. The outside patio was Very dirty. Grill tank was empty and patio furniture covered in grime. Permanent neighbor next door has dogs that bark day and night. Made sleeping even with ear plus challenging. "

"Spacious condo near the beach- loved it!
Fantastic. Location was great- short walk to gorgeous beach and Coligny plaza. AlSo just around the corner from the grocery store and a bike rental shop. The condo was clean and well equipped, the best part was all the sand toys and chairs, Umbrella etc. we could use at the beach. What a fun surprise! We had plenty of room for my husband and I and our four children, all under 11 years old. "

"Beach trip 2018
A little disappointed, first nite visit to ER my husband fell down the landing on the stairs had broke toe and 3 stitches. The landing has a diagonal step hard to see,these stairs are dangerous. Handrail is on left most people are right handed. Had a few minor issues with things broken, tissue holder up bath,front storm door would not stay shut,and dishwasher stopped working. Other than that all was good. Nice chairs and stuff for beach."

"Fabulous Rental
We stayed here for Spring Break 2015. This was our second time at this location. We loved the accessible location to the beach and shopping. We rented bikes and rode everywhere including sea pines and daily on the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Only problem was main bathroom shower head shoots water in your face and kitchen sink is slow to drain. Well worth money!!! "

My family and I really enjoyed the spaciousness of Unit 23. It had everything we needed during our week stay. My only negative comment is the neighboring Unit's (24)appearance was overdone with plants and decorations which reflected on the neatness of Unit 23. But it would not deter me from staying in Unit 23 in the future."

We had a lovely few days in Hilton Head and the house was clean, well equipped,comfortable and overall a very positive experience. The only negatives were slight traffic noise and very dusty under the bed with dead insects that I just noticed at the end when I checked to see we had left nothing behind. Thank you."

"Fun Family Vacation
The location was great! The space was great. We had three kids (16, 9, 6) We all had a great time in HH. The house was large and plenty of great amentities; books, pool and beach tools and floaties, yard, and pool!The only issue is that someone before us had a dog (or more) in the house. It was a very bad dog smell for a few days. My husband and kids have bad allergies to dogs so that was a little ruff for a few days. But overall it was a great place. "

We had a really great time at beach club 23. It was the perfect size for 5 of us. The only complaint we had was that the back patio was a mess and hadnt been taken care of really well so we didn't use it. Also some landskeepers would work right outside our window at like 6am. The condo itself had a lot of great perks. The washer and dryer was fantastic. The beach cart was great because the walk was about a mile. The neighbors were quiet. Good proximity to the pool. Would have liked the carpets to have been cleaner. Looked aged. This place would look awesome with ceramic tile through out living space with nice throw rugs! We really enjoyed out stay!!!"

"No pets must mean no pets.
Arrived late on Sunday night. Almost immediately my sinuses began acting up. Turned on heat and most heat was being directed upstairs. Eventually turned heat off in order to sleep upstairs. Called maintenance Monday a.m. and worked with tech to balance the heat vents. Upstairs vents were frozen open and eventually free'd them up to balance with downstairs. Sinuses were major problem all week as we found out that previous tennant had an animal in house for 6 wks. Pet hair on chairs and pet food kernals between carpet and baseboard in main hallway downstairs. I obviously had an alergic reaction to the pet dander. Once I arrived home after spending the week in the villa, my sinuses were back to normal."

"dirty carpet
When first arrived the carpet was filthy. Dark stains were on the entire floor. This gave a not so good first impression. This was ours adult girls first visit to Hilton Head and we were so excited to show them a condo area we have previously stayed. So their first impression wasnt so good as with the carpet not being clean made for the feel of "what else was not cleaned?" The location, pool, and space in the condo were very nice. We did let Seashore Rentals know about the carpet immediately, they offered to have it cleaned but we had already unloaded car and were exhausted from traveling. So we just wore shoes lol. "

"GREAT WEEK AT HILTON HEAD
We loved our week at Hilton Head and the condo at Hilton Head Beach Club 23 met all our needs. It was our second time to stay at this condo, and it has provided us a great vaction each time. Our only recommendation would be that the blinds be repaired, and spots on the carpet be removed.
We love the place and look forward to going back next year."

"Great Summer vacation
Had a great time! Even though we weren't in the unit much, it afforded enough room so my family could spread out (during those rainy times!). The only suggestion is that a larger grill could be provided. The little table top grill was pretty small for a family that includes three teenage boys."

"Wonderful for families
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It had lots of extras and plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children. The girls loved having their own bedroom upstairs and no one felt like they were crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed being able to do our laundry while there. There was also cleaning supplies and plenty of paper items that we didn't have to run out right away to buy them. The patio was great for the kids. The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all and we had the pool to ourselves most of them time. We plan on coming back to Hilton Head and staying here in the future. We couldn't have picked a better place and the price was great! Thanks for a great vacation!"

"Great Vacation Deal
It was a wonderful place with a great location, amenities, and comfort. We especially loved the price so we could gather family from up to 700 miles away.
One of our favorite amenities was the beach cart. It was so much easier getting the baby stuff to the beach :) My only suggestion (not a big one compared to the total joy we had) was the lack of dish towels. We did have to pick some up but that was so minor...I hope we left everything in the same condition we found it."
