This place is unlike any other in all of Port A. Located right in the middle of the Flats and just a 2 minute walk to Bernie's, Trout Street, Fisherman's Wharf and Virginia's. Such an amazing location! This 5 bedroom and 4 full bath cottage is spacious and decorated amazingly. The first half of the duplex has an open living room / kitchenette area, 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. Located off the living room is a porch that stretches the length of the cottage. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom a Queen and 2 full beds .The second half of the duplex has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The open living room / kitchen area has a full kitchen and a sleeper sofa. Located off the living room is a porch that is the perfect place to sit and watch all the action at the flats. - This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
