Location was good but unit was very outdated and not very clean. Also really didn't care for an outside entry. Parking was difficult to find anywhere close to unit.

"A wonderful place for a vacation
The condo was clean, pleasant, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the huge pool, and Lazy River, which you could ride on an inner tube. The beach was clean; you could rent chairs and umbrellas."

"Spring Break Getaway 2023
This facility is a tourist condo! So if you don’t want tourist-y- this isn’t the place for you. The facility itself is perfect for families. There were a lot of families with kids in varying ages. The kiddie area and pool on the 2nd floor are heated. The waterfall pool and lazy river are not heated.
The condo, B310 is nice. It’s a 2 bed 2.5 bath with an additional bunk area- it feels like a 3 bed 2.5 bath. The bunks have an area at the end with plugs and storage area. The kitchen is nice sized and having the washer and dryer in the unit is amazing! The dryer was nice to have with the chilly weather we had while there.
The furniture could be updated to be more beach-y. After all, that’s why we choose that facility. The view to the beach is so relaxing. Though, soon you won’t have a view with the Palm trees. You have a view of the pools also, which was nice.
The master bedroom has mold on the ceiling. The closet is tight. Again, the furniture could be updated. The metal doesn’t feel good when you stub your toe- though it never feels good when you stub your toe!
The master bathroom feels bigger than the bedroom! The shower is HUGE! But the caulking needs to be replaced- it’s molded as well. The soaker tub is nice and the hot water is super hot!
The 2nd bedroom had cardboard over the top window- which was weird. But the bedroom and bathroom both were nice size. Beds are comfy in both rooms.
The pullout couch in the living room was broken. We put pillows under the foot area to hold up the mattress- which was surprisingly comfy!
Bring extra pillows and blankets. There were only 2 pillows per bed. And 1 extra medium weigh blanket. No pillows for couch bed- just sheets.

"Desperately Needs Upgraded
This condo definitely needs some work. The couches are all stained and parts of the leather couch are stained yellow. Broken patio furniture. Condo is way overcrowded with old bulky mismatched furniture. It didn't feel clean at all. We were so disappointed. Our lodging was the worst part of our stay. :( "

"Not a good experience
I always go thru Brooks and Shorey, this property did not impress me at all, I sent my complaints to the main office and the response for what I paid for this unit was not as expected. To anyone that rents this property I hope u get a better air conditioner and I hope they replace the coffee pot and I pray it is cleaned better than when we arrived."

"Kids paradise adults ****
This was our first trip to this property and it will be our last. There is zero serenity in this property with parents drinking all day and night letting their kids run and scream all day and all night. The beach was no better setting up chairs in U shaped patterns 50 yds from the water lined up with people and more screaming kids... The pool attendant took his job way too serious... great resort if you are a parent looking for a vacation away from your kids... just post up at the pool and set them loose like rabid pterodactyls and proceed to drink... "

"Nice
Parking was close to unit. Able to enter unit at time given. Nice view of pools. Weather took a cold snap and temperatures were below normal, so not really able to utilize pools to as much as possible. Pools were the main reason for rental. Staff wore identifiable clothing and were constantly at pool area. Love the outdoor entrance to unit and not having to walk down long enclosed hallways. "

Very Nice complex. Condo nice and had all we needed.

Condo had the following wrong: The bathroom was missing a light globe, shower needs to be caulked, 2nd bedroom missing strip between carpet and tile and the main fridge was broken with a spare sitting in the dining room. Hopefully the refrigerator situation is temporary."

"Vacation 2019
Overall, we had a pretty good time. My main complaint would be security!!! I understand that rules have to be enforced but it’s vacation not bootcamp!! It was beyond ridiculous every night that we were there. Mr. Davis was ridiculously RUDE!! Also, the African American man! They take their jobs a little too seriously! People go on vacation to have a good time not be scolded the entire time! Mr Davis went as far as putting chairs four feet away from the pool to show everyone not to cross them with their drinks! I’ve been on a hundred beach vacations and this is by FAR the WORST stay ever! Unfortunately we, along with the 25 other families, who stayed for our World Series, will NEVER be staying there again!"

"Vacation 2018
The condo was nice but we were not happy with all the construction going on above me. We have small children and it didn't set well with them trying to nap in the afternoons. I understand it (repairs) has to be done but I should have been told before I booked and I would have picked a different place.
I was not happy with the way the beach chairs were set up in a horseshoe shape. I feel I should have a front row seat while there. The pictures did not reflect it. Also the folks in the lobby were not helpful and were a bit rude."

"Never enough time
The unit was very clean and well furnished. Since we wanted to spend more time on the beach the location in the complex provided easy access without having to carry our belongings through the pool area. Pool was nice and clean as well. Very family friendly. Wish the patio cushions were firmer and that the beach chairs would have been arranged in manner that more people could enjoy being closer to the water. But as usual we loved our brief stay and we always wish we could stay a little longer. Would definitely stay again."

"Great Stay
The condo was clean and well appointed. The third floor is high enough to see the ocean and low enough to take the stairs, thought the closest elevator was in working order. There were lots of restaurants in walking distance"
